Beverly at the front office is friendly and personable! Apartment as promised. Work orders were completed promptly and respectfully. The community is quiet. Method of online payment is easy. Plenty of parking.

Great experience. The staff was friendly and after moving from another state made the experience very easy. I'd definitely continue renting with BH. Love the way the apt was upgraded and the conscience of the amenities to my apartment.

I have lived here for almost three months now. I would have to say it's the best place I have lived in the past 10 years. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, newly updated apartment home.

Move in process was easy enough. Had to remind staff to give me walk through papers. Apartment wasn't clean when I moved in and the drawers aren't on tracks like they should be. It was clear the apartment staff didn't inspect this unit.

I love my apartment. Been here over a year now. Recently renovated, well lit, modern conveniences like USB outlets and top-notch appliances (the in-unit washer and dryer are great!) The pool area is so nice, there are doggie stations and green grass all over the place including a large courtyard perfect for the dog to get some exercise. And one of the best things here is the management. They have really gone out of their way for me on several occasions. As long as I work in the area and continue to rent, I'll be at Madera Point.

Good community but don't think it's worth the price apartment wasn't cleaned well there was dust and grease stains in kitchen area and chipped cabinet doors and different color paints on patches they fixed

Relaxed atmosphere. Quiet complex with a friendly front office. Havent found any evidence of pests and the grounds are clean and well maintained. Only complaint is that they start the leaf blower so early in the morning.

From start to present, my experience has been amazing! Fabulous office management, fantastic maintenance staff, the complex's facilities, such as the laundry, pool, and jacuzzi, are in great shape and easy to use. Looking forward to using the gym next! So glad I moved here.

The community is nice enough, and the staff is excellent. Maintenance responds very well, but there are many issues. I just moved into an upgraded apartment from an older unit here. The contractors left many things undone, but your staff handled the finishing touches well. And the constant surveys area bit much.

I would highly recommend Madera Point to people who are looking for a great experience with an apartment community. I have lived here for 2-years and I don't plan on moving from this community until I purchase a house.

Love it here really feel safe it's beautiful as if I live in a resort great to have my own washing machine and dryer. So far, I'm very satisfied with the service I have been given. Great growd service all looks good little loud but worth it. Birds are singing and drive me nuts remind me I'm alive

Staff are friendly and courteous and professional. They helped us every step of the way and let us know right of the bat what was allowed and not allowed. Showed us around and were not pushy to rent the apartment.

The management was slow upon initiating our move in (to be more specific, our move in packet was given to us the day before move in). But they were quick and accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. However, I had to scrub the apartment the first day moving in. It was nowhere near clean. Although it is technically unrenovated, everything should've been move in ready and it was not.

I like living here. All, the staff and other residents are nice to be around. the grounds are clean the pool is nice the barbeques are kept clean. The staff is always available to answer questions!!!!!!

Perfect location, shopping, fast food, entertainment all 8min drive. I love that some units come with washer and dryers. The laundry room is always empty and available 24hrs. Beautiful pool area and grounds.

I like this place because it have so many store around. It is easy to go to supermarket. And the staff are very kind. They recently renew the swimming pool, it looks nice. But sometimes those door near by the car gate are not closed! And I really hope they can fix the pin pad of the gate, it is too hard to reach that thing! I often have to open my car door to enter the code, otherwise my car will get hurt! And I think most of customer have the same problem when they get in! I hope this message can be read by a real person.

Quiet area; gated. Well maintained. Accessible to stores, busses and freeways. Apartments are clean and bright and have an airy feel. The flooring is a little on the cheap side but makes appear updated.

Complex is really nice, amenities are beautiful and the community of people gathered are great. Would love more engagement between office staff/maintenance and renters and work orders to be fulfilled properly and promptly

There are stray cats everywhere! There is a very nice pool and hot tub area, however it has been closed for months.... My car was broken into in the parking lot, within the gated area. The gym area is nice and it is a very dog friendly community.

This is a really nice place to live, so far we haven't had any issues. Management team and maintenance team been very helpful and quick responsive to our requests. We love the pool and fitness center. The apartment is in very good conditions and closets has plenty of room. I'm going to update this, since we moved-in only a few week ago, but we are really happy with this place.

My experience in the begging was great however this property has declined the leasing office is never available to help and maintence takes forever to fill your request I will not be resigning my lease

They have a nasty habit of losing your packages in the back room. Management are impossible to get a hold of due to impromptu meetings, never answering the phone number listed, as well as the doors being locked during posted business hours. About a week before our move out date they just came in to do an inspection without giving ANY notice. They also supposedly sent our invoice to our old address so we got hounded by debt collectors not even two months after move out. I would strongly suggest not giving money to these people.

Nice place. Just moved in yesterday so not sure how things are going to be as time passes but it seems ok at this time. Gym was not available while they implement a new card door opening system. Have to wait 4 days to get the card to get into the gym.

Its was fair. I do not plan on renewing or recommending, I work in the customer field and they simply have no empathy or an understand for their tenants. I will no longer argue any dislikes with madera. It will only return with an excuse.

At this time you may wish to pursue any legal recourse that may be available. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On August 02, 2017, the business provided the following information: Sean Terrill 32103423 - The resident is being charged the breakage fee, and the 60 days' notice. Resident did not fulfill the notice required to break the lease so the charge is the breakage plus the days short of fulfilling a notice ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From initial complaint filed on 3/13/2017 to response date 8/02/2017 (5 months) to reply to a BBB request and still didn't follow through with anything. Revising this review to warn others. WARNING! -It took five months for a simple response to the BBB -It took two months to get a working washer and dryer in the apartment . When the replacement washer and dryer were delivered, the dryer looked like someone washed a box of crayons and pack of gum in it. -Glass in the pool was almost always an issue -Outside security gates were broken more often than working -Water heater leaked and damaged items in storage, nothing was done to replace the damaged items. This happened less than one month after an inspection on my unit was completed and deemed good during that inspection. The person specifically looked at the water heater. -I paid for my own carpet cleaning on term renewal. Was never reimbursed or compensated for that expense. Office was informed that the carpet was going to be cleaned and only after the fact informed me that on renewal it was done for free on request. -Police incidents on the property- I watched one lady get tazed out by the golf course. Another time I was held at gunpoint while walking back to my apartment because Mesa PD was looking for someone and needed to make sure I wasn't that person. -Water Bill- Due to glass in the pool, the pool was constantly drained and filled. The renters pay for the water being replaced so a few times the rent was over $1,000. ($150+ water bill) because maintenance didn't get all of the glass out on the first try. -Barking dogs on the property. Two of my neighbors used to leave their dogs out on the back balcony until late at night. The dogs would bark for five to six hours at a time. Management was informed, but never did anything about it. -Package Delivery- delivered parcels are placed in a back room. Finding a time during normal business hours proved difficult. Three times, I had to get the office staff to search multiple times because they didn't find the boxes when they first looked. -Document retention practices- I had a doctors note that was requested for a service dog. The ID card I guess wasn't good enough? That letter was filed and never found as I requested it on the day I moved out. -Last thing- get EVERYTHING in writing with a signature and date. I was lied to, and the person that I spoke with left the company. Now my balance is almost $3,000 because there was no record of that employee saying I would only get a bill for $1,610 for early termination. Sounds like a great place to live doesn't it?
