Front office, was one of the worst experiences I've had with customer service. Wouldn't fix a problem unless you constantly requested it. The manager was not professional, and he had some awful comments. He tried hard to break anyone's lease who disagreed with him. Maintenance, actually broke in one time. The chain was on and someone was in the shower. I would not recommend this to anyone. Which is sad to say because the property has improved.

Office staff is very rude and I have not had a single pleasant experience with the ladies in the front office. Upon move in and paying a 'cleaning' charge, AC filter was disgusting. Trees, and landscaping well kept. Maintenance request was fairly quick but the problem was not fixed. I would love living here if there was a better staff employed.

So far my experience at Madera Point is just mediocre. I chose this apartment, because it was close to school and work. This is also my first time renting an apartment and have gained a vast knowledge of what I now want in a apartment. Washer and dryer would be ideal as well as not being on the third floor with only stairs. I wouldn't suggest a friend moving in only if they absolutely need a place to live as soon as possible. I'm slowly noticing more and more things wrong with the apartment. I wish I had more time with the inspection sheet.

Front office never answers the phone or emails, maintenance hasn't fixed the AC ever since I moved in, my "upgraded" apartment still had minor damages. I've only lived here for a year and all my neighbors on the same floor and the floor below me have moved out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty good. Sometimes terrible. Took the property 2 years to fix all the broken lights on the property. It was so dark here at night and homeless people were everywhere because it was so dark. Maintence had rarely ever done a quality on anything here, causing them to have to come back multiple times becauae they didnt fix it the first time. Leaving the wrong size filter in my AC duct. Now ill never trust maintenance to do anything in my home without my complete supervision. I do like my space up here and the view of the pool area rocks. Ive made this a cozy home for many years now so everything is great, other than when something breaks and i need to deal with maintenance. Long ago i had a digital screen box for my ac controlls, they replaced it with an old old unit that only had a dial(so can never tell exactly what temp its at). I had asked years ago for that to be changed out for one i can use more accuratley but no one ever came back to replace it. These examples of maintence problems arent HUGE problems obviously because i have just learned to use this crappy dial meter, but it's the principal behind the idea that no one cares if im truly happy with how my experiance with maintence has been. I just get what i get and consider myself LUCKY if anything happends to get things fixed properly. Like i said i have just learned to live with it. Its the main reason i dont refer my friends to come and rent here actually.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The staff is horrible, they never answer the phone and when leaving a voice mail they never call back, cant get a email response to save a life. buildings are old and leaking, I was kicked out my apartment for over a week so they could fix a leak in my bathroom that was going into my neighbors house. i still don't know if there is mold so me and child could of been breathing mold since we moved in. they called me about updates i always has to go into the office to find out what going on. my upstairs neighbor blast music like its a concert, staff told me to just call the cops, the cops get called on the apartment almost every week staff still hasn't done anything. Im counting down the days till my lease is up only 3 months to go!!!! Oh and forget parking its the worse i hope you enjoy walking a mile to get to your house. If you are smart you will take these reviews to heart and not make the stupid mistake i did thinking they were all lies :(

Overall it has been positive so far, I have only been here a few days. I didn't realize that my apartment didn't look like the ones from the website, but that's okay and I got over it. Maria helps me out a lot with all of my issues.

it has been really good. the best apt complex ever, it has been a good experience. Sometimes the noise from the upstairs neighbor is a little much, but when i lived in a 1 bedroom it was so quiet i loved it. 2 bedrooms have more people so i understand. And i love the roomyness of the apt. It is near all the major shops. the neighbor is not that bad i just exajurate.

Make sure u read all the fine print with cost and also look at the apartments before u rent. I did everything online and feel very disappointed! Dirty carpet, kitchen drawers don't work. I was supposed to get stainless steel everything as well and that didn't happen. Neighborhood is questionable! Price is reasonable and the office lady's do seem nice but very unaware of what is going on when people sign up to lease their apartments. Very confused to me. I will not be renewing my lease but I am here for 11 more months so I'm going to make the best of it.

Friendly and responsive staff to resident concerns. If you are looking for a community of reasonable family type people this is it. All around the pool people actually talk to each other and children play together. Healthy environment for children.

Dogs rub loose sometimes, big ones but lately the invisible hand has taken a hold of it. Everything is great out here except for the flies cause of the dog crap posts and people being able to leave their trash outside for 'valet' that I pay a lot for and never use causing flies and other nasty stuff around the area. Not to mention my dog always wants to get into some of it. Great communigy other than having to pay 110$ more a month than what I signed up for from random stacked on monthly fees

The receptionist is rude, unprofessional and unqualified. At least that's how it was the last time I went months ago, after months of going to her for assistance and just received shrugs and 'i dunno know' from her. The gates never work properly, lighting is poor, the 'gym' key is extremely expensive. 50 dollars for 3 equipment pieces? and forget about office hours, even if I wanted to go get one, they are never open when I'm home. AND they stopped receiving money orders and when I asked the receptionist (completely unqualified) she didn't know what to tell me so I could buy one. She literally said: "I don't know". I think she thinks her job is just to sit there. They charge for gas when they said it was amenity, they charge for valet trash when they said garbage pick up was included. There is no accountability for bad neighbors, we where harassed by drunk native americans at the pool, told reception and they did nothing about it, told us to call police. Of course we didn't. Idk, I pay 1100 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, that's not a bad price. And is sort of well located, I have the 60, 101 and 202 near so I can get anywhere fast BUT there are 3 Circle K's on each corner of the crossroads where the community is located, so the outside of the place is filled with junkies, homeless people and scary people. There was a freaking shooting inside the complex, like in the parking lot in front of my apartment, a bullet freaking hit my apartment window. It's not a nice place to live at and I honestly can't wait to move but it won't be any time soon because moving is so expensive. Maintenance staff is great honestly, they are nice, apologetic, they do their job and don't ask too many questions, they respect privacy and boundaries. They are the only 100% good thing. I would recommend this community but severely warn about these flaws.

The front office team really makes living here a good experience. The lead maintenance person is very knowledgeable and gets repairs done right. The property itself is interesting. The big open area for dog walking is unfortunately at flood level. Additionally there is not an off leash area for dogs which is unfortunate. The basketball court is a bittersweet luxury. It's great for the enjoyment of folks however sounds of basketball dribbling and shouts of players come straight thru the apartment windows and walls. When players get rambunctious the noise level is very unsettling. It would be nice to have security cameras on the gates. The apartments are good. I would recommend this community to everyone comfortable with the variety that comes apartment living. The pool area is great for children who can swim, laying out, and grilling.

Very beautiful grounds ,has a great high class pool area; has a fire pit. Also has a nice gym and kept up outside grounds. Also it is secure it is gated all around. Never hardly any trash laying around. Very nice office management whenever I moved in it was extremely easy, it was my first apartment so I wanted to have a good experience and they made it that way. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place and I do!

The Apartments are beautiful inside and out! Everything is well kept on the outside. The complex is a very nice place to live in and very convenient to free way access. Wish we didn't have to move!!!!

I have had UPS confirm that they have Hand delivered packages to the front office and signed for, when I go to pick them up, The office somehow "Lost them" . Also every time I go to the front office during business hours the door is continuously locked. The security gate is always broken, hobos enter and roam around as they please. I was recently stalked and cornered by one, called the office and had to leave a voicemail since they never picked up the phone or even called me back. I gave my 60 days notice as soon as my lease was up for renewal. This people is unsafe especially for young women. I will never move into this place again, or recommend it to anyone.

A lot of police in the complex often, neightbors never pick up dog poop and I continuously step in it, office staff continuously leaves and locks the office before 6pm and my UPS packages get sent back to the post office.

horrible, i have barely been here a month & i already can't wait until my lease is up. the management is lazy (not mike), they never answer the phones, the mandatory valet trash is stupid, they don't provide you with your OWN parking spots, my neighbors are so nosy, i hear everything they do, including going to the bathroom. overall all the apts look decent on the outside but lowkey ------ once your inside. CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!

The Madera Point Apartments have been through a couple of different management companies administration throughout my stay here at the Madera Point. However the initial management were kind and very efficient and friendly staff as well. They would always greeting and a smile if we would to have an encounter while out in the grounds or when following up on a work order. When I moved in the newly remodel kitchen unit I was very excited with the white color cabinets made the studio appear more roomy and airy feeling with the large window for added natural sunlight. Enjoy the cooking both indoors and outdoors while the the pool area, which they remodeled recently and did a fantastic job. Also invested in better lighting and landscape layouts which enjoyed while taking a walks around the property. Along with this changes came some added fees in which residents did not have options.Overall the office staff have been friendly and efficient with following up with residents , with this I would say that an open door proactive policy in place when and if we have person to person interactions.

Compared to other communities we'd looked at, this has been an awesome experience. They worked with us to no end, and I'm sure we bugged them enough. lol. The maintenance has been basically immediate when we put in an order or just catch them driving by, they jump right on it.
