Good: Management communicates well and are a pleasure to speak to. But my issues persists. Bad: tenants do not use trash chute and leave the trash in the trash room. My apartment being opposite to the trash room I am directly affected. I have seen coackroaches walking on my door. ( due to trash left on floor) I have ongoing coacroach problem. Sewer smell in apartment. Sewer smell in staircase.

Very convenient location and nice staff. at times elevator and a garage door can be a problem though. next to a major shopping center, super market, gym, restaurants and portos bakery. Plenty of parking spaces.

The corner units are spacious, fitness center is pretty nice and spacious, and located near a lot of things. The years living here, I feel pretty secure and no concern of the lack of security. The parking is easy and accessible.

Great community in a nice and convenient Northridge neighborhood. Office staff and maintenance staff are top notch! Apartments and community are beautiful and well maintained. Anything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk or drive.

I had an amazing experience moving into the cemetery apartments. Kevin was super amazing as well very helpful informative and also very friendly. Upon move I received a welcome basket with essentials for maintenance of the home. All of which came in handy. Overall 10 stars

I have moved in this apartment complex very recently. So far my experience is great. Everyone is nice. Amenities are excellent. The whole complex is very clean well maintained. It is quiet. The security is very good. Nice restaurants, shops are within walking distance. I am really enjoying living here.

When I came to visit, I met with leasing agent Lupe who was warm and friendly. She answered all my questions in person and by email multiple times and was patient with my visiting the place 3 times before deciding to move forward with leasing from Symmetry. We have been living in these apartments for over 2 years. At the moment, there are no complaints. Everything is great. Sometimes something breaks, but the staff fixes everything in time. The only thing is, I would like a more individual approach to extending the lease. For example, some discounts, promotions, etc.

We just moved in and so far so good except for people leaving their garbage and trash in the trash room and not disposing it down the shoot. Someone need to tell them their maid mother does not work here. This shows this class of people don't belong to live in this community, unfortunately.

It has been a pleasure living here in every aspect. My neighbors are very nice and polite. The gym is accessible and diverse. The staff is always cleaning inside, as well as, the grounds. My dog is happily spoiled here.

Overall this is a nice community, it is higher cost but not like other communities that are high cost and low quality. It is very nice, modern and clean in most cases. There are some issues with people not picking up their dogs feces but you'll find that at any community. The amenities are very nice and plentiful, the drawback is you have to pay to rent them and even still they close at 10p. Wish that could be adjusted to midnight since there is security on site. Also not rent controlled. It's a new build so it reflects that in look, decor and tech.
