It's been enjoyable. Do not have complaints except that there have been multiple walk through in my house and I do feel that it was excessive during my two years. The carpets in the halls are never cleaned either and when I first moved in, it was so clean and nice. And unfortunately the rent was raised after my one year by close to 9%. That was a hard pill to swallow. Very safe apartment complex, but very expensive

Apartments are really nice and spacious. Everything is close by so you don't have to travel far to do things. Unfortunately residents can be dirty so you constantly see hallways dirty. Hallway carpets should be cleaned more frequently but other than that, the apartments are nice and you feel safe.

Maintenance staff, Felipe is really professional & great. The security should be more strict implementing parking rules. A lot of cars with no resident stickers are using the residents parking overnight.

Overall it has been a good experience. Neighbor upstairs does loud exercise every night for an hour or more - like playing soccer inside. This induces headaches and disturbs the peace. Apartment should make a rule that tenants should not be allowed to make loud noises beyond regular footsteps.

We just started living in this complex. So far we like everything very much, and I hope that this will be love for many years. Excellent location of the complex, all shops, parks nearby. excellent parking in the complex, although without our own space tied to the apartment, we thought there would be problems. but there are always parking spaces

Good apartments, we live two years all satisfied. The complex has all conditions for a good rest after work. There is a gym, swimming pool, barbecue area, playrooms for children and much more. The territory is always clean and tidy.

The apartment building is very nice. Occasionally, I hear loud music coming through the walls. Some neighbors do not treat the property as it should be, resulting in the staff having to clean up after them. The area is very safe, and most things are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Overall, great experience moving in. The staff is friendly and people living here have all been very nice. The apartment itself is quite spacious and we are living comfortably in a one bed room, one bath. The only thing that I can complain about is the noise of what seems to be a rain gutter. It seems that there is a constant noise coming from the gutter as if there are rain drops falling one by one, all day.

Significant decrease in security in last year. Cara getting broken into. Smell of weed everywhere. Elevators have been broken for months multiple times. Office staff just gives excuses for everything and the rent continues to increase.
