So many bugs in my patio

I live on the third floor (which is ground floor of the courtyard and pool areas in both buildings). From about February to now, there have always been multiple dead roaches in my patio (sometimes over 10 in one week). I know where it comes from because I've seen it happen - the gardener blows the bugs from the common outdoor pathways into the private patios! So not cool!! Every time I sweep them out into trash bags and every week there are new dead ones. I wish there was a way that pesticide can be used to control them because they've been absolutely awful to deal with and with the rent that I am paying along with the higher level I expect this apartment to function at, I wouldn't think residents would need to deal with this. I'm sure the balconies on the upper floors are fine. I don't know how 3rd floor residents deal with all this. I don't feel comfortable spending any time in my patio area because there are always just so many bugs.

It has been wonderful living in Symmetry. The price may be a little high, though, the amenities and quality matches what you pay. My boyfriend and I enjoy the amenities that Symmetry offer especially the pool. The only thing we would like for some improvement is more cleanliness in the hallways. Overall, we would give this apartment a solid 9/10.

I love it here but there are some silly rules like the towing of cars of residents here. I don't get what's the big deal. We should get more security during day time also not only night time and the people hired need to be respectful. don't act like they are cops or own the building they work for us. I see zero security people during day time. I feel like night time shift is here only to tow cars that you people will end up refunding. I hope this changes it

Amazing place to live that is well maintained. Great amenities! Staff is always very nice and responsive. It is very safe building with patrol regularly monitoring the area. Definitely a great place to live for everyone!

This apartment home floor plan and design is spacious with vaulted ceilings, which is like a breathe of fresh air. With hot summers, you feel much comfortable because the AC system circulation of air surrounds every room. You feel very comfortable and relaxing.

I have only been here a couple of months and so far everything is nice. The only thing I believe they should change is that all the amenities should be free and open everyday even on holidays when the office is closed.

Okay. My car has been broken into 3 times and the building still has not put up in cameras in the parking structure. Also the fact that we pay all this money in rent and they to have ridiculous rules like no decorations on your front door and plenty others. This building is brand new, you would think they would want to keep their residence and their property safe, the two security guards that they have here are for show.

The community is ok - people here seem to be nice, although I haven't had much interaction with them. Staff is very friendly which is awesome, and definitely something I'm very pleased about. Lots of residents here have pets, so if you don't like fur, I would definitely not recommend this place.

Common areas are very nice, but something is always out of order. Elevator was out of order for over a month. Pool was out of order for a month or more. Sky deck was out of service for over a month. The apartment offers a lot but they are not always in working order.

It's been a mix feeling. I have smelt marijuana in the hall every single day since I moved in. Then the raise the rent $300.00 and I get to hear loud white noise in my apartment every single day. But they can't do anything about it, but raise my rent! I AM NOT HAPPY!

The apartment is located in the middle of everything and convinient to restaurants and shops. The staff is great and the building abs many amenities that are good for families, couples and single people. It's a dog friendly building

I chose this apartment because of non smoking of any kind in building. We had issues but couldn't identify where it came from. But somehow, I didn't smell any kind of smokes in my room for awhile now. And regularly cleaning and maintenance the community areas like pool and floor etc.

Overall great. Good staff. Good amenities. Convenient location. Appreciate the local retail shops. Cons: too many community violations going unaddressed. Dog feces everywhere. Patios trashed out. Carpets in common areas really dirty.

Symmetry is absolutely gorgeous and our apartment couldn't be more beautiful. The surrounding area is super safe, clean and accessible. Tthis place has felt like home since the moment I arrived. If you are searching for an apartment, look no further. Symmetry is everything I hoped it would be and more.

The building and grounds are clean an nice but there are other issues that are more concerning. Safety/security is poor. The garages and storage areas are locked and yet theft is a continual problem here. We had our locked band trailer with equipment stolen out of the "secure" garage ($34k loss) and somehow it wasn't captured on the building security cameras - according to staff here. Eventually, we were able to get a third party to review the tapes. They saw it being pulled out but the plates were obscured. This was an inside job. I should also mention that the building is smoke free except for marijuana, which is constantly filling the hallways and coming into our apartment. When reporting it to the staff, I was actually told "welcome to apartment living." Finally, the security guard that they do have on staff follows my children around the building - kinda creepy. At one point they were filming a TikTok and close to them were another group of people smoking marijuana. The guard tells my kids they cannot film and to put their phones away but ignores the pot smoking. Where are his priorities? I would not recommend this building. As nice as it looks , the rent is too high to deal with all of the other issues that exist here.

I've had a great experience at the community in which we live. I really enjoy my beautiful apartment and it's close proximity to just about everything. Although there have been minor incidents in the community, I still love my community.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. I have to say it would be nice to see the grounds in the parking garage around the elevators washed down periodically. It has gotten a bit dirty in that area.

Great location and I like the laminate floors in my apartment. However, the apartment is small and not worth the rent. Common areas need better cleaning (dog pee in elevator, trash room). Cars are being broken into in garage. Not a good experience.
