The move-in experience was the easiest it could have been within a pandemic. All COVID10 safety protocols were taken to ensure safety to the Symmetry Office Staff and myself. The application process is painless and could not have been easier. The leasing process is efficient and simple. The move-in process is as convenient as it could be. You can reserve time to use the loading dock to load/unload your big items. You are given the keys to the apartment, a fob (for amenities and to get into the doors of the building) and a window sticker that is used as a sensor to get into the garage(s). The building is safe and clean. The apartments are new and well built. I could not be happier. I love calling this place home. The apartment complex is across the street from major restaurants and the mall. The dog park / run is convenient and nice. The additional amenities such as the gym, the roof deck and the pools are nice and well kept.

Nice that it is new construction and well built. Layout is open which allows a lot of creativity and makes the unit feel spacious. A lot of amenities but unfortunately unavailable due to covid. Only downside is the parking is first come first served in the garage. Long term this will cause a problem when the place starts filling up. At the current price, assigned parking should be included and give priority to those that come first with appropriate parking spots

My husband and I moved almost two weeks ago and we're absolutely loving these apartment homes. No complaints at all so far. We enjoy living in here!! We have everything we may need close by (food, restaurants, mall, etc)

Brand new, beautiful apartment. The biggest problem we had was the unit not being cleaned before move in, although we were approved weeks ahead of our move in date. Chris and Derick were helpful to make things right. Breanna is condescending and not easy to work with.

Symmetry is a beautiful new apartment complex with stunning apartments and amazing amenities. The apartments have high end appliances, built in washer/dryer, nest thermostat, and tons of natural light from the big windows. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful and made my move in process very smooth. Each building has its own parking garage with plenty of parking and passes for when your guests visit. The buildings and all amenities are secured and accessible via fob. The buildings have parcel pending for packages so you never have to worry about your packages being stolen or missing because you receive a text when your package arrives to pick it up. The front of the complex will eventually have a small shopping center with retail and restaurants which will be really nice to just walk to once those places open. In general, a lot of prime shops and food places within a 5 minute drive.

The units in this building are very beautiful. There was a lot of detail going into how they are structured. Small items like not all the amenities being open and some parking issues are the only thing.

On the day of our move in, we were welcomed that night with loud thumping noises coming from the tenant living above us, which carried on until 3am. The problem is not being addressed and is now becoming increasingly worse.

Amazing and beautiful community and apartment complex. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, and bus stops. The residents here are friendly and clean up after themselves. The employees in the leasing center are always super welcoming and helpful as well.

Leasing agents were very prompt in responding to calls and emails. Apartment building is beautiful. Most of the amenities are closed during this time of pandemic but is understandable. Will definitely recommend the place with my friends.

I've moved here about a week ago, the place is pretty quiet. Management is quick, which is amazing. Also when we decided to apply to get the apartment the process was smooth, mostly through email but quick. I would recommend Symmetry apartment to my friends

Overall move in experience was smooth, staff was very organized and thorough before move in. A little excessive in the questioning part for personal information for sure. Very disappointed in the quality of the construction of the apartment itself though, we've never had this much complaint on our move in check off list and this is a brand new apartment. The noise level is tolerable but everything echoes outside and you can hear people from open windows and balconies. If you're on the Lowe's side you'll hear their announcements. The maintenance up keep needs to be better, the hallway carpet is already so dirty and stained, trash chutes are out of control with items on the floor, the elevator is dirty. For the price and newness of the place, it's a little disappointing.

I love my new apartment. Everything is new and high tech. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier here and the location is great and close to everything. I would definitely recommend.

Elegant, beautiful view, friendly staff, quiet, spacious balcony, amenities are amazing. The layout of my 1 bedroom is extremely spacious,, stylish,, could use a little more storage,, but other then that it is perfect l.You can't go wrong with this property.
