We really like this building, its grounds, and the fact that it is quite modern. However, it's rather strange that such a modern building still has problems with cockroaches and lacks any way to charge an electric car.

My move in experience was fantastic. I have only been here a few weeks so I can only speak to that but Chris was FANTASTIC. He explained everything to me so thoroughly, answered ALL of my questions and made the move in process seamless. He was off on my actual move in day so Destiny took over and she was equally as helpful. They were both so kind and pleasant. They made this transition a breeze! This far I will say the amenities here are great and the building is rather quiet. When my doors and windows are closed I can barely hear any outside noise. I notice the difference when I open my windows so I would say they did a pretty great job making sure that the outside noise is not a distraction. I hope my experience living here is as positive as my move in experience was!

I'm a home body and work remotely and travel for work so I appreciate the community as it's quiet and clean. The staff is usually helpful and doesn't stress residents. Elevator did take months to fix but they were able to have a workaround. Parking is not the best if the complex is full and mannerless pet owners are still working. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the grounds clean cos ppl are ignorant. The trash chute on my floor is decent but it does smell

My family and I really enjoy living in this residential complex. There is everything for a comfortable life here: comfortable apartments with everything you need, recreation areas for adults and children. There is a swimming pool, library, lounge area, parking. Responsive staff.

Apartment complex is nice. Unit is spacious and I love the amenities. Street noise on the mall side even on the 5th level is horrible. I like the shops in the complex itself. Garage parking is fine but there are residents who don't pay extra for the parking who still park in the garage, which makes finding parking difficult for residents who do pay for parking.

This community is for people who are not suitable for regular apartments. they need more. they need secular, intelligent biseds. they need positivity and health. Therefore, the presence of a gym is very welcome. This complex is for those who do not smoke.

I honestly regret moving into Symmetry apartments. For such a high price in rent, my experience has been less than satisfactory. They towed my boyfriend's car from guest parking even though it was placed in the reservation system, and management was very unapologetic about it, insisting it was our fault. I had to file a complaint with corporate (Shea Properties). The second time, my boyfriend got towed from the retail parking right in front of the apartment, the reason being that >24hr guest parking is not allowed there. However, the reason for towing simply stated "overnight parking." The parking lot was virtually empty, and another car in the lot was there the entire weekend without getting towed. My boyfriend's car does look rather beat up, so I do believe that the security profiles it and discriminates against poverty. I did get the towing fees paid for both times by the apartment, thankfully, but it was not a fun experience. Also, every time it rains, water runs down through the bent pipes from the gutter and makes constant loud plopping noises for hours on end. It is impossible to enjoy the sound of the rain and is actually similar to the sound of torture methods used by the Nazis. In addition, my apartment was not sufficiently cleaned or repaired from the previous owner's damage prior to moving in. Maintenance has helped me fix every problem I report very promptly, in their defense, but the apartment should have been fixed and cleaned more thoroughly prior to my move in. I scraped an inch of grease from below the stove top after moving in. The window screen fell out. The carpet was replaced but not vacuumed. The door stop was broken. And the kitchen vent was not cleaned. On another note, my ceiling leaked quite dramatically during the first rain of the season, but Fabian did a wonderful job patching it up quickly for such a big job. In fact, he has fixed every job I have requested very promptly, which I do appreciate. The front office staff, Chris and Destiny, are also very nice and helpful, and I greatly appreciate them.

Incredibly horrible neighbors. No charging available for electric cars (only 2 out of 15-20 cars). Parking lot smells like trash. Office staff easy to talk to and amazing people. Maintenance staff super helpful and so accommodating.

Very clean, great staff, apartment and amenities are amazing! Easy to pay rent and to contact leasing office whenever there is an issue. Easy to contact maintenance and they are extremely fast in fixing any problems. The amenities are great and they keep all areas of the building very clean, even the parking garage. A little overpriced if you live by yourself but if you have 2-3 bedroom sharing with roommates, it's a better value.

Chris as the front office is absolutely amazing. Very prompt when handing issues that arise and always stays calm and collected. He handles things very professionally and is always apologetic even for things that are out of his hands. Fabian is one of the best maintenance people I've had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, it was great! I popped in for a tour and while waiting, multiple people greeted me, asked if I had been helped, offered me water, etc. Amazing customer service! I was helped by Destiny and she's so funny, personable, and has a great personality. I knew exactly which unit I wanted so when it was listed that morning, I toured and applied for the unit the same day! The amenities are great, especially the multiple fitness rooms.

Roaches!

I am highly disappointed in this building. This complex is quick to move people in and I see why. The building has roaches! The tiny roaches which indicates that this place is unsanitary. The place also has small bugs that fly around in the air. There has been several instances where homeless people are entering through the garage and harassing the tenants to be let inside of the building. I am currently 8 months pregnant and do not feel safe in this building and am highly disappointed with my experience living here. The carpets in the hallways are also dirty! Please do not be fooled into moving into this horrible complex.

I moved in from 2021. They increased too much rent payment from new contract. I want reasonable rent rates for the steadily stayed renters. Please take care of them to be stayed and feel reasonable to stay in this community. Thank you
