Dont leave anything of value in your car or even a trailer in the garage. Our trailer with over $25,000 of equipment was stolen from the garage and management has mysteriously "lost" the footage of our trailer being pulled out or they said there must have been a "glitch" in the camera. Because they sell tenants as having a "secured, locked garage", we are led to believe it is safe. We had a lock on the trailer and parked on the 2nd floor. It was there on Tuesday morning, then on Wednesday, we found it missing, it was parked right next to our van. Management seem to be covering it up, stating there's no recording of the 'very large' black trailer being pulled out. It was obviously an inside job and no one seems to care.

Its overall a nice place to live, Its visually appealing, has good amenities, convenient shops near by. I think its a good value for the price I leased at, If it were to go up it goes into a more competitive range with other apartment complexes in the area. I would be inclined to renew my lease once its up. I never had any major issues, The staff has been helpful whenever I have had to reach out.

I recently moved from Brooklyn to Northridge to start a new job. My apartment hunt was very thorough and included surrounding neighborhoods, including Woodland Hills. Symmetry stood out far and above from everything that I had seen, that it made my decision to move here a no-brainer. From the beautiful grounds, the well designed apartment units, loaded amenities, and accommodating location, I truly feel like I moved into paradise.

Building management is courteous and responsive. I think for the most part the negative aspects of this community are largely out of their control, such as barking dogs and tenants leaving trash everywhere. Maintenance seems to do a good job of picking up the trash quickly and the one time I requested their help with excessive dog barking they responded immediately and the situation has improved.

It's a beautiful complex with pretty nice people and prime location. The amenities are great! I like the staff as well they always try to accommodate me whenever I have an issue or concern. The apartments are very appealing inside as well.

I've lived in a handful of apartments that I've had no complaints. This is the first apartment where I've experienced office staff who are somewhat supportive but eventually will get tired of you when you file numerous complaints about a parking situation that happens regularly. The apartment itself is nice but the staff needs improvement on being stricter with their rules.

I enjoy/love living here. So close to stores, movies, and restaurants. I can walk to all locations. Saves gas and provides good exercise. The building is very quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Having a island in my apartment is a plus.

Just moved in! The place looks great and everything works. I am looking forward to working out in the gym, swimming in the pool and inviting friends over for a BBQ. I even have a nice view of some trees outside my windows.

Professional staff. The move-in experience was pretty smooth. Outdoor areas are clean and well maintained? perfect for walks with your doggy! The apartment has plenty of light, is very spacious. There's always plenty of parking in the garage.

It was nice . The amenities are clean. Peaceful environmental. The price is a like high . I would prepare if there will be no added pets because i think there are lots of pet already in the building and its becoming noisy with the dogs barking at night time. The swimming pool is a bit dirty already . If the carpet can be clean atleast monthly then it will be great .

Everyone is really friendly here, neighbours and staff included. The apartments are brand new, the amenities like the game room and BBQ area, pool and gym are really good to have. The amenities close at 10pm, minus the gym, which is understandable but on the weekends I feel it should be extended to midnight. However, I get that there's some apartments that surround the amenities so it would be unfair to them to have to hear people having a party at 11pm.

Moved into community in the midst of COVID so most amenities have been closed up until now. It is now, however, completely open. That said, it's hopeful that the added communal activity doesn't turn the complex into a pigsty. There are pets allowed here and a feces issues all over the complex is prevalent, but when owners won't clean up, maintainance should since pets are allowed. Feces in public places left there week after week with zero cleanup is common place. Hoping it won't get worse with more people out and about.

Many many issues at this apartment building and for a brand new apartment they should not be going on. There is trash and dog feces in the apartment building. Storage units getting broken into and guest parking is ridiculous.

Not great. Always marijuana smoke in hallways, dogs barking all night due to dog park not having normal hours of use (apparently it's open 24/7). Office hands are tied so not blaming them, but this has been our worst apartment experience and can't wait to leave.

Been here for 1 week (May 2021) and so far it has been very pleasant. Very friendly neighbors and staff. There is construction going on to the right of the apartment complex - depending where you're at, noise level isn't too bad. You don't hear much if your windows are closed. Even thought there are a lot of dogs here, you can usually only hear their barks if you're in the corridors/hallway. Apartment is in great shape (very new). Only noticed the first floor carpets to be dirty. Only con is the moving furniture in/out as elevators are limited, doors can't stay open, unloading area isn't exactly next to the elevators.

I moved here when covid was fresh so we didn't get to experience all the apartment had to offer. If your looking for luxury and expensive this is perfect for you. The apartments are nice, if you have kids the walls in the units pick up everything it touches so keep that in mind. The staff here is also great.

Good community. Getting multiple restaurants places that are all wonderful to eat at. Close to Northridge Mall and in between the 101 and the 118 for easy access to different parts of LA. Like our neighbors and the area. Management getting better.

Vince truly helped seal the deal! Answered all my questions in detail and wonderfully explained the amenities and other features of the complex. He helped make the application process seamless. Brianna and Michael have also been so helpful with all my questions during move in and getting settled in the apartment. The complex is so clean too!! Communication is clear via emails and the portal. The maintenance crew is also so polite and prompt !
