Finding an apartment at the time I did was very smooth with the staff members (Celia) that were available to help us at the time. Waterline had some great promotions I could not pass up and was definitely great knowing the the Staff member helping was very thorough with the entire process.

So far the move in process was easy. Good to note that it takes time for the system to process the lease signing, I wasn't able to immediately pick up my keys. Other than that I am loving the apartment and community this far!

is clean community, safe , the office people are very confortable and helpful, the maintenance staff resolve any issue quickly and clean, they take care of side walk keep clean , also they do pressure washer on the stairs and side walk.

I love the location and community great spot! Super walkable , my space is cute , I haven't had too many issues. I will say in the past they would replace our air filters they haven't don't that in a year or so and I need a new one.

Maintenance staff and leasing office staff are very responsive and friendly, any issues with my apartment utilities (ac unit, power, etc) was fixed within a day or two of filing a request. Location by downtown Bonita is also very nice.

This is a wonderful community. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are lovely! The front office staff goes above and beyond to help in any way they can. They also have cool activities, such as food trucks, drawings for prizes and much more! I highly recommend Waterline at Bonita Springs!

Waterline Bonita Springs is in a great location with lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops right around the corner. I love walking around the downtown area and not having to worry about a uber ride home. The pool is always nice and clean, perfect for a sunny Florida day. Great community to live in!

Friendly atmosphere, always having community events, staff is very friendly. Issues are resolved quickly. Very close to bars, entertainment, parks. Pest control every week. Great walking experience.

From the moment we arrived at the front office to today it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and responsive and handles all maintenance requests in a timely manner and they do a great job completing requests. The grounds and common spaces are well maintained and the complex looks great. My husband and I really enjoy living here. The apartment space is great and we especially love the large balcony. Highly recommend living here.

Since I entered the community to tourist I realized that it is a very quiet place and it is the most important thing for me I like that it has all the necessary equipment for you to feel comfortable in the residence like a gym without having to leave the residence to go for one, I also value the balcony because I can go out for a tea.

It's been about 1 month but Waterline Bonita is turning into home very quickly. It's dog friendly, people friendly, reasonably quiet and close to my favorite spots in downtown Bonita. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I've lived here for almost two years. good respectful neighbors. staff is always helpful. maintenance folks always to a great job in responding to requests. parking for one car is easy and safe. nice pool too.

I Like the community and where its located. Close to everything highly recomended. Staff is on top of any issue that may arise. Parking is little tuff if you have visitors. Great gym, pool and grill area.

The management team has been kind, although there were a few hiccups with my space I was signing on for. Make sure to triple check with your leasing manager! Otherwise, the space is great and so is the location.

It's is a nice community. It is a good location located close to downtown Bonita Springs, FL. The trash service is nice. The new staff is much better than the old staff. The workout room could use some repairs.

Honestly, not good so far. I have put in three noise complaints now for the people living below me, who have caused disturbances with their dogs and waking me up to them fighting. My dryer has broken 3 times and is luckily now working. The community has so much potential because I do enjoy living in my unit, but it lacks.

The community is clean and safe. The gym is nice and so is the pool and you can't beat the location. The parking is a nightmare and will drive you nuts. One assigned spot and people always park in it. Also if you have an upstairs neighbor you can hear every single footstep so sleeping has been tough?

Everything is good except garbage system. They need work on garbage system. They supposed to be take all garbages. If they not like garbage they not taking. I'm paying a lot of money every month for that service

It's been a good experience, Maintanance is fast when is needed. Is always clean and a quiet place to live . There are differents options to eat around and you don't have to even drive . The apartments are situated on downtown Bonita Springs and have new business opening around it .

While I haven't lived here long, I have been a resident of various apartment complexes for about a decade now, and I am very impressed with not only the staff at Waterline Bonita but I find the community to be very well maintained and you can tell there is pride here!
