Terrible over all experience at Waterline. The people that work in the leasing office are some of the hardest people to get a hold of and when you do they are very reluctant to even help. The community is not safe, with multiple break ins and cops parked outside of buildings. The apartments itself were put together quite quickly and we have had bug problems and the electricity goes out very often. Over a terrible place to live in south Florida.

Staff has been very friendly and helpful. The complex is kept very clean Almost to the point that I can't imagine what else needs to be power washed. My only other issue is parking and why doesn't each unit have 1 assigned parking spot.

This is a 3 story apartment with no elevators. The common hallways look like a crime scene from people leaving their garbage out for days. The security gates have never worked and there is no assigned parking. The management office sends you a notification that they are inspecting the units with no times and you have to lock your pets up for 2-3 days with no follow up if your unit was inspected.

Office staff can be tough to get ahold of by phone or email. Beautiful apartments but bedrooms are on the smaller side. Huge closets and very minimal bathroom storage. The gym and pool are very nice and clean as well.

Great central location for all the events near Bonita and Naples. The rent has gone up and doesn't quite fit the quality but that is happening everywhere. Parking is a hassle but that's the neighbors fault. Pressure cleaned and painted during my stay but the utility water stinks.

I live here, quite clean just great!! The staff nice, love the gym pool all nice and clean. Parking lot could be bigger. Wish gate was closed at night. Everyone is great. The buildings are clean, they are always cleaning the steps. They keep the grass looking very nice.

Our overall experience has been very poor. We paid for a gated community and the gates have never worked. Management has done nothing to resolve this issue. The community has had car break-ins and yet nothing is done. Exterior cleanliness is also a major problem.

My move-in date was 12/15, the apartment was filthy and it smelled. On 12/17, I could wait no longer and began to move my things in. The apartment was still filthy and still smelled. The manager said she'd fired the cleaning team and hired a new team. She said I would not pay rent until my apartment was clean. Today is January 2 my apartment has not been cleaned yet.

Overall great experience for us however I know others don't have a great experience whether it's neighbor issues or something else. The rent increase has been a major thing too that's been floating around. Also heard some residents are "dangerous". The gates don't work which is something we pay for so it's a little frustrating that we've been paying for the last 2 years and they've never worked.

It's been an over all good experience.The apt is lovely and the complex is very nice with great amenities. The rent is a good price for us and will renew our lease only if the rent is at a reasonable rate.

The community is very well kept in regards to the landscape, the overall look with the building, that being pressure washing the stairs, hallways and roofs. The apartments are modern and catered to todays style. The office and workers are quick to respond to any item that is brought to their attention.

The Mosaic apartments have a lot to offer. The spacious floor plans are extremely well designed and offer a modern kitchen with nice appliances making food preparation and entertaining very enjoyable. Nice place to live!

Very nice experience. I would give it a 4/5. Service is good. Office staff is friendly . Only issue is they never made the gates secure and we are paying for a service that isn't being taken care of. I would recommend friends to live here though

Very nice community with clean and well maintained apartments. Complex is in a great location with easy access to the highway and local stores or other things you might need. Only problem I have seen here is the mildly too small parking lots.

The apartment complex is great. Kenny in the front office is AWESOME. I love the layout of the apartments and the amenities the complex offers. Only thing that is frustrating is parking. There is NEVER parking if you are home after 6pm. My first year on the lease it said 2 cars PER PERSON. I dont know who has 2 cars per person. And then the lease changed to 1 car per person on the lease, but people who resigned still have stickers and no one obeys that. There is also no enforcement. Hopefully they can figure out a solution as the apartment complex is not 100% occupied. People are parking in handicap spots and on the side of the curbs because of the low amount of spots. My advice is to take out the silly trees and grass spaces between the parking spaces to give another spot and then to provide each vehicle on the lease an ASSIGNED parking spot and then GUEST parking to those who are staying overnight. Also, the trailers and boats that have been sitting in the lot for MONTHS need to be ticketed and fined per the lease agreement. It is taking up parking spots for residents. The gates also need to work and people who pull them open and BREAK them need to be punished. This is is ridiculous that the gates work and then people destroy them to get in.

its a great comunity very close to everything here, i really love the pool and gym, everything looks so clean and pristine , ( that was the main reason that i decided to move here) staff is always available and thats a plus.

When a resident has neighbors from hell it’s difficult to write anything positive when management turns a deaf ear to complaints and this is the case with me. I have documented 4 complaints with not one word back from management. Tonight I called the police. It’s 1:00AM Saturday and the people above me are still roudy, loud, obnoxious and rude, their drunken party continues to deprive me of sleep. If you are looking for apartments I encourage you to look else where unless of course you are like the people above me. And I also complained about the grease and grime etched into the concrete breezeway from neighbors who don’t care if it’s nasty and it is terribly nasty and it’s been this way since I moved in in April and they have promised to clean it but management had failed again. I want out and not soon enough, this place is not a good place to live.

Moving in went from a dream to far but it. Consist issues with parking. The gate has had more excuses on why it doesn't work than being in use. No accountability when speaking the staff. Also the building in the front is only for show as there is still dirt inside it.

Great community, great staff !!! Very clean and dog friendly!!! Great area in Bonita Springs. Close to a lot of shops and local attractions. I75 right around the corner for quicker access to highway .

New management is rude and inconsiderate. They have one great employee in Kenny, and he should be running the place. The garbage service is unreliable, the gate is a total disaster, and the dog waste bags are never replenished which leads to dog poop everywhere.
