It's very clean and the staff is very attentive. It's a quiet and safe community. Lots of local restaurants, bars, and businesses within walking distance. Gated community and lots of fun amenities available to the residence.

Nice community, clean property. The apartments are modern with nice appliances. Very quiet area and very close to downtown Bonita. 5 minutes away from the interstate which makes commuting easier. Trash pickup

I just moved in, and I dont like change easilly, So For this place I was looking for long time, and decided to move in. Appartments are great, Community very clean. Maintenance fast to resolve the issue, over all for entire office staff 5+. Thank you

No elevators, making 2nd and third floor walk ups very rough. One bedrooms are super small No walking areas unless you want to walk the parking lot. Does not feel like a homey place. The pool was nice enough. Close to downtown Bonita. They say they are part of Spanish wells but this is not true. They are just close by.

The location is nice if you like to walk for coffee, food and entertainment. This is not a great community if you are expecting premier grounds and security. Nice starter location, but not a great place to stay too long.

The apartments are beautiful but once you leave the apartment, the rent is not worth what you get. You are paying a luxury price to have someone park in your parking spot and not be able to use the clubhouse after 6pm.

Maintenance team is fantastic. Office team has not been consistent over the years. Lack of communication. Community spaces have not been improved. Community management does not properly enforce their own policies. Making it challenging to live within. Policies not enforce: -gate procedures -parking -pet owners of disposing pet waste properly -trash bags piled in walkways and stairs. - smoking in common spaces around pool and apartment balconies

The community is very nice and welcoming. Neighbors are friendly, and facilities are very clean which is a huge plus for me. Sometimes parking can be an issue even with the new parking spots. But overall my roommate and I have enjoyed our stay in this apartment complex. We are still discussing if we want to renew our lease.

I love my apt. I dont love the people in the community. there is constant problems with parking and noise and children locked out of their apt at 6 am. that i had to call the cops. THe security guard said just to wait it out after 40 minutes of me waiting for my spot to be free, i asked her to call a tow and she said just deal, they wont be here for an hour anyways.

love this place! i wish it wasnt so expensive however its beautiful and very well kept, the staff are always nice and helpful! staff has asked to help out multiple times, they are always attentive and treat everything with high priority.

I have had a wonderful experience here. I just resigned my lease and look forward to staying management here has been very helpful. They support my dog and she is welcome in the office anytime. The pool is always clean and ready for swimming. The gates work with a sticker on our cars so not just anybody can come in.

So far our experiences have been mostly positive since we recently moved in. It seems the entry gate is open all day which does affect the security element we were expecting.It appears the occupancy regulations per apartments may not be enforced. It also appears there are non residents using the parking and pool facilities

Cars are broken into. Parking is not monitored parking lot is not lighted properly other residents are extremely loud. Police were here day and night for weeks loudly knocking on a neighbors home. My child was so scared

When I first moved into my apartment there were minor fixings that needed to be done, like any other move in, the maintenance staff were so quick to fix everything. Overall amazing office and maintenance staff!

Maintenance is quick to fix any problems and apartments are clean, no issues with bugs or garbage problems. There is a great workout facility by the office with newer equipment that looks to be taken care of.

You will be happy to live here. The community is in a great location--is it a luxury apartment? No I've lived in one before -- it is more on the standard side. They are newer buildings, there are garages available and it's gated. Definitely worth a look, the maintenance staff is also on top of things so if you do have an issue it will be handled immediately.

no real issues the main thing is parking and some of the residents not complying with lease agreements like cooking food on patios, selling mattresses to residents in our community. It also appears more people are living in apartments that should not because the high cost of rent. Blocking my car trying to back.

I moved in 3 months ago. I needed a new AC filter, put a request in and maintenance promptly took care of it! They also made sure to not enter my home without me being present like I requested :) I prefer to be home when staff enters my house and they respected my wishes and I know that to be true because I have a ring doorbell. they made sure to call my cell prior and were quick, respectful, and efficient.
