Overall, the maintenance maintenance people are responsive and want to come and get the job done. However, parking remains a very serious issue and the complex does not enforce the parking rules or tow away cars that are clearly within designated spaces. I cannot stress how important it is to have a reliable parking spot, and I do not think that I will be renewing due to the fact that my parking is not guaranteed all year around for several months at a stretch you can expect to not have a parking space to have to park off of the complex. This would have been a great community, but the parking means I cannot resign

Waterline, Bonita Springs is a very accommodating community and in walking distance to all that Downtown Bonita Springs has to offer. The Office and Maintenance staff are very professional, yet personable.

I love the area as it is close to my work and close to all the fun of downtown! The units are great and beautiful! They take great care of the surrounding areas like the pool and our dog park! This is such a cute and nice place to be!

Office Staff is very helpful. Maintenance is readily available to help with any concerns! Assigned parking is very helpful! The apartment is comfortable and very quiet.. The location of the complex is excellent? close to many businesses.. and beaches!

The staff is amazing. The community is fantastic. Love this area.I have easy access to many nearby restaurants , shopping, and parks. The pool area here is great and a pet friendly community with a dog park.

Waterline is a very nice place to live. The community is well kept and very quiet. It is pet friendly and people pick up after their animals which is great! There is a dog park as well. The community is also very secure.

I really like living in this development. It is accessible to everything & very quiet. Great neighborhood as well. Fantastic neighbors that are very friendly. Like my spacious apartment very much. The management has been very helpful when I run into a problem.

Community has continues to go downhill while price of rent has skyrocketed with no positive difference in community appearance or amenities. Unit have multiple people staying inside that aren't on leases and parking is always a disaster due to this

Since 2023, the overall community here as diminished. The outside of apartments is filthy, parking is a huge hassle, and it smells like weed every time you step outside. So overpriced for the quality

I've had a great experience with this community. It is quiet and welcoming. The rent is reasonable. The maintenance department is wonderful! The people are nice here. The apartments are right near everything and just off of I75. The parking is awful.

Great, office manager Angie was amazing! She answered every question I had, worked with me through everything! The community was very clean as well as the apartment walk through! Everything is very clean and organized! And staff is very helpful

The only issue I have is the parking situation. I have people parking on the curb in front of my garage where I cannot get in.. I wish the parking situation would be enforced. I understand that each apartment gets one spot because there's not enough room but what if there's a three bedroom and three people that's three cars and you have to park on the street.

So far community has been it stays this way with all the turnover. I would not have lived here for this long if it wasn't nice and safe and like the office staff right now seems to be trying hard to make everything better.

This is the worst place I've ever lived in my life. This community is disgusting. There are hundred and hundreds of undocumented illegal citizens living in every building. I've seen 10-12 in units and this is a well known thing that has been happening for 2 years without anyone doing anything about it. General contractors or people that are in charge of jobs that require labor from people living here illegally, rent the apartments short term and pack them into the units and cycle through them over and over. These people do not care about this complex and trash it, bringing garbage and cockroaches and a lack of respect for really anything about living here. I've seen people having sex in the pool in the middle of the day, found used condoms on the ground, syringes, dog poop literally everywhere, Modelo bottles and cans everywhere, the grass gets cut randomly, you can NEVER get ahold of the office and I mean 0%, the trash companies are completely unreliable, there have been German cockroach infestations all over my building and I am embarrassed to live here and will be leaving free this lease is over and have been here since shortly after the complex was built.

Apartments are well designed with decent fixtures. Maintenence staff is excellent and responsive. Location is excellent. Pool area needsan upgraded furniture. My building is quiet as its an end unit.

My experience here at the waterline was just fine. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The specials at the time was just what i was looking for and was able to take advantage of it. When i got the keys to the apartment the walkthrough was a breeze and the team members was very informative.
