It's been great there's a couple of things that have concerned me one being that they have a late fee on my account all of because I was never communicated with when management switched portals to pay rent and there was a lot of confusion which I'm still dealing with now also I don't like how they clean the hallways I think that they can do a better job and the fact that I've been living there for a year and we're just now using the gates is a little untraditional but no biggie just wanted to pointed out that it seems kind of odd

Clean and safe, but too expensive. Gates are finally closed but are a pain. Valet trash needs improvement. Bigger bins and weekend pick ups. No community events. No grills allowed and the only grills are at the pool and doesn't heat properly. Need grills 8n other areas.

I have lived at Mosaic at Oak Creek for a year and four months and enjoyed every minute! The office staff has been great. whenever I have had a maintenance issue they have been here the same day ready and willing to fix any problem!

Mosaic at Oak Creek is a great community. The gym, the pool, the community center are all clean and modern. There is a kayak launch which is easy to access and easy to use. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a family friendly atmosphere.

The office staff is kind and the maintenance guys are polite and courteous. The value for the units is good. The dog policy is very generous since there are not many large dog friendly communities that are this well maintained. The only issue is there is not enough parking for each household and some households have too many vehicles, trucks, or trailers.

Everyone is friendly and helpful , the community is quiet. You are close to the beach, and all the events at the nearby downtown park. There are many new restaurants to go to downtown within walking distance.

I like how everything is brand new here. I didn't have to clean barely prior to moving. The cleanliness is one of the main reasons why I moved here. It's close to my job and it's right in the heart of downtown Bonita springs. The location is great. I am close to the park and to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Now is not the time to purchase a home, because everything is so overly priced.. so this was the next best option. I love it here. The apartments are very nice. I don't regret it! Great community ??

I was able to move in quickly and easily. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were moving across the state and had a week to do so. They were able to expedite the paperwork process and make everything very smooth. They also knew we were planning on adding a furry companion to our life and highlighted the pet/dog friendly aspects of the local area as well as community.

Everything seems to be fine, except the paper thin walls. You can hear everything! I guess that's just apartment living. The people at the leasing office are very nice. Piper has been great communicating through email!

Mosaic Oak is located very close to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Walking distance to many parks also. Staff is friendly. There is a nature preserve behind the apartments which makes a very peaceful setting.

Overated and overpriced for a rental property in old Bonita. Almost a year now and what was represented to me as a secure gated community; still us unsafe, not secured and still hearing the same excuses as to why we are not a gated functioning community ; as per our leasing agreement : which contrary to what local management thinks; is a misrepresentation of leasing apartments as being in a secure gated community. It's now 3 months and our vehicles have sensors for a front entrance gate that is and has been open 24/7 for the 7 months if my 12 month lease Which I feel the residents should all be reimbursed in some monetary firm for renting on such a high end monthly rate for a a front gate and back gate ; where it sure is funny the back gate gate can function securely but the front gate is still inoperable as I write this today. And I'm only writing this in duress after speaking last Friday to Asst Prooerty Manager Kenny. when I inquired as to why after we the residents two weeks ago were informed the front gate would be functional and everyday closed ofter office hours. Which is now two weeks later and is a blatant lie. When are the residents of Mosaic at Oak Creek in Bonita Springs,Florida get a completely secure gated community for which the rented for when they leased their units. And I don't want the same paddled answer, SOON!

Luxury my butt. Luxury are walls that are built soundproof , not cheap paper. $1800 ? Bull crap. Valet trash is garbage itself. There’s no good thing about it, all it’s doing it’s leaving stains on our cement. The toilet gets dirty ASAP, I mean dirt residue from the water rises up. Disgusting. Bugs are everywhere. They came out of nowhere !!!! We keep our apartment clean, we clean everyday but ants, roaches, spiders makes their way in here . It’s troubling. What’s with the fridges? Cheap --- small $50 box? That’s bull. We deserve to have the big fridge with the ice machine attach not inside but outside. We have big families , this fridge is for one meal not multiple. Random nails under the cabinet ? Not hammer all the way in ? Not childproof!! We have people parking their boat and trailer on a parking spot. Like bro you suck balls. The pool is small, there’s no cabanas , like other “luxury” apartments . Stay away from here, can’t wait to move out..... 5 more months to go!

Management here is absolutely horrible, Never answer phone calls or emails. You can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Walls are paper thin. So if you enjoy being woken up at all hours of the night, hearing people stomp and scream above, below and on the side of you, and HORRIBLE property management this is the place for you. They are always too busy to deal with resident requests!! Can't wait until my girl and I can get out of here !!! WORST COMPLEX EVERY JESSICA IS THE WORST PROPERTY MNGR.

This place has been NOTHING but problems from the moment I've moved in. I have lived here a little over a month and have already submitted about 10 work orders because things were constantly breaking or there were bugs everywhere. The amount of times I've had to call in because theres another ant infestation, spiders, or cockroaches found in my apartment is RIDICULOUS. I know that we are on a preserve and I get that, but the amount of spiders, ants, roaches, worms, and bugs in general that get into my apartment is absolutely insane. They also told us when we were viewing our unit it would be $1,600 and the day we went to sign our lease it was changed to $1,700. Move in day was an absolute mess when we agreed on 10 AM move in and the front office called me at 9:45 saying hey sorry can you move in at 1 instead?? 15 MINUTES BEFORE. Why, you ask? The cleaning company accidentally took my apartment key and they then had to change the locks. When we moved in, there was trash EVERYWHERE. Bags of food in the drawers, and the floors were FILTHY. Come to find out, our apartment was previously the construction office (you know, the one that we were told no one had been in before yet there was stuff everywhere shoved in the drawers). And don't even get me STARTED on how impossible it is to get the contact information of the office manager. Oh also, the walls are PAPER thin. You can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. The only good thing about this apartment complex is how nice the maintenance and front desk guys are. Other than that, I'd move out right this second if I could.
