The overall move in experience has been great. We were able to have great help from staff with any issue that we had. The maintenance staff was quick and efficient in fixing the issues we had when moving in. The onsite management really help us out with everything as well.

I love living here. Its one of the nicer apartment places i have lived at. The office people and maintenance people are very helpful, kind, and awesome. It's in a nice area, and the property is always kept up well.

Nice apartment. New updated. Great location. Rent pricing is high. Maintenance response is quick and efficient. Would like to see trash rules enforced as not great to come home and see trash out whenever and not in trash container

Overall, this is a wonderful experience, post hurricane! The management staff did an outstanding job at getting me into a rental after losing my residence in the storm. although the apartments are very small, especially for the price, they are nicely designed and maintained!

Management was very professional and accommodating. The lease agreement was clearly explained. They went out of their way to honor an eastern elevation for the lanai that I requested. The community is well kept.

The current management running this complex are awesome! Everything is completed in an efficient, friendly and competent manner. They are doing get togethers after hours for it to become a community. The grounds are nicely kept up, the pool is sparkling and maintained 3x a week.

The community is beautiful. The apartments were spacious with balcony. I loved every part of it. It is my dream apartment. My husband and I are definitely considering moving in is our desired floor plan is available.

Nice apartment but terrible everything else

Well first off .the gates are broken so everyone from the surrounding neighborhoods use the pool on weekends and at night ..no biggie right ? Well there isn't any parking ever ..and the kicker is that they have thieving maintenance staff that come into your apartment and steal your belongings..they also left the master key in my door and left it open all day until I got home that night and closed it ..then after all that they want to raise my rent by 300 dollars..for a tiny apartment in a crappy neighborhood..do yourself a favor and keep looking

Waterline location and grounds is one of the best in southwest Florida. With access to several options of roadways running north and south for your need to move around the cities. For your days off the 5 mile drive straight to dabeach is so easy you might?????.

So far I've been at waterline Bonita springs for a week and everything has went smoothly so far. Apartment is in great shape, staff has been courteous and helpful, the property is well-kept and I've had no issues with any of the neighbors. Has been a great experience so far!!

First of all it's in a beautiful location just shops and shopping. Close to Interstate 75 for my commute to my work. The community is nice and clean. The associate I was very comfortable with her and more than likely I will put in my application on Tuesday.

close to downtown Bonita, Dog track, library, river park. Parking situation is not good. no elevator. nice pool and dog wash. water smells. inconsiderate parking neighbors. too expensive. what else can I say...

This community has a great gym for being in a apartment community, there is a wide variety of people who all seem to be friendly. My kids love the pool and it's 4 spouts that pour into the pool. Very dog friendly.

I enjoy living at Waterline because of the convenient location and all of the amenities that come with the community. My dog loves the dog park that was just newly renovated, the pool is perfect on hot days after work, and the units are very aesthetic, with great views.

The rent has been raised 20% each year for two years? very difficult for us seniors in retirement? location is convenient to restaurants, stores, Publix, and health care. The pool is nice? extremely crowded on weekends especially.

Lovely community. Love the finishes of the floor plans. Great location nearby downtown Bonita Springs. Good value for the price. Nice clubhouse and amenities. Love the large closets and kitchen with granite countertops!
