We have had an enjoyable living experience here. It's a great community to live in. With a wonderful location with quick access to Naples and or fort myers. We have had the opportunity to watch the community grow.

This is a great place to live. The location is fantastic, walkable to so many fun restaurants, bars and events. The community is new so the buildings are in good shape. Rent is on the high side, but that makes for a nice community and amenities. The move in process was frustrating and drawn out, but since living here I have been happy.

Very nice apartment. Clean and well maintained. Office and maintenance staff were very responsive the one time that I needed to contact them. The apartment has a nice, well thought out floor plan. Very nice.

Not worth the price. Too small and cramped layout made it claustrophobic. Use of white paint too institutional. Storage in kitchen too small. Looks like a place to die, not live. Not enough greenery. Lanai not situated for even minimal privacy. Sad, I wanted to love this place.

I don't really have any complaints. I have been very happy with how quickly I was able to move in & everything has been great since then! I am curious as to what is happening in the lower level of the apartments directly on old 41 - I think they are retail spaces.

The move-in experience from start to keys was quick and easy. Michelle was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped secure the apartment I fell in love with. I truly appreciated her enthusiasm during the process! I'm loving my experience at Waterline so far. The building is quiet, the views are awesome, and there is plenty to do around the area (dog park, Oak Creek, Imperial River, downtown Bonita, etc.) within walking distance. There are two things that I will point out for potential renters: 1.) My unit does not have a ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom. The master closet also does not have a light in it. 2.) The walls are pretty thin. I can hear the neighbor next door's conversation when they are talking at a normal volume. Other than that, I love my unit. I love the layout and everything in it. I hope to stick around for quite some time :)

Nothing really bad to say. Great stuff and place is clean. The payment website needs improvement as it is a diseaster, whoever is taking care of it should be informed how badly it is working. Besides that love the place

I like the community and space, but I do feel the gate at the front should be working and closed when it is dark. I am disappointed in the rent increase. Other than that, I like the space and community.

Great place to live and wonderful management staff. The amenities are wonderful. Great atmosphere and the location is perfect for the park or local restaurants or craft breweries. Love the cocktail bars and coffee bistro!

Apartments are very nice, but you can hear neighbors through thin walls. Accepting animals is a great feature, but that also means hearing people's dogs bark a lot. There is a big parking problem in the community.

The apartments are a nice size. When I moved in, originally, I thought it was great for the price - location, apartment size, and rent - however, I recently had to renew my lease and the increase was insane. Office staff when I first moved in (May 2021) wasn't that great or responsive. They were bought out a couple months later and the new staff hired recently are very receptive and available. Bedrooms have carpeting which would be nice if upgraded, especially for the price. No elevators. I live on the third floor. I'd suggest hiring a moving company if you get a third floor apartment.

I like the location of this property. My apartment is just the right size to accommodate all my furnishings. Maintenance is very efficient and the staff very friendly. My apartment was brand new and I was the first to live in it.

Community is centrally located in Bonita Springs, FL and you can walk to downtown restaurants. Overall it is quiet except for cars without mufflers. Parking can be an issue at times. It is a pet friendly community and they do not discriminate against large breeds. Overall, the community grounds are clean, well-lighted, and safe. Apartment unit is basic with decent finishes. Rent is high, and expect it to go up 15-20% at lease renewal. Customer service is non-existent. They have a clunky web portal and messages go unanswered. Leasing office is often closed/ un-staffed.

NO COMMUNITY EVENTS HERE AND CANT USE THE CLUBHOUSE. RENT KEEPS GOING UP. THE STAFF IS NOT ENGAGING . WITH THE ECONOMY PEOPLE CANT AFFORD TO LIVE HERE. LOOKING ELSEWHERE UNLESS THEY DECREASE THE RENT. YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE. THE MAINTENCE IS VERY GOOD.THATS ABOUT IT

It's a great community to live in! The office personal is making you feel comfortable and supported since the first moment you stop by. The apartment layout, design and appliances are one of the most beautiful I've seen, that was the main reason to chose this community! Pool and fitness center are also extraordinary, I love my new apt!

The Apartments are Nice but living here is a Nightmare
The 1st year and half I have lived here the gate had been broken. Still doesn't work right all the time. When ECI bought the property, they emailed everyone promising pool and dog park updates and never did. The lawn care people have no respect for resident's vehicle's when working. There is a massive cane toad infestation here and office refuses to take care of it, "because it's not in the budget", but they can raise rent $300-$800 a month on us no problem. There is dog poop everywhere, people leave their trash out in piles by their door on days they are not picking up. There is absolutely no parking because there is too many ppl living in apartments that are not on the lease. Our lease states certain types of dogs are not allowed on the property but yet at least 10 people here have pit bulls and German shepherds. The only way I'd renew my lease is if they lowered my rent. This is the most corrupt place I have ever lived. People break into cars and apartment here. The cops are here almost every day. The apartments are nice and Maintenace does a good job. But there are just too many problems here for the amount of money we pay.

Beautiful, clean and safe!!!!! The staff is helpful and professional! Private Quiet, professionals living here. The buildings are constantly being cleaned. Office staff attentive to assisting any questions or concerns you might have. I love it here and will be living here for many years to come

Lovely gate community, beautiful gated community, nice office staff and a maintenance staff that is dedicated to their job. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes growing up and none of them were ran as well as this one. The office is staff is friendly and attentive and maintenance requests get handled with urgency. They also throw events so everybody in the community can get acclimated with each other. Although I do not have a dog yet the amenities they have set up for your pet are not only nice for owners but encourage to keep the community clean. Can't beat the fact that they have a pool and a clean gym that people take care of. I am enjoying my time here and will be staying until I purchase a house.

Peaceful and quiet apartment living. I'm only home once a month due to my job and I really do feel at peace when I come home. I don't usually see neighbours. When I do, they are usually very nice. The complex is, also, clean and fresh looking
