I have been satisfied overall with the apartment community. I believe that the new management will be easier to deal with since previous management tended to stub up against issues that were brought to his attention.

This place is the nicest apartments for the cheapest rent in the area. I rarely ever hear the highway, however it's still not perfect (but living in apartments is rarely ever perfect). The walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors often. The pool is not heated, and no valet trash service. However, the space is usually kept clean, the maintenance staff is very helpful, and the apartments are very nice.

had silverfish infestation upon moving in, brought to attention twice, still not resolved in 4 months. exit gate occasionally open at night, no longer gated. Maintenance is good about fixing issues in a timely manner.

So far, everyone has been pretty friendly. Community grounds are well kept and the amenities are very nice. Apartment has a nice sized in unit laundry room and all other appliances are pretty updated. I do wish the pool table area was open later than 9pm!

Moved in when new, the office and maintenance staff are incredibly supportive. Any maintenance issue was taken care of by the next day. Living in the villas we only have one common wall and don't hear our neighbors. Don't know about the apartments. Would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live

Great community! A little pricy but great location. Parking tends to be an issue if you have an apartment without a front garage. Staff is very friendly and easy to deal with. I don't know why this is a mandatory 200 word

Just moved in. Love it so far. Very attractive & laid out interior. Very nice street appeal. Closets are HUGE. Kitchen island is oversize & perfect for crafts & cookie baking. Plenty of storage. Roomy laundry.

It has been a really great experience so far, and I've been very happy with how smooth everything has gone. From the very beginning, the move-in process was easy, quick, and well-organized, which made everything feel stress-free. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive, and everyone I've interacted with has shown a high level of professionalism and friendliness. Anytime I've had a question or needed something addressed, they've been quick to respond and take care of it without hesitation. There were only a few small things that needed to be fixed after moving in, and the maintenance team handled them promptly and efficiently. It really made me feel like they care about making sure residents are comfortable and satisfied in their new homes. The community itself has also been very welcoming, and I've enjoyed getting settled into the space. Everything has been clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, which has made the transition even easier.

I've been happy here. The area is nice and quiet. Away from surrounding neighborhoods and traffic. The property is kept nice and clean. The staff is helpful and attentive. I like the security. The amenities are nice. The gym is great. One of the better apartments I've lived in in the area.

We've truly loved living in our home in Magnolia. We've been here for five years?shortly after the homes were built?and it has been such a special place for our family. This house is all our 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter have ever known, and our oldest even graduated while living here. We've created so many memories here, and it's been the perfect setting to watch our kids grow. The community itself has been wonderful. Magnolia has been great to us?friendly neighbors, peaceful surroundings, and a sense of home that's hard to find. The only thing that could make it even better? A children's park! With toddlers in the house, a nearby playground would be a game-changer (and would give us parents a tiny break too!). If there's one thing we all probably agree on, it's that we'd love to go back to the good ol' days of pre-COVID rent?but hey, wouldn't we all? That aside, we truly feel fortunate to have spent these years in such a welcoming and comfortable space, and we're incredibly grateful for the ongoing experience.

This is a very nice complex. They keep the grounds in great condition and the staff, from office to maintenance, are all friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is wonderful with a coffee machine and workout room. Pool is also wonderful but would love to see it heated during the cold months so it can be used year-round. Great place to live as it is close to shopping, restaurants and I-75.

Magnolia is a great place to live, especially the units with attached garages. Feels less like an apartment and more like a townhome. It's quiet, no issues with neighbors, maintenance is fantastic and timely, and every interaction with office staff has been positive although we haven't had to make many contacts with them. Property is well kept and response post-hurricane was really top notch in my opinion. Many apartments ignore or don't check in out residents post storms, but Magnolia was prompt, thorough, and caring.

Easy access to all major highways . Close Walmart and to the UTC mall and many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, The amenities are top notch resort style pool, gas grills, fire pit , snooker table , table tennis and a dog park !

Seemed nice at first, the main apartment complex seems well taken care of but the villas leave a lot to be desired. They tell you you can't have a grill yet multiple people have big green eggs and no one say anything. You should be able to put a grill on your driveway since manatee county fire code says 15ft away from the building. Fire ants and silverfish everywhere.

I love living at Magnolia, Waldy is awesome. All maintenance requests have been taken care of right away and I really can't say enough good things. All the staff has been great and Waldy has gone above and beyond in every way possible!
