Excellent community. I am very happy here. It was a very easy transition moving from a 4 bedroom home. Magnolia Estates feels more than a rental. I wish these were available for purchase. The staff, grounds and units are absolutely wonderful.

From Marty and Waldy, to Omar and Rick, everyone here has made us feel welcome. Great people make community feel like home. The communities location is absolutely ideal. The proximity to Hwy 75 is a blessing because it is so convenient. But it is also a curse in that the traffic can be noisy at times.

Great place, clean and apartments are spacious. The staff is very friendly and helps when need be. The pool is always kept nice and the gym is also clean. It would help if the numbers on the apartments were bigger.

Very nice upscale community, office staff has always been professional and the maintenance staff has always completed all repairs to our satisfaction- highway noise at times can be a little loud however that's no issue the community is responsible for

Magnolia Estates provided the highest level of service. They were friendly, accommodating, and straightforward with the lease terms and process. They were flexible with my situation, and made me feel genuinely important. At move-in there was an issue with an appliance not working but it was resolved within 90 minutes of my report, when 2 qualified techs showed up to take care of it. Love this place!

I love it, property is always well kept. Everyone is very friendly. The location can't be beat. Staff is very friendly. The apartments themselves are all new. The layouts are perfectly laid out. Can't beat it.

It's good, facilitates are excellent. All office and maintenance associates are very polite and helpful. Apartment is great the only negatives are not enough parking and a very noisy upstairs neighbor who is noisy 18 hours a day

This is a great apartment complex to call home. Waldy helped me several years ago when I moved in, he was patient and informative regarding the amenities and facility. After living here for several years I got to meet other team members Marty and Wendy, they have been great. I’d highly recommend this complex to annoying seeking upscale apartment living. The complex is gated, key fobs are required to enter the building and there is an elevator. I also liked that the buildings are smoke free.

Very clean and updated. Pleasant environment. Great walking trails. Family and pet friendly. Staff is great. I would highly recommend. Location gives it a quiet feel while being close to everything.

I feel at home from the moment I drive through the gates and stop at the leasing office to be greeted by a super friendly staff. Love the vanilla cappuccinos made from the coffee machine! My apartment was delivered to me as if it was brand new. The few maintenance requests are immediately attended to. All of the public (gym, pool area, trash area, etc.) areas are very clean. Great quality and friendly neighbors. I am a Realtor and I highly recommend this community to my customers. I love it here-thank you ME staff!

Very polite and helpful staff. Great amenities! My daughter and I feel safe here, which is most important. It is also located within Lakewood Ranch, so nearby to anything and everything you need...including top notch schools.

I looked at a lot of apartments when I was searching for a home. When I came to Magnolia Estates, my search ended. I immediately fell in love with the apartments and especially my attached garage. The staff members are so cheerful and helpful, and the maintenance crew is great!

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I always feel safe here and I find that really important. I had an issue with a cabinet and it was fixed that same day. Everything is always clean and looking amazing.

Magnolia Estates is a beautiful community, offering the best amenities and on-site services. The leasing process is straight forward and they make it effortless. The apartment was exactly as it was shown and described. They even sent me a video tour so I could virtually walk through it before moving in. I love my new apartment!

It is clean, very quiet ! I feel very safe here. Management staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is very competent and do fix problems in 24 hours and usually less time. Parking is not a problem - plenty of spaces.

I love this community! Very nicely taken care of, nice and quiet neighborhood for the most part, and they have so many opportunities for community engagement. We have our clubhouse facilities where they throw get togethers, gym facilities are top notch, and they have food trucks come in for monthly community fun. All around great place to live.
