Great community! Amazing staff!! Very spacious. All the staff was welcoming. Very cleansed. The kitchen is nice and updated. Move in process was easy. Maintainence is easy to get ahold of. Security is well thought out.

Pleasant experience, knowledgeable professional staff that know the property! The overall community is the the best I've seen and went to 5 other before signing the lease here. Marty was also the deciding factor too because he was so friendly and knew the community and was very proud of it too!

Move in process was very easy! The grounds are always neat! The Staff was extremely helpful with all my questions! The apartments inside are vary spacious an a bonus to have a garage for extra storage an car out of the elements

Met with Rental Manager Marty D. In May 2020. He gave us a tour of the property and we were impressed with the layout and attractive landscaping. The clubhouse, pool area and gym were all aesthetically pleasing and functional. We were shown a 1 BR/1BA ground floor corner situated apartment that was surprisingly spacious and functional. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the living area was huge. It also came with a large screened in porch overlooking a lovely pond which we have learned attracts a variety of wildlife including herons, egrets, song birds, hawks and deer. What I like most about my unit is that it has many windows including a bay window that provide a bright, homey feel!

THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS GREAT. VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, IF YOU NEED ANYTHING THEY ARE RIGHT ON IT. THE APARTMENT WAS BRAND NEW AND VERY NICE. THE ATTACHED GARAGE WAS A REAL GAME CHANGER.

Excellent, Great, I just moved my family from fort. Lauderdale to the west coast and I was looking for a home from Tampa to the Sarasota area. Once I found this location driving by I just felt in love with the community.

Terrible quality units. The walls are paper thin and the staff is very pushy. They sneakily charge for every small thing. Look into the other options the area has to provide you before even wasting your time here.

The office staff are extremely efficient and accommodating which made the move go very smoothly. The amenities and facilities are excellent and well maintained. It is a very peaceful community even with its proximity to I-75. Note that the community is only gated from 7pm until 7 am. Everything is brand new and very attractive. I feel like I am living in a vacation condominium complex! Only 35 minutes to beautiful beaches, and the area has all the major stores you need within 15 minutes. Another great thing is its proximity to Lakewood Ranch. This area is booming with new residential communities so everyone is new and anxious to make connections via community activities and Facebook groups, etc. There will be more social opportunities once Covid is controlled. Love it!!

Good but in my year here , I was not able to enjoy all Due to covi. The dog part is terrible with the water in grass . I could not enjoy the pet park . Dog waste in the bag from neighbors left in dog part and in front of building .

We love it here. It is quiet, clean and wel maintained. The pool area is great, the gym is clean and never crowded. If you ever have a problem, the maintenance team is amazing! I highly recommend Magnolia Estates.

The leasing and maintenance staff have both been great at addressing any questions or issues. The complex is very well kept and looks clean all the time. I absolutely love my floor plan with the attached garage.

So far so good. A new complex so everything is nice. Apartments are a spacious. Finding Parking may be an issue when the complex begins to fill up. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am excited to live here.

Property checks the most boxes of what my wife and I were looking for. 3 bedroom villa has a 'home' feel to it after owing our own home for 40 years. Been here less than a week ..staff is fantastic. Looking forward to living in the overall area.

Waldy and Marty are very friendly and make you feel right at home. The maintenance staff are top notch and have responded to my two small requests the same day I put them in the system. We have just moved in the villas so if this is an indication of the service and the attitude of the staff, I look forward to living here for awhile. I highly recommend Magnolia Estates.

Brand new spacious apartment. I love the kitchen/dinning area, nice appliances. Gated community. Beautiful amenities. Well located. Friendly and professional staff and management. Recommended but be aware that NO lighting or ceiling fan is included on guest rooms.

I am new to the Bradenton area and shopped for an apartment online. The staff has been incredibly helpful and made the entire process painless. I love the appearance of the neighborhood even more in person than online. The finishes are higher end and very much in style.
