Nice apartment and management. Pool is well taken care of. Would like to see more community events so neighbors can meet. Layout is nice, but please note, there's no linen closet and very little storage space in the bathrooms.

I love living at Magnolia it has been a wonderful experience. the grounds are kept neat and clean, even the common areas. It's quiet and a great place to raise a family. We enjoy the gym and pool the most. We appreciate the staff and the community around us.

I love it here so far, I applied and was approved almost instantly.everyone is very nice, small miscommunication but it got handled right away. Love the grounds and apartment is beautiful and quiet how I like it.

Easy move in, everyone has been very nice and helpful, clean amenities, quiet space, easy commute to work, Walmart right down the street, easy parking, dog park accessibility, friendly staff and given good instructions

My experience has been wonderful at Magnolia Estates. The property is beautiful. The apartments are kept in immaculate condition and spacious. The office staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile in the office. They have solved many issues that I have come to them with. The Maintence staff go above and beyond and have quickly solved any equipment or electrical issues. I am a travel nurse and have lived in many apartment communities in the last three years and this one is by far my favorite. Great area, kind staff, lots of activities and shopping in a short distance. Overall, fantastic community.

Magnolia Estates is by far one of the best managed complexes that I've had to deal with. Any issues are dealt with promptly & professionally by staff. Office manager Marty is wonderful to deal with & makes you feel part of the community by addressing you by name! As well as wishing you a "Happy" day of the week!

The community is well kept, the office staff is professional and the maintenance is above par. The Staff always communicates to the residents when any weather alerts or any need to access the units. It's a pleasure to live here.

Great apartment
I lived here for a year before taking a new travel job. I selected this complex because it was brand new and had some of the best floor plans in the area. I particularly liked that my garage was attached and there was ground floor entry with the stairs being inside. The gym and clubhouse were beautiful and brand new. I miss being able to use the Peloton bike each morning. That was by far the best amenity. I did have 1 maintenance issue while I was there with my air conditioner. It was fixed the same day I called about it. Overall I was very happy with my time here.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing, beautiful apartments and amenities. They made everything a walk in the park even when difficulties came up. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for the perfect apartment experience.

Nice community, quiet, clean but work orders/maintenance are poor in service. They take forever to help even if it's an emergency order. Other than that its safe, and very cozy. No issues besides that.

clean and quiet community with great staff service and maintenance service. seems like lots of amenities and community events. neighbors seem nice too. apartment is clean and appliances are decent. No parking issues so far either.

We love it here. Courteous and excellent staff. As you can see from my ratings the only area that does not meet the standards of the complex in my opinion is the performance of the landscaping crew behind and beside my villa..

we really like our Magnolia experience. the appearance is wonderful with 1 exception, the landscapers fail to trim the hedges in front of our unit and occasionally do not clean up after mowing and edging. our unit # is building 7 - 101. Other then that it is all aces. we commend you for how you operate this community

Everything has been amazing so far. Management has been great with any questions or issues that have arisen. Maintenance has been extremely good at repairing the small issues we have had. The grounds are extremely clean and very quiet.

It's been wonderful living here! Love the various options from apartment buildings to townhomes to villas....they have it all covered for whatever style you are looking for. The pool and clubhouse are amazing! It's a great gated community with a secluded location.

Great! Super friendly and very clean. Great pool and gym and clubhouse. Management is awesome! Super easy to contact. Emergency after hours is also great! I have loved staying here and we feel very well taken care of! Marty and waldy are awesome in the office and Rick and Omar are awesome on the maintenance team! Together, they really take great care of all of the residents!

I have found the villas to be good as I have know. The land scapers could be improved**edge all mulched areas with a BLADED edger. Do not blow into and under the doors. ( grass etc enter the home under the door.) I have one dead pine tree on our lot.

I can honestly say all my expectations have been met or exceeded. The staff is helpful and friendly and the property is well maintained. I haven't had any issues with any of my neighbors and the ones I've met have been friendly.

BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY. A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT GREAT IMENITIES. THE GROUNDS AND THE COMMUNITY IS VERY NEW. CLEAN. MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THIS COMMUNITY IS VERY DOG FRIENDLY AS WELL

Our family loves it! The apartment is spacious and bright. The amenities are spectacular and the staff has been great. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, gas stations and I75. I give it 5 stars.

Just moved in June 8th 2022 this is my first month.Omar performed the maintenance and was very proficient. My problem was no hot water in kitchen sink.Omar knew what the problem was and fixed it within 30 minutes . I'm very pleased with the results.

Beautiful, quiet community to live in. I've truly enjoyed renting here for the past two years. Marty was extremely helpful during the leasing/ move-in process and any issue I've had has been handled quickly and kindly. Thanks again
