So far? fantastic The clerical staff is informative and the maintenance staff is efficient I could not ask for more. Since 200 characters are required, I will say that I am very very very very very very happy to be living here!

We enjoy living at magnolia Estates. The Staff is very professional and communicate well. Any concern or needed repair is addressed quickly. Magnolia Estates is in a great location. There is easy access to interstate roads.

Everything has been great, property management staff is excellent and the community is outstanding. Great location that is close to everything but still easy to get around. Well kept and spread out, it feels like I'm at a resort.

Amazing community with great staff and other neighbors. The community is clean and neighbors are very friendly/ welcoming. Staff was helpful throughout the whole process! Tracy, Audrey, and Waldy have kept constant communication with me in ensuring that I got the unit I needed. The price is great for the size of the apartment as well as the amenities available. Commute to local restaurants and stores is great and close to my school as well as my new job!

I enjoy living at Magnolia Estates, The amenities are great, the staff is courteous and the buildings and grounds are well kept. Having looked at other rentals in the area, I am sure that I made the smart decision in choosing Magnolia Estates.

Quiet bordering nature preserve staff and amenities are excellent we just signed our 3rd lease. Refrigerator is too small the cost of the apartment and the dishwasher keeps putting black on dishes which constantly must be cleaned.

The staff at Magnolia Estates made the move in process so simple! Building is clean and beautiful. These apartments are so spacious and are priced at such a good value. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent in the Bradenton, FL area. Perfectly located and set far back from the main road traffic. It is quiet and peaceful here!

I would like to say, that I am extremely happy being apart of the Magnolia community!! This place is amazing!! The staff are always on top of things and we love our place!! I would definitely recommend Magnolia!!

Pros: Convenient location. (right by Walmart and the highway.) Apartment layout is nice. Kitchen is HUGE (at least compared to my last place.) Tons of cabinet space! A/C is quiet. Dishwasher is quiet. Good water pressure. Maintenance is pretty prompt when you request it. Lots of natural light (in my specific apt, other locations in the community may not have as much.) Cons: Road noise (at least in my specific location in the community) They say they have breed/weight restrictions....but I've seen someone here walking a German Shepherd. So I don't know what that's about. The gym looks nice until you go to use it. All of the equipment is rusted (probably because it is so dang humid in there) and the temperature makes it uncomfortable to even want to be there in the first place. (I'm sure temp would not be a problem if you went first thing in the morning, but if you go after work its hot in there.) These are cons specific to my building: THE DOOR SLAMMING is ridiculous. People leave their trash bags outside of their apartments in the hallways. The elevator smells like pot (not all the time.) The staircase smells like cigarette smoke, so I assume since its a "non smoking community" someone is hiding in the stairway to smoke? Speaking of the stairway, the door leading outside has been left "cracked" open multiple times, so anyone could get in. Requiring the key fob to get in the front door is sort of a false sense of security. Appearance of mold in the A/C vent right as you exit the elevator. The water is god awful. Smelled like a dumpster that has been sitting in the heat. I don't know why that would be the case because I've lived in other complexes in the Bradenton/ LWR area that never had that problem. To be perfectly honest, I kind of regret leasing here. I think there are nicer communities in the Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch area, but it would cost 5 months rent to break the lease ( 2 months notice required, then 2 month fee required at the end of the notice AND you must pay back the 1 month of free rent.) So I'll be here for the next year.

Complex very well maintained. Oustanding staff, everyone is very courteous and attentive to requests and comments. Work Orders are always attended to right away. Grounds are kept clean at all times.

Magnolia estates has been incredible since we stepped foot in the building. Their service and communication is fast and reliable, and they get things done quickly. We love our apartment because it's updated, has an open floor plan and the neighborhood is calm and friendly.

The staff is always prompt and courteous with regard to work orders. I would say that service is handled within 24 hours, most of the time the same day. If you are shopping for an upscale, family oriented neighborhood, look no further. Our pool and clubhouse are beautiful and we have ping pong and a pool table. A kitchen area for small gatherings is also available.

I havent been here for a whole week but the staff at the location has been super helpful. They made the process easy. I have been impressed by the size of the rooms and that everything has worked so far. Great location for me personally.

Love this community so much! Everyone is so friendly and staff is great. Whenever there is an issue everyone is on top of it immediately. Clean, safe, quiet, friendly! Move on in if you are looking for somewhere to live in the area !

It's a very clean quiet community period love the comoradory at the dog park. The pool area is very clean and well kept. enjoying the grills for outdoor cook out. Staff is extremely pleasant. Love the coffee bar.

Excellent community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommended this community. Rick is an exceptional person and specifically on this order he went above and beyond to get fixed. Also his team of employees are also good.

Very easy to work with office staff and super easy approval and move in process. One of the easiest things I have done in a long time. Community is nice. It has a lot of amenities and a nice pool. Free coffee too

Very happy with the community just signed 3rd year lease. Staff is friendly and helpful clubhouse is inviting and an excellent place to entertain friends from the grills to pool and lots of TV's to stay entertained.

Magnolia Estates has been amazing since the day I moved in. I've only loved her for 7 months but it feels like hime! The staff is awesome and so is the complex and the facilities. I couldn't be happier.

Very happy with the office staff and their quick responses. My apartment is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. If I need a service call I found the reply to be quick and efficient. My neighbors are friendly. Pleasant experience living here.

I love this community. Office and maintenance staff are always friendly and very responsive. Community is kept extremely clean and tidy. The apartments are spacious and bright. We enjoy living here and you will too!
