The staff have been very professional and responsive. Any request big or small is handled in a reasonable time. They keep in touch with a daily newsletter of events and other topics that are important.

I was Exrtemely impressed with with overall presentation of the apartment. The kitchens are beaidul, tons of storage space and I also really like that there are elevators in the building and hallways are indoors, it gives a hotel vibe.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF, CLEAN COMMUNITY, BEAUTIFUL LAYOUTS AND GROUNDS. THEY OFFER A TON OF AMENITIES TOO. COMMUNITY IS CLOSE TO STORES, RESTAURANTS, URGENT CARE AND THE HIGHWAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGNOLIA ESTATES

5 star customer service!! The community is beautifully maintained and easy access to 175 and food/shopping! Many different floor plan options with upgraded appliances! The kitchen has lots of storage space and if you like to cook it's chef's dream !

I took my time and looked at all communities around. Magnolias apartments, grounds and staff have been amazing since day one - thanks for all you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my kitchen! The amount of cabinets is amazing. I do wish I had a door on my screened patio to take the dog out but everything else is perfect. Wendy the manager is an absolute gem and wants to make sure everything is taken care of. Marty and Waldy in leasing are so wonderful too. I love all of the little get togethers that they host for the residents. I met some really nice neighbors. Looking forward to seeing the dog park done.

These apartments are very nice and clean. The complex is clean and very elegant. Marty was great and got a move in time that really helped us. I feel very safe here with my family and would highly recommend this place.

The attention by staff was excellent, fast and continuous. Super modern, comfortable and safe apartments. The common areas are super nice and large, creating spaces for different needs. It is worth this area, which you have many shops of necessity nearby.I am quite satisfied.

We just moved in Saturday, so we haven't met many people yet, but the few neighbors we have met were very kind and friendly. We are glad that the complex seems to be active in organizing events for people to interact in the community.

Magnolia estate is a great community to live in. The club house has a state of the art workout equipment nice beautiful pool area. The management staff are great people peoples we all are like a family.

Wonderful community to live in! The office staff are like family and no their stuff ! The grounds are beautiful and cared for. Between the gym the pool and the Bark Park there are many chances to meet your eighbors!

The office staff was fantastic for the whole move. When we moved in, the apartment complex was still being constructed which has its own challenges but the staff did everything they could to make it a comfortable environment for us. We love our apartment and neighbors.
