I recently moved into Magnolia Estates and couldn't be happier with my decision. The community is beautifully maintained, and the apartments are spacious and well-designed. The amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and are fantastic. The staff is friendly and responsive, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I do work from home and is very peaceful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

It's been good but the buildings and windows need pressures washed. The gates need to be closed all day everyday for security. We also need evening and weekend security. We also need the pool cleaned regularly, along with something other than mulch that blows into the pool daily. Our landscaping looks terrible.

The experience here was great when we moved in at the beginning in 2019 but sadly has deteriorated with new management. I would never recommend this property to anyone looking to rent. It is not nice like it used to be and management does not care about its residents. I am sad as we have lived here since it opened. Management just wants us out, it feels like. I have never felt so unwelcome. The property is in disrepair. The building is often left open as residents prop the doors or fix the locks so they stay open. Hallways smell like smoke or pot more often than not. Children downstairs scream 10 hours a day. Management does not care if repairs on appliances take two weeks and you are without a dishwasher for that long. They DO NOT CARE. It is very sad. Magnolia used to be so nice. There are many properties with heated pools that are newer and nicer for less money available. Magnolia needs better management and caring people.

Hidden Gem

We really enjoy living here, the staff ( leasing, maintenance…) go above and beyond. The Villas are quiet and spacious. The neighbors are respectful and the grounds are kept clean and inviting. Anytime we have a maintenance issue, the response is that day and the problem is always resolved.

Love attached garage

I feel so lucky to have found this incredible complex. It is immaculately well managed. The staff responds quickly to any service issues and the property manager went out of his way to accommodate our move in on June 2024. We live in an apartment with an attached garage; an invaluable luxury with 2 dogs, rainy or stormy weather. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath is well designed with a huge kitchen. Thank you Magnolia!

Not happy with the landscaping... They mulched less than a month ago and all the mulch has pretty much blown away from around the trees. They have had to come do something with our a/c a fee times because it leaks into our neighbors garage... They just reshingled the roof and did a half --- job of it... For the money we are paying, I'd expect more...

I have enjoyed living at Magnolia Estates for 3.5 + years. They have always responded right away to repair requests. Grounds kept up well, except dog park needs some repair and has been closed literally for well over a month now. It seems there should have been a remedy to the problem by now. This has been quite inconvenient with not being able to exercise my dog properly. Magnolia has made an effort for residents to socialize. Weekends could use active maintenance on site regularly, I.e. garbage area, pool area.

This is not Luxury Apartment Living. These apartments are overpriced for the area, service, and comfortability of living. There is a homeless camp nearby. The washer/dryer is poor. The Maintenance team is inconsistent and there is never a resolution. The service and cleanliness has gone down hill. We pay $20 for trash service that is non-existent.

7 out of 10. Nicer than most. Rent keeps increasing significantly each year. Landscaping/grass can be poor maintained outside unit. Maintenance (staff) can be dismissive of issues and repair requests. Alot of non-residents use clubhouse amenities after hours on weekends. Alot of speeding cars in complex when walking dog.
