I love the area this complex is in. It feels secluded and private yet it is close to the shopping center. I love that I can walk to the gym everyday and work out as well as stop by the club house to just say hi. Staff is very welcoming. My son and I love the special events the staff puts together. In the summer the pools are so relaxing and never over crowded. So far my experience has been amazing.

My husband and I love it here. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have loved the convenient location and the familial atmosphere of the community. Our only complaint is the application system. It took over a month to get through the application system and for lack of better words, it’s a horrible system. Overall would highly recommend Cobblestone.

Management is on top of everything. Maintenance and trash crew are always quick, friendly and professional. The grounds are clean, aesthetic and well taken care of. We originally were looking for 1 year here before settling on a more permanent home, however we couldn’t resist the price for the quality. It’s a great place to live and I couldn’t recommend cobblestone enough.

When I first moved in everything was quiet but now I have noticed in the first week that every night since I’ve moved in the 3000 building I stay the people below me and the others on the side of me play music very loud late at night to the point that I can feel the vibration of bass and can hear the surround sound of the TV in my living room from the person below me. Just wish the sound from both could be at a respectable level for neighbors.

community is nice and quiet. our neighbours are all so very friendly. the leasing office is so close and they’re always so helpful! we love the trash compactor too. it made getting rid of our moving boxes moving a breeze. great community with lots of events.

I loved living at this apartment complex! The location is perfect as it is close to the grocery stores, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Wonderful, quiete, and filled with others who seem to really respect the community! Also the information, updates and announcements for community events, services, and ongoing maintenance are handled through push notifications and emails, so all residents are always up to speed on everything that takes place! If I could rate maintance and staff a 6/5 stars i would. The 2 on the neighborhood is a 2 because its hard to walk to needed places for loke groceries and there is no access to public transportation, traffic makes riding bikes less idea but do able. The amenities here though would rate 4, they take good care of the pool. I do not know about school access as I do not have need of that.

For those looking into Clay County schools, Cobblestone is a great fit since it has a school bust stop for both Thunderbolt Elementary and Green Cove Springs Middle School within its grounds. Due to its proximity to NAS Jax, Cobblestone is another great place to live if you are active duty.

Being raised around here, I am very comfortable with the area. Back then there was nothing here on CR 220. We used it as a shortcut to get to the beach. Now pretty much anything I want or need is only a couple of miles round trip locally (from restaurants to doctors and grocery shopping). In conclusion, I love living at Cobblestone. I needed an old mattress removed and taken out to the compactor and Nate came without hesitation and removed it. Nate is always prompt, respectful, and polite when fulfilling maintenance requests. All of the leasing staff go above and beyond for their residents as well as the maintenance staff.
