Cobblestone is a well run apartment complex. Of course, there is no way to follow each resident that litters, but the staff respond quickly and pleasantly. The clubhouse is always kept clean and updated. Our holiday decorations have been well thought out and tastefully done. There are frequent opportunities to see the other residents, which is an added bonus that I hadn't thought of needing.

Overall, I am satisfied with my living environment and would recommend to others looking for a good area to live in as the school district is an A school and in general depending on what you are looking for, things to do are Relatively close and travel to the beach, at Augustine Orlando or Tampa are not too far away to get away and have a larger city feel.

The only complaint we have is living in a first floor apartment, we can hear everything from the apartment above us. They might just be exceptionally loud and work nights? Other than that, we absolutely love it here!

Great place to live. Its a good family community with a great location to shopping and activities. They are very pet friendly which is important to our family. The area is well maintained and the staff are always great. It's one of the few places that I can say that I highly recommend.

The people here do a great job of helping me feel as though I live in a home rather than just an apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone who is interested. There really is very little I would change. Everything is clean. The staff is extremely prompt and courteous at all times. It is a safe place for children and families in general.

The day of my move-in at cobblestone The staff was very informative Of where my kids was going to school with out me even asking I mean hospitality was off the scale I never seen anything like Im very please here if there is anything that needs to be changed or corrected Im still in awe I cant even see it Thank so much my family and I love it here

Move in date was pushed back a week and I wasn't allowed to see apt before signing. It did not match description or photos. Immediately had lots of issues including plumbing, flooding, breakers tripping, and lots of things don't work. QA/QC of maintenance is terrible.

I am very very pleased with my apartment the staff are excellent and I have not lived in an apartment in 30 years this was my first choice when looking at I have hit the jackpot. The feeling of being safe is very important to me and I have that here.

Community is clean the staff works in a professional matter and with a quick response. However the lawn people are still running over the water valves. 3-4 times lines have been broken. Other then that everything is good.

Feel like I have been robbed!!! Rent went up 300 dollars and felt like lady up front was forcing me to renew. No one told me the old owner sold to ventures and everything went down hill after that! Called corporate to discuss problem no one answered. Apartment was flooded last Oct and no one has fixed any of the rotting wood yet! Furniture destroyed multiple lease mold and cant wait to move!!!

Experience has been good other then if I don’t make it home on most nights before 8pm I’ll have to park two apartments away. The community stays clean it’s safe for families with kids close to the schools in the area.

Have had a lot of issues with different applicances washer making loud noise when spinning, ac doesn’t cool apartment very well, door and tracks to closet and laundry room and old and bent up and the doors come off the tracks easily.

We provide our residents with a portable unit when A/C issue cannot be resolve immediately and it requires us to contact a certified A/C contractor to provide us with an assessment to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, this might take more than our regular 48 hours maintenance response but make sure to be in constant communication with our residents.
