Few minor problems when I first moved in water pressure low cant properly clean my kitchen because the water barley comes out still waiting on work order to be complete slow Maintenance team water pressure is only Low in the kitchen area Cant properly clean your kitchen because you have low water pressure they need to get a snake and run through these pipes and get these tree roots out of the pipes

Great location, but neighbors can be heard upstairs not sure if my neighbors can hear me but sometimes its annoying at night. Landscape is always beautiful when coming in. Rachel in the office is always helpful and understanding and listens to what you have to say.

Very nice and quiet place. No problems no complaints. Close to the stores everyone need. Everything ver clean. Whatever you need, the stores are close. Dont hesitate to move here if you like peace and zero noise.

Overall with everything I would have to say that Cobblestone has made me feel at home. And that in itself is all you can ask for. The Team at Cobblestone go above and beyond to make you feel this way. There is always something for our community from Coffee and Doughnuts to Bingo night to Music and cookouts by the pool. This is a wonderful place to be regardless if it is short lived or long term.

I may well be the longest resident in our community and my length of stay is testament to how favorably I view my living conditions. I live upstairs and I find that a real challenge when arriving home with a car-load of groceries. I haven't request a move so I'm dealing with it. I have lived here for 15 years.

Great at first, place has made a lot of changes mostly cosmetic which it looked fine before. Customer service has gone down. They leave notices with only 12 hours notice which says 24 hours in the lease. Hard to trust people who go in and out, people seem to be catching on as all my neighbors are moving, found out there is mold in my ceiling from a neighbor. Really needs to be addressed as it was here before I even moved in.

Cobblestone is a very family oriented neighborhood. The pools, as well as the landscaping, are always clean and nice. We love that they have different activities to participate in to make it fun, such as: karaoke, door decorating and taco night at the club house! I would definitely recommend Cobblestone.

The Office staff is wonderful. They are helpfull and kind. Maintenance is efficient, kind and prompt. I love all the social events that the staff creafe abd offer for all the residents every month. Im happy living here.

I've had a very pleasant experience here at Cobblestone. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean and safe. Excellent surrounding schools, and great amenities. I've met a lot of nice neighbors here in the community. Cobblestone is surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, movie theater, etc. "It's a delightful place to live"'

I love how quiet this community is, especially with so many nearby amenities (restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc.). You can tell how much money they put back into the grounds, upkeep of homes, and maintenance! I love it here!

Community manager and staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They make up things as they go. They also have the idea that they can enter a residents apartment without notifying them and this is not only dangerous but it is also illegal. Please let them sign all documents. Be careful especially military members. The environment is very well kept and clean. However there is a roach problem that needs to be fixed.

I love living here and the location. The maintenance staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I was pretty disappointed with the way the staff handled the poisonous snake problem, but other than that I havent had any issues.

Very friendly staff and neighbors, quiet community, very responsive management to any concerns. My move in experience was very good, I moved to FL from MN and the management helped make this as easy as possible providing parking space for my POD until II was able to get everything moved into my unit. The staff here is AMAZING and they REALLY DO CARE ABOUT YOU! I've only been living here for a couple weeks now but from the very beginning they've been very helpful, extremely polite, and so personable yet professional. The property and amenities are maintained very well and the community of people living here have been nothing but awesome and super kind. Family friendly location with people of all ages. The actual apartment walls are not the greatest for sound because you can hear your neighbors above you a lot but it's nothing that would make me move out of this complex because of how great everything else is! For example, I came home today to an experience I will never forget! I have been sleeping on the floor of my apartment since staying here because I'm waiting on my house stuff to be shipped here. Rachel, in the front office, was made aware of this through a conversation we had before and she took it upon herself and this amazing staff to surprise me with an air mattress and a couple pillows so I don't have to sleep on the floor anymore. This is just one example but they do this kind of stuff for several residents...I've seen them walking around doing this and I've heard stories from others. Truly a staff that cares and I'm forever thankful to live where they work.

Great proximity to shopping and restaurants, as well as work. Neighbors are friendly. The grounds are very well lighted at night. I feel safe walking to my Apartment after dark. Maintenance work is fine prompt and efficient by caring maintenance workers.

I love this community because the grounds are always kept clean from the help of the staff and the residence that live there. Most importantly I would definitely say I feel safe living here. There are police officers that patrol the community and all the neighbors are super friendly. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The location the appartment is great, the gym and pool and are very clean and nice, the appliances are old and the painting and flooring looking pretty horrible, we pay extra for flooring and its peeling, and I feel like the paint should be a lot neater
