I enjoy living at Cobblestone. I came down from a northern state and I am thankful for the recommendation that led me to applying for an apartment here. The staff is both friendly and professional. The neighborhood is very well maintained and always clean. The amenities in the apartment surpassed any expectation I may have had. I also appreciate the peacefulness of this community.

I have loved living here! Maintenance is the best and very responsive, which is hard to find at many apartments. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, everyone is sweet to my pup as well. I love calling Cobblestone my home.

A/C wasn't up to par at move in it took 3 weeks to actually fix the problem. Neighbor was already giving us terrible on day one of move-in, due the the way the door was closing as we were moving in Staff are very helpful in trying to help accommodate with the A/C issue and helped with a smooth move in

The management staff are professional and caring. I love the location and general atmosphere at Cobblestone. It is close to stores, schools, medical facilities and places of worship. The maintenance staff is excellent. My requests are always dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction. I would encourage others to consider Cobblestone at Eagle Harbor.

The community is good to stay people are friendly here ,spacious plan and location wise everything is convenient. The amentiies are good with pool and gym. I just wish there would be good club house with indoor table tennis /pool table and fusball table setup with some light snacks and drinks to enjoy during weekends just like all other community has it

Cobblestone is a very quiet, clean the neighborhood with neighbors generally friendly staffers responsive to questions and requests and maintenance personnel are awesome always around. The options for rental renewals apparent accommodating and thus far the rent has been very reasonable.

Lovely late 2000s era condo complex with some upgrades that make it more modern! I feel myself and my kids are safe and like the staff are genuine with their care. Excellent maintenance staff, too! Just wish they had recycling for the complex and also that the bottom units had better sound proofing.

The staff from the property management office, maintenance, cleaning and pest control were all pleasant, professional and prompt regarding any issues that we had. Everything was taken care of with a smile! We were always kept informed of any events, maintenance projects or weather related plans via text and email. The Venterra Hub app is great; it's easy to use and makes all aspects of living here convenient from payments to putting in a work order ticket.

I enjoy the overall experience, supports, staff, etc. The staff and maintenance department is very supportive, efficient and professional. The front office is constantly assist with concerns and in a timely manner. I wish the rent increase would actually decrease.

We loved it so much here that after we had to move away for 10 years due to work, we moved back because it always feels like home here. The entire staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Anytime you pass by them throughout the day you’re always greeted with a friendly wave and hello. The maintenance team here are fantastic the fastest of anywhere I’ve ever lived.

This is a very nice place to live, very calm, quiet, and safe. We are near to the supermarkets and my daughter's school. Always have an opportunity for improvements, something as covered parking lots for cars.

Have had my car broken into 3 different occasions ..more security cameras around entire community would be good…or security that can patrol in a golf cart routinely. When the parking lot was being resurfaced, many people had to park far from their apt in the dark. I was nervous to do this so I didn’t leave after dark.

It bothers me that owners are not held to the same standards as leasing families. I understand it’s not cobblestone fault. I just wish I knew coming in that owners can behave however they want. 5-6 parking space, eyesore car that hasn’t moved in months, marijuana smoking, screaming outside, strange people loitering, 4-5 separate incidents of cops, and just general unfriendliness.

Yes, I am beginning to feel that the staff is not centered on customer service. They are all doing their jobs in a way that keep their bosses off their backs, but seem to actually care little about the end result of a complaint. This has taken the form of having to just settle for the mediocre resolution of something simple as replacing an overhead stove light, successfully. I have had 3 visits from the maintenance manager and I have very little confidence in both his decision making or his approach to any degree of professionalism. I have made my opinions known to the office staff and have almost received a response I can tell they will attempt to discredit my review here, instead of improving the service they provide.

Hidden gem. Quiet, clean, safe, good schools. Lakeya and her office staff are amazing. The same goes for Aaron and his maintenance team. Both teams as a whole are always on it, great communication, and they actually care here.

Very pleasant and comfortable, to complain is not necessary. There is always need for improvement. We live in an erra where more considerations empathy is much needed. No one should be without necessity I believe all needs should be taken care of in hard times. This is what makes us better and not bitter. Do what we can it matters.
