Awesome place to live in the Fleming Island area. You can walk to dept stores, restaurants, banks and convenience stores. Everything you need is there for your convenience. People are very friendly in the community. I can walk my dog and feel safe.

Cobblestone is a nice place to live. You’re close to convenient stores, schools, gyms, and recreational areas. I’d recommend anyone who’s want to live a nice lifestyle. Only worry is rental rate. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and have zero complaints tier 1 staff and maintenance.

Our neighbors are a bit noisy after noise hours and the yard people don’t seem to be cutting/ edging our grass like they should be, but everything else is great! I’d definitely recommend this neighborhood to a friend!

It is a nice apartment for the price however the appliances could be better and the up keep on the outside of the building could be better. I have dealt with rude staff and also nice staff. However the staff sometimes seems like they don’t care. Maintenance is great though. Very attentive and friendly.

Good size apartment. Great bathroom. Plenty of storage. Plenty of parking. Two pools, fitness center, small playground and dog park. Some noise. Lock your car. Excellent walkability to stores, bank, post office, library, schools and trail.

Cobblestone has been a great community to live in. It’s very quiet and has a neighborhood feel to it unlike other apartment/condos. We enjoy the pools, dog park and occasionally the gym! The grounds are kept well and most maintenance requests are taking care of quickly.

I’ve lived in both the downstairs and upstairs 2 bedroom apartment models here and both are beautiful! I really live living upstairs because of the high ceilings and fireplace. The neighborhood is beautiful and visiting the ponds here and in the housing neighborhood next to us has been extremely relaxing this part year

The rising rental rates were unplanned. The square footage is small compared to the price per square foot. The kitchen could use more cabinets and or storage areas. The additional fees with Clay County Utility Authority should be explained too.

Great condo community with a family friendly staff. Clean landscaping as well as well maintained ammenities like the 2 pools, grills, and gym! Very happy to call this home this year. I have enjoyed living in this quiet community.

The area is beautiful and super close to anything we need or want! The staff are helpful and create monthly events, too, which is nice. Neighbors are quiet but friendly so far! Our dog loves the dog park and he has made some good friends, too!

Overall the apartment living is good however due to inflation and increase demand the rent has increased dramatically forcing us to look for more affordable housing Also the fees for the valet trash pick up are very expensive having to have only one to two bags of trash picked up and the rest we have to take out really is not worth the cost involved would be great if that fee would be eradicated Or be given a choice to pay it or not Also the Pest fee may not be that much however they never come when you request it is ridiculous

Nice community to live in ,it makes me feel very safe. Its also very quite, which is something I really appreciate since I am a full time student. Dog friendly, it also has a great atmosphere for long walks . Great place to go for joggers.

Everyone is good to talk to! Staff is good! Maintenance is awesome at what they do, they are top of things!! Pools are great and the gym is fantastic to work out in!! Cleaning is great as well!! Very up keep with landscaping!

The apartment would be ok if it wasn’t for the roach problem. The apartments are roach infested. I mean eating and sleeping with roaches. So thus living with roaches is not worth how much the monthly rent is for these apartments.

Due to COVID I have not done any activities but in the past they have had ice cream for the residents, cookies, food trucks, coloring contests. The entire staff takes excellent care of their residents any request for maintenance has been taken taken very quickly and professionally. Thank you Cobblestone at Eagle Harbor

Overall I think this is a great place to live. I have the unfortunate luck of living next to a family of pigs. Anytime Ive gone to management the issue has been addressed and/or the mess is cleaned up. There still continues to be a problem with that family and I think the best solution would be to do several checks at both the evening when the mother sits and smokes hookah every night in her garage while her kids make messes and in the morning when the mess is still left outside. People that have no respect for the outside of their apartment shouldnt be allowed to continue to live here. It makes this complex look low class and ------ and thats not how I choose to live.

It started off very nice when we moved in back in November until the summertime came. Then my apartment started getting hot and the AC could not keep up. I was told to buy light blocking curtains so that the AC unit could keep up. My apartment was at 80° and I was told that was normal. That is NOT normal. The dog park is very poorly maintained. Other dog owners do not pick up after their dogs and let their dogs dig holes that the community does nothing about and maintenance refuses to fill them. The leaves in the park never get raked unless you make a complaint about it. Overall not worth $1400 for a 2 bed 2 bath in my opinion. We will never rent here again.

It is to expensive for the age of the community and the amenities compared to other apartments. No area to wash car. No central location to use a computer and free WiFi. Dog park is a small mud hole and is never improved. 2 pools that are old. Sign read 40 people max. There is no way 40 people can fit into one pool - maybe they meant both. No grills or tables anywhere. One bench per building that sits two. Ventura living does not care they want all the money without any work. A one bedroom with no extras 1300.00 a month and does not include your utilities. Cobblestone adds a 30$ water fee monthly- if you dont use any water you would still owe 30$ Walking my dog when I caught two young men trying to break into two apartments. When they saw me they ran. Called management office was told to call the police as there is no security. A lot of what I ran into was my mistake by not reading the lease carefully. Lesson learned. I hate to move and tried to get a cheaper one bedroom downstairs! My one bedroom upstairs with fireplace is 1360$ and the one bedrooms downstairs without bonus room is 1300$ Yet the apartments fill up quickly so there are some positives. Cobblestone were privately owned condos before becoming an apartment complex so the walls are thicker and you dont hear neighbors. The service department team is excellent! Just read the lease and really look around the area not just the apartments before signing the lease.
