      Already said enough wouldve been fun but roaches are not it especially when I kept requesting to get rid of them an the only time they came was in the beginning when I moved here an just not literally last Monday thats a wide difference when their supposed to keep coming til their gone.

        I am looking forward to moving out of this community to a place where I can feel good about coming home. My overall experience as a resident has been greatly tainted and I would not recommend this place. Highly overpriced. Subpar tenant relations and overall living conditions. "Looks" and promises are definitely deceiving at Cobblestone.

            The people are very friendly and the children seem to be quite. The grounds are always neat and well managed. The staff is very pleasant to be around. I have enjoyed my stay here so far, everything is close and no one really needs to leave the island.

              Its been almost 3 yrs. And I've really enjoyed living here. Good location, accessible to everything. The people living here are awesome. I live in the front of community and i hear the traffic on 220 but it's not that bad at all. The staff in office have been kind and nice.

                It has been good. Our i dont hear a lot of noise from my neighbors. I do smell weed in my master bathroom coming from the apartment behind me from time to time. The grounds are pretty clean the only down side the water collecting behind back of the buildings

                  Overall the community experience has gone pretty well. Most of the community neighbors seem very friendly. Having plenty of parking with good lighting and a dog park is a plus along with well-manicured landscaping within the community.

                    We love it everyone is so nice! We were looking for an apartment and here at Cobblestone we found a home a very nice community clean and well kept. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.The doggy park is a great feature waste bags and trash compartments are pretty handy and we cant wait for the weather to warm up so we can use our 2 pools . We love it here!!!

                      We have only been here two months. Our experience so far has been wonderful. The neighbors are friendly and the management here ensures to very welcoming attitude toward everyone. They are open and are able to answer most if not all you questions.

                        Family friendly. Very peaceful. We love the ducks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I like all the community events they offer. It has been hard with Covid but they do a good job of trying to keep it fun and exciting.

                          The pools are not ever warm. Sometimes a hot tub may be warm to almost hot depends on the day and the jets only work behind the office. They both need to be cleaned better. The roaches never seem to go away. And there are dogs everywhere and not always cleaned up after and bark at midnight. My car has been dinged up by careless residents. The size with bonus room is actually a pretty good size. And the ladies in the front office are pretty sweet. You get charged extra for utilities before you even use them because of location. And there really isnt much for storage. I put away my food from grocery shopping, but then had no where to put my dishes. Major design flaw.

                            The neighbors are clean, quiet and respectful. I like the valet trash service. I really feel like the apartment staff are attentive to residents needs. The floor plan for a 2 bedroom is very big and the upstairs apartments have private stairwells that are covered. I have a downstairs apartment and can rarely hear any of the neighbors.

                              Just moved-in and so far happy with the choice. Nicely kept grounds and clean buildings made very good impression on me. Community is smaller than other I checked out and I like it this way. Plenty of parking too. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

                                We have luved here almost 2 years. Love the location and the area. Maintenance staff and office staff always there we we need something. My main concern is that we feel safe. Overall i have loved living here and i am close to my family if we should need them.

                                  Amenities have been restricted the whole summer. Pool 1 has seemingly been closed more than open. So the office says Pool 2 is open....but then you have the Orwellian rules on how many people can be herded together in fear of the rona. And why dont you buy some new gas grills if you cant get replacement grates in a reasonable period of time

                                    I already typed out a massive review at the start of this survey. But just to touch on a few things. The electrical wiring causes several outlets to not work unless the light switch is turned on. It was filthy when we moved in, floors not clean at all, when we told them how dirty it was they offered to have someone clean AGAIN?? It looked like they didnt clean it the first time so we did it ourselves, they said they would reimburse us for supplies and other things. We ended up spending roughly 300-500$, and we got a whopping $50 in return. On top of that there were roach bodies/feces ALL over the place (in the electrical outlets, on the water heater and In the closet, and underneath the fridge and oven which were both brand new, which means they literally looked at all of this and still decided to put the appliances in without even attempting to remove any of it) also the head of maintenance came to inspect when we notified them of the roach feces and he proceeded to spray paint over it instead of cleaning it, and he KNEW we had a small 1 year old baby. Roach feces is basically a toxin and can cause asthma and other respiratory issues, especially in small children. Again I had LOTS more to say about my experience living here, but I will end this by saying this: for 1173$/mo I highly suggest finding another apartment or even renting a home because this was a terrible experience for me and my family.

Cobblestone Apartments was built in 1998, the living room, as well as the bedrooms were designed to have one of the lights switch control one of the outlets in each room. We apologize for not explaining this to you before or during your move in time. In regards to the cleaning of all of our apartments, they are done by a private contractor. If we offered to have them clean the apartment again for you, it was only because we figured it would be best and less stress for you as our new resident. We also pulled the receipt you provided us from your file, to review it. Per our records we had agreed to reimburse you for all your cleaning supplies that you purchased. However, the total of your purchased was $328.36 which included paint, and paint supplies as well, which we did not included in the refund. We are also stunned to hear that your apartment had pest issues during your move in process and that we did not take care of your concerns to your satisfaction. We strive to ensure that we provide an excellent move in experience for our residents. We even offer our 30-day satisfaction move in guarantee as a measuring tool to have our apartments in the best conditions.                                       Office staff is very kind and professional. Maintenance team for the most part is kind and courteous. Although I was not allowed to view apartment in person only online virtual tour due to COVID-19 and I would have not signed the lease if I would have seen the moldy rusted tub and that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before move in. Under the stove had tons of food from prior tenants which caused roaches to inhabit the apartment and of course I signed the lease that says I am in charge of pest control. Dog park fills with mud and dog poop is every where. No one is enforced to pick up their dog poop all throughout the neighborhood.

                                        The place is alright, but the walls are thin, and the floor plans are strange. I honestly don't know how people manage to get furniture into the apartment if they live on the second floor. Delivery men will have a hard time finding your apartment because of how the units are arranged. Your front door might be hidden on the back face of the buildings, or the driver may accidentally go to the wrong set of buildings across the street. The place feels very form over function, and honestly, the form isn't even good. Hope you like manilla and pale blue plaster.

I completely agree that moving is tough, and different living spaces may make it more difficult to maneuver furniture when in the process of relocating. At Cobblestone, we do have unique and fun floor plans. Additionally, because of the fact that each and every apartment home comes with a private entrance, our buildings are different from the typical garden-style you find more commonly, and look and feel more like town-homes. I can certainly understand how some delivery drivers might encounter issues finding your apartment, given this setup. Luckily, to my knowledge, the majority of deliveries do make it to the intended address. If this is not the case with you, I encourage you to reach out to us so that we can look into ways we can help! I m sorry to hear that the walls are thinner than expected.                                           Staff and maintenance are friendly, buildings are just old. The ac and insulation could be MUCH better. Location is great. Landscape is subpar. Transformer blows often during summer, causing power loss and extremely hot units. Residents in bottom units can hear every step taken in the above unit.

                                                its nice neighborhood, we have a good parking space, clean surroundings, and quiet community. our neighbors are nice and friendly, we never had any issues with them. the only concern we have is our valet system its was not discuss to us how its works and also the schedule etc.
