Very well maintained building, very friendly staff on hand. Really a very nice pool area, parking is never an issue. Apartments are spacious and very nice. They're a little pricier than some other options in its class but there are certainly more expensive apartments out there too, and the location is great.

The apartment is absolutely incredible and checked every box I was hoping for. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a place I could genuinely see myself living. The layout is thoughtful, the finishes are modern, and everything felt clean, bright, and well?maintained. It really fits all of my needs and then some. The location is another huge highlight. It's in such a convenient area, close to everything I'd need day?to?day, and the neighborhood itself feels very safe and welcoming. Walking around the community gave me a great sense of comfort, which is something that matters a lot to me when choosing a home. The amenities were also a major standout. The pool, in particular, is beautiful ? peaceful, well?kept, and the kind of place where I could easily imagine relaxing on weekends or unwinding after work. It adds such a nice touch to the overall atmosphere of the property. Overall, touring this apartment left me genuinely excited, and applying felt like the right decision. I'm really hoping to call this place home.

Great apartment in the heart of Coral Gables

Amazing location in the heart of Coral Gables. Our apartment is facing the courtyard so is nice and quiet. I never hear any street noise. I also like the recent renovations they have made to the common areas including the lobby, deck and mezzanine areas. The staff I find very helpful from the property managers to the concierge as well as the maintenance people. I always get a timely response and have all my issues addressed. Only minor complaint is that parking spots are in the small side, but that is probably standard for this area of Miami

No coffee machine

When I first moved into this building, one of the things I appreciated most was the complimentary coffee. It was a small touch, but it made the community feel welcoming and added real value to the amenities. Unfortunately, the coffee machine has now been removed, which has been a disappointing change. I hope management considers bringing it back, as it was one of the perks that made living here stand out.

The leasing staff were incredible helpful, kind and responsive through the entire application process at The Point at Coral Gables. I was moving from out of state and was not able to preview the unit in person prior to move in, but when I got to the community, everything was beyond expectations. I’m extremely impressed with how this property is managed. Lesly, Jose and Bella are very welcoming and very responsive. The maintenance team is always available and go above and beyond for any time I have an issue with my apartment. I consider it a good-quality building, but the dogs frequently urinate in elevators, and their owners are not cleaning after them, making the building smell awful often and the elevators super gross.

BEYOND QUALITY

I recently visited The Point at Coral Gables for a walk-in tour, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Jose, the leasing agent, was incredibly patient and thorough. He answered every one of my questions without rushing, explained all the details about the apartments, and gave me a clear idea of what it’s like to live in the community. It really stood out how knowledgeable he was about both the property and the neighborhood. During my visit, I also had the chance to meet Lealy, the assistant manager, who was just as attentive and professional. She took the time to go over leasing information and made sure I had all the details I needed. Bella, the property manager, also came by to introduce herself, which says a lot about how hands-on the leadership is here. You can tell the entire team works closely together to make the experience positive for both residents and visitors. One of the highlights of the tour was seeing the newly renovated sundeck on the 7th floor. It’s a beautiful space, modern and inviting, with a view that makes it feel like a retreat right in the middle of Coral Gables. It’s the kind of detail that shows the property is not only well-maintained but also continuously improving. Overall, the patience, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff, combined with the quality of the amenities, left me with an excellent impression
