Things some how became worse at Milagro under the new management. The gate for the parking lot is broken, allowing anyone to enter. Management is difficult to get a hold of, expect when they are harassing us. My apartment is by the elevator and anytime someone makes noise, me and my roommate receive an empty threat from management to kick us out. Not only can't I sleep, I have to deal with melodramatic neighbors and management. I moved here to get away from the noise of the UM dorms, only to deal with even worse neighbors and management less competent and lazier than the student RA's. Also, to the couple that regularly has a fight outside the elevator please get your life together, stop waking us up with your dysfunctional relationship.

Lovely place to live. Great location for shopping and eating at places within walking distance. Amenities and common areas are clean and neighbors are courteous Visitor parking in the building is scarce but there's always parking available for residents

I love my apartment, location, community, and amenities. My main issue is having visitors. The visitor parking is really bad. There are also many "reserved" parking spaces in the garage that are always open. These should be visitor until needed.

Excellent location for walking to interesting areas in Coral Gables, apartment features are modern and well kept, amenities very good and the staff is really professional. This is a great property to make it your home. Fully recommended.

Location is great but a bit noisy. Communal areas are not up to par with what is offered and paid for by residents-- pool area, business center, TV areas, play area and game room- equipment needs to be updated and pool heated.

Location is wonderful, close to everything. Apartment is nice and comfortable. Reasonably clean and the people who work here are very nice. Parking could be better but I understand it is difficult to control parking with the space and availability.

Great location, steps away from Miracle Mile shops in Coral Gables. Complex is a certified green building and has several dedicated electric car parking. Pool and gym are really nice and several hangout areas.

this place is great to live at. beautiful clean and reliable leasing office. the pool is beautiful, the fitness center is perfect. there isn't anything negative about Milagro coral gables. the head of the leasing office manager anna is the greatest, you can count on her for anything and she is spot on. thank you so much for everything. if I could move the leasing office employers and the beautiful complex to my new city where im moving to I would lol.

Living at Milagro (formerly, Modera) is amazing. Facilities are very good and kept clean at all times. Apartments are spacious and well distributed. The best quality this apartment complex has is its staff. Since one starts the leasing process, they cannot be more helpful and honest. The same treatment continues as one lives in the property. All in all, I am very happy with my experience at this place.

If I could give the staff and safety 0 stars I would. Safety issues have included stolen cars and other stolen property from the garage. The locked doors are often not functioning so anyone can walk right into the elevator lobby. The office staff is unprofessional, not courteous and not at all helpful. Maintenance is a major issue as well, particularly in the public spaces of the building. Take a walk throughout the entire third floor, not just the short section they show on the tour, to see the real standard of maintenance in the building. Amenities are inconvenient (pool closes early evening, grills are locked and not available for use) and often not working. Not a luxury building or worth the luxury prices they charge.

I absolutely love living here. First off, the building itself is great. It is in a prime location on the Miracle Mile in Downtown Coral Gables with plenty of surrounding restaurants in the area. The apartment's are brand new and the appliances work perfectly. The pool and sundeck are extremely nice and the gym is awesome. The maintenance staff is great and are always on call. Most importantly, the staff in the leasing office is a pleasure to deal with. They are super accommodating and are always there to assist any residents with issues that come up. 5 star rating!!!

Best of the Gables and Miami. I absolutely love this place. If you have a Family, definately read this because I looked and looked in the Gables and could not find a better place to live with my 3 girls. The people in the leasing office are amazing. Galia the leasing Agent, you must ask for her, she is so super knowledgeable, knows teh community and area well and can coach you in your decision making process. The apartments are beautiful, community is great looks amazing and lots to do if you have kids. The pool ion teh 3rd floor is like an oasis, card room, video game room, hangout lounge, 7th floor terrace over looking Brickell, downtown and the northern side of downtown coral gables, and part of Coconut Grove. The real nice part is there are families here you can make friends with. Great place if you want to socialize and make new friends that are parents as well. They have monthly social events that are complimentary things like bagels, wine and cheese events, pizza etc to meet your neighbors. Love it. Moreover, the compliments I get from friends, relatives and co-workers coming into the building on how beautiful it is. The loft (known as floor M or the Mezzanine) overlooking the entire 1st floor is breathtaking. The beauty and class of the 1st floor where your guests would come in is second to none. To top it off, the upscale cafe that serves all of your favorites hot chocolate for the kids or those of us that still have the kid in us. Cafe con leche (not sure if I spelled that right) but cuban coffee etc . All I have to say is look no further. Make this your final stop. People that are writing bad reviews are those who break the rules and are taking advantage or abusing the place. This is an upscale community aka luxury living. I have no complaints about this place. It's safe for my children, they walk to the computer room, security guard knows us. The state of the art 2 floor Gym is spectacular. My children and I use it. It's actually like a family event.

I love living here! The neighborhood is awesome. All the bars, cafés, and shops are within walking distance. The building is only a year or so old and everything is new, modern design, and clean. The building is beautiful and has plenty of amenities. They are also dog friendly.The management staff Ana, Galia, and Raul are very professional and nice. They have monthly reunions for the residents. Manny, the maintenance man, Manny, is awesome. Any time I've needed anything he fixes it right away. This place is great and I highly recommend it.
