From the moment I moved in, I’ve been so happy with my decision. What really stands out is the management. Panco Management has been the best we’ve had in a long time, and it really shows. You can see the dedication they put into their work and the pride they take in making sure residents are cared for. Their team goes above and beyond, and it makes all the difference. Excellent service from Jose ? he helped us throughout the entire application process and kept us informed every step of the way. From the very first day (tour day), he made us feel welcome, treated us with respect, and took the time to explain every detail about the building and the apartment. He was truly an excellent resource. On moving day, everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and move-in ready. Lesly and Bella were also very kind and helpful. Bella went above and beyond to help us gather the required information and ensure we had all the necessary documents. Overall, Jose was outstanding, and the leasing office staff clearly work together as a team to make future residents feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this building to my peers.

Love living here!

I’ve been living at The Point at Coral Gables for years and I couldn’t be happier. The staff here are truly exceptional always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance, or just brightening your day, they go above and beyond. The location is fantastic. Right in Coral Gables, it’s convenient to great dining, shopping, and outdoor spaces. It feels like a peaceful, stylish oasis while still being close to everything I need. I’m especially impressed with the recent upgrades to the common areas. The new furnishings, refreshed design, and added amenities have elevated the communal spaces, making them feel modern, welcoming, and functional. All in all, living here has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend

I recently came by for a tour about two weeks ago, and I’m back because the exact unit I wanted is finally becoming available! The reason I’m writing this review is because the service I’ve received has been nothing short of amazing. During my search, I toured other properties, but what set The Point at Coral Gables apart was how attentive and thoughtful the team was. They remembered exactly which unit I was hoping for, kept me updated, and called right away with the great news once it became available. That level of attention truly meant a lot. On top of that, every time I’ve visited, I’ve been warmly welcomed. They remembered my name and my family, and even asked how my day was going—small details that make such a big difference. The concierge team was also wonderful to interact with—friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Compared to other communities nearby that either don’t respond or show little interest in giving tours, The Point goes above and beyond. If you have the chance, I highly recommend scheduling a visit—you’ll be greeted with friendly faces, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

The Best Community In The Area Of Coral Gables / Miami

I recently moved out of The Point at Coral Gables, and while it was saddening to leave, I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Coming from out of state, I knew the moment I walked in for a tour that I would fall in love with every aspect of the community, and I truly did. From the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully maintained grounds, everything felt like home right away. The maintenance team deserves special recognition those men work incredibly hard to keep the community running smoothly. They were always ready to help and made sure our apartments met the highest standards. Their dedication made a big difference in my daily life. The leasing office staff were just as amazing. They played a huge role in making residents feel cared for, organizing enjoyable resident events that brought us all together. Through these gatherings, I was lucky enough to make lifelong friends. The location is another standout feature. The neighborhood reminded me so much of my hometown from walking to Grumpy’s Coffee Shop in the mornings, to relaxing at Barnes & Noble in the evenings. The placement of the complex couldn’t be more perfect; everything I needed was just a short walk away. I genuinely hope I get the opportunity to relocate back to Miami in the future. If I do, I will 1,000% choose to return to The Point at Coral Gables. I highly recommend this beautiful community to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home. I spent a year there, and it left me with memories I will cherish forever. Thank you to everyone who made it such a special chapter in my life .

Amazing

Love the finishes of the apartment. I transferred from a non renovated unit to a renovated and you can totally see the difference. It feels fresh and new! I was considering moving out but did not want to risk since the location and maintenance Fabio and Fernando are great!

The Point is a great living experience!

The Point was our savior during a very difficult time. We were in a situation that caused us to move out of our previous apt in short notice but luckily we were able to find the Point. Lesly helped us when we initially came to tour and we made are decision the second it was done. The Point has been a fantastic living experience. Starting off with the staff, they are amazing from the leasing office to maintenance, who will get the job down when needed. The complex is constantly clean and very well maintained. The amenities are some of the best compared to any other of my previous living arrangements. The gym on its own is very professional and will satisfy any avid gym head. I can say we are very satisfied with The Point and hope we can continue being a part of this amazing community!

Best Apartment Living Experience in Miami!

Living at The Point at Coral Gables was truly an amazing experience. The building is always kept in top shape, the amenities are well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. The management team is by far the best I have ever dealt with — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The maintenance team is awesome and incredibly fast at resolving any requests, always going above and beyond. It’s rare to find an apartment community where everything runs so smoothly and where the staff makes you feel valued as a resident. If I ever need to move back into an apartment, I would choose The Point at Coral Gables again without hesitation.

Beautiful Community

I’m extremely impressed by how well this property presents itself, despite the age of the community. It's well maintained, clean, and staffed by a very professional team. Any issues I have are promptly addressed and communicated to me. The company currently managing the property is clearly investing heavily in the community. The entire pool area was renovated and furnished, bringing new life to both that space and the entry area. Usually, renovations disrupt our daily routines, but I must say that the management team maintained consistently professional communication with us residents throughout the process. I can’t wait to see the updated deck—it’s undergoing renovation, too. As my renewal approaches, I fully intend to stay. I just hope the price doesn’t increase too much given all the improvements being made. Area: It’s close to Miracle Mile, which has some fantastic restaurants. I’ve come to know a few of them through building-hosted events, where restaurants serve residents—helping us get acquainted with the neighborhood. I do miss the yoga classes that used to be offered, but they’ve arranged a monthly class at Legacy (also on Miracle Mile) for us residents, which is a nice alternative.

Great Community, Well Taken Care Of

I was a past resident here and absolutely loved living at this property. I moved right at the beginning of the renovations, and it was clear how much care and effort was going into improving the community. The property has always been well taken care of, and the updates have only made it even better. It’s a great place to call home!

Every other apartment pales in comparison

Apart from being in a great location and luxurious aesthetically, this place squashes every other apartment I’ve lived in. It’s clean, maintenance is amazing, and they take care of everything you could imagine asking for. I couldn’t highlight just one staff member because they’re all wonderful. Jose has been here since before the new management, and from the very beginning he made me feel welcome at a time when I didn’t know anyone here. Lesly and Bella were instrumental in helping me get settled with a new dog. Bella even shared her dog’s old crate and toys with me, along with training advice that made a huge difference for my pup. That kind of genuine care and community is rare to find - and not really expected from an apartment’s staff. I made the mistake of trying to live somewhere else after having lived here for two years. It only lasted three weeks because I missed the standard of service, kindness, and attention to detail here. With the recent renovations (which are gorgeous), I just hope the pricing remains reasonable, because I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else.
