Highly recommend living here. This will be my 3rd year and I cannot express how great the management team is. Not only that, the renovation was much needed. The pool looks awesome and the sundeck is very welcoming. The location is also great everything is walking distance. If you are looking for a good restaurant, I recommend Motek! Super close to the property.

Beautiful Surrounding Areas !

Living here would be ideal and one of the biggest reasons is the location. You truly can’t beat it the building is perfectly situated close to the airport, downtown Miami, and all the best spots in Coral Gables. The surrounding area is filled with fantastic restaurants and conveniences, making everyday life so easy and enjoyable. If someone were to ask me why I chose to live here, the answer would be simple: 100% because of the location. It offers the best of everything accessibility, great food, and a vibrant community right outside your door .

From the moment I toured with Jose and the move in process with Lesly, made me feel like home. This complex is well managed. It’s not noisy and disorganized. It is a very calm environment and close to amazing restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking to be walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops! I also want to high light how clean this building is!

One of the best in Coral Gables

It's very telling that when a building's management is friends with every resident. It tells you that you are in good hands. Bella, Jose, and Lesly all are so helpful and snappy with any inquiry, and never make things complicated. The front desk associates make stepping in and out an experience that can't be replaced. The apartments and amenities are some of the best in the area. All of this adds up to be the best value for living in Miami.

Guillermo and Julio are the friendliest down to earth people to always greet me, say hi and help me when in the lobby, Jose and Lesly in the office are amazing, always quick to reply and help, the rest of the cleaning staff, maintenance and security are top notch, the place and grounds are always spotless, feel super safe walking around and always running into a guard at nights, honestly the entire staff is great!

Mircale Mile

The property is in a great location, and is very well maintained. I love my apartment and the view of the city. I also love the layout, giving me enough space and it doesn't feel congested in my apartment. Not to mention my favorite part of the apartment is the proximity to miracle mile, everything here is walking distance.
