Thank god I have never had a problem since I moved to this community. One of the things that really attracted me was its cleanliness and the pleasant smells in the area and the lounge are excellent

We love it here, we wished this was our first home since moving to Miami. The whole team are excellent, kind with our children, and very responsive. It's a well kept building with lovely staff. The swimming pool is great, the food truck week also a huge hit. The gym is well kept and modern.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience here. The staff has always been more than helpful with any problems that I have ran in to. The building is always kept very clean and put together. I also love have a deccent size gym.

JOSE WAS AMAZING, ALWAYS HELPFUL ON PHONE CALLS WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS DURING LEASING PROCESS AS I WAS OUT OF STATE AND HADN'T VISITED PROPERTY. MOVE IN WAS SMOOTH AND EASY NO ISSUES OR CONCERNS EVERYONE WAS HELPFULL AND KIND.

Well maintained, good amenities, apartment was very clean and 100% ready to move in - no remaining dust or hint of the former tenant. The concierges are nice and professional. The location is very convenient for walking and driving.

New Management is AWFUL
Prior management was so accommodating and helpful. Everyone from the leasing team to the concierge to maintenance and security were amazing. The building was sold in May to a new group of people who try to get new tenants in and then treat them terribly. Entire old team was fired and the new management team is extremely rude and unreasonable on very basic requests. Property manager is not even present and leasing team does not care about residents at all. DON'T COME HERE.

I have lived here since the day the building opened have loved every minute of it. The location is excellent, the building is very well maintained and has great amenities and the staff in the leasing office is absolutely outstanding. They are attentive and truly cater to the needs of the residents. I highly recommend Milagro to anyone thinking about moving to the Coral Gables area.

The cleaning team for the common areas is amazing and that’s about it. The management staff does not respond to requests in a timely manner, the list of issues we submitted when we moved in in 2020 has still not been addressed, even after multiple promises from management that they would address them.

The place has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly, from maintenance to the office. Lira, who is concierge at the front desk is very helpful when the office is closed. She has been wonderful helping me with packages and welcoming when I get home from work. I'm happy here and the location if very good- right at the heart of Coral Gables.

the place is nice enough, for the price, my family love the place, but the security issue is violated when perform maintenance, open doors. there is a lot of pet hair in the elevator. I think there should be more activities.

Friendly staff who get to know the residents. I like the fact that they organize community events so that neighbors can get to know each other. Would be better to have more guest parking. Overall I'm happy to live at Milagro

The experience is great, everyone is willing to help others, the pets are lovely, the common areas are always clean, the staff is amazing. Whenever I need something, there's someone ready to help. I feel very secure, the neighbors are respectful and nice, I believe I'll be here for a long time.

No im nos compley sitiesfied. Many of the amenities can not be ise, the garage door is always broke and we dont feel we have security. The only thing management is doing is creating extra charges like the new lockes. In other appartments they have the same system but at no cost. You are only finding creative ideas to take more money from us

I have enjoyed living at Milagro and I love all the amenities offered on property. The location is perfect and the building is in excellent condition. Whenever I travel, I look forward to coming home because it feels like I am living in an urban resort.

I have enjoyed my experience at Milagro. I have been a resident here for the last 5 years. They do a great job in keeping up with the building. There is someone always available for our needs. The property is clean and has been kept up to date. Overall it is a nice quiet community.

It has been a good option for location and ambiance. Management are understanding and helpful. The events recently organized by Bozzuto have been well selected. The common areas and environment at the place are nice. seems people renting the apartments are in good condition to participate and spend more time joining the activities.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the present management is doing its best. It seems their hands are tied when it comes to certain priorities. I would love speaking with owners regarding how to eliminate negative comments being made by residents on what they??™re complaining about and why they are moving out.

conciergeSince Bozzuto has taken over the property the level of service has increased dramatically. Maintenance staff respond extremely timely and are respectful/professional The concierge is always happy to help and is willing to collect parcels on behalf of residents.

Very good so far. Good relationship with the staff and a very attentive personnel. The gym is very well equipped and the hanging lounge is very well kept. My only suggestion would be to change the electric grills in the pool for gas or carbon...electric just does not make it for a BBQ

I moved into months ago and I am so pleased with the property, the staff the amenities and the apartment. The location could not be anymore perfect there are so many things in this neighborhood to see and do and so many restaurants and bars. So far I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment building as well as the neighborhood

I enjoy my unit very much. Appliances and AC work amazingly and very efficient (except my dishwasher doesnt work too well). Unit is clean and modern. Corridors are kept nice and clean. Lobby arrival experience is pleasant. Coffee machine downstairs is a great perk. Gym could be bigger, a jacuzzi would be nice as well. I appreciate the resident activities. The units are pricey though and I hope increases are not substantial or my stay may not be that long. They recently started charging for guest parking after hours which i find excessive. Overall I do enjoy the property and more importantly my actual unit.
