Great atmosphere. People are nice and pretty much everyone has a great sense of citizenship. Living here is quite convenient. The neighborhood is nearly perfect. The staff are very professional and work hard at making things function.

One of the best maintained buildings I've seen with a first class staff. Jose in leasing is a gem! Excellent move-in experience. The residents are happy, personable and friendly and that is a reflection of the beautifully kept community and the positive spirit the staff shares. Central to everything in Corals Gables. Move in was okay but apartment was not in great condition when I got in. Yandri was helpful in the application process but a lot of appliances were not in good condition and apartment was not clean enough.

The location is great! Very walkable neighborhood which is great to avoid traffic. Nice people. The pool is maintained and provides a great place to relax. The gym is fully equipped and there is ample parking.

We love it! It's quiet and a great location to everything in town. Rent isn't too high for the area. A friend recommended this apartment and touring was so easy. We've been sold on the place since we've seen it! Staff and neighbors are all very friendly. Feels like home!

I have had a good experience living at Milagro. It is clean, and has accessible amenities. In my opinion, since 10 months ago some changes are cutting the residents privilege like the complementary coofee that change to be 12 hours a day to only 3, 5 hours a day.

Terrible management and building unkept

This place has so much deferred maintenance. The building looks old, outdated, dirty and in need of a paint job in all common areas. Managers are both very unfriendly and do not make anyone feel welcome. There are parts of the building that are so filthy with stained walls and doors that you feel like your in a rough neighborhood. There’s graffiti edged in the elevators. Building management has ruined this place due to inexperienced persons running the show.

I moved into Milagro in 2021. The units are comfortable and modern and well built. The leasing office team and maintenance teams have always been professional and friendly and have the quickest turnaround time for handling maintenance requests that I have encountered since living in other apartments. My opinion of the community is mostly positive. One negative, and I suppose this is true of most places, is that prices increase (sometimes significantly) every year. There also always seem to be some shady characters living in the building, which makes me wonder how much management screens applicants as opposed to just attempting to fill empty units.
