A great place to call home

I had such a great experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained, and any concerns I had were always addressed quickly. One of the highlights of my time here was working with Bella Lima—she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home from day one. Bella was always professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions with patience and was incredibly helpful during my move-in and throughout my lease. Thanks to her, I felt truly welcomed and supported as a resident. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Felt right at home from the start!

I came in for a tour without an appointment and honestly didn’t know what to expect but everyone was so kind right from the start. Guillermo at the front desk greeted me with such a friendly smile, and then JosÃ©, Lesly, and Bella from the leasing team made me feel completely at ease. What stood out to me wasn’t just how professional they were, but how genuine. They took their time, answered every question, and even made the whole experience fun. You can tell they really enjoy working together, and it creates such a welcoming vibe. I left feeling really excited about the idea of living here, and I truly hope I get the chance to be accepted and become part of this amazing people.

Great Building, Better people

I have seen the transition between the old management and new, and this new management is miles ahead. Everyone who works here is super responsive, professional, and helpful. From the leasing office and administration, to maintenance who have help me many times with issues in the building. The recent redesign is also a much needed refresh. It is so clean and modern. I could not be happier with this building.

We love the building, the amenities and the entire staff

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience of living at the point is. We love the remodel. The staff is outstanding, and the amenities are truly enjoyable. The gym offers everything that you need, the pool area makes you feel like you’re at a high-end hotel and the lobby remodel is really inviting and enjoyable.

Great Renovation

Amazing apartment

i couldn’t recommend The Point at Coral Gables enough to someone. The building is in a great location, and is reasonably priced for all it has to offer. The staff is extremely attentive, and very responsive. Jose and Lesly made my move in process very easy, and answered all the questions I had. I want to shout out Guillermo for always brightening my day. He is always in a good mood and makes sure to greet every resident. I always look forward to seeing him. If you’re looking for a place you will truly feel at home in coral gables, this is the spot.

I am really enjoying living here so far. Throughout the move-in process Jose has been amazing and answered all my questions and helped with any confronts I had. The apartment wasn't as clean as I hoped when I moved in but as soon as I notified staff they were quick to resolve the issue and make sure that I felt happy with my move-in experience.

I moved into Milagro Coral Gables 2 days after visiting. The leasing consultants are very friendly and helpful, as are the concierges. The building is well maintained with nice amenities, and I feel safe in this environment. It is a very walkable neighborhood with shops, restaurants, etc.

Great!!! Sadly the rent keeps going up and the new paid parking for visitors is a real pain in the neck - there are plenty of spaces available at all times upstairs and in the basement of the garage so this annoying pay deal for an overnight guest is offensive

So far all staff are very nice and receptive. When I arrived here there was a problem with the elevator schedule time but the staff were able to solve everything quickly and made it very easy for me to keep going with my moving. The building maintenance looks good and the apartment as well. I didn't notice any noise or loud neighbors so far. I'm happy with my new home and I feel comfortable in the building. Front desk concierge is kind and professional, as well as staff from the leasing office as well. Thank you

I have really enjoyed living at Milagro since I moved here since April. The staff are very friendly and they keep the hallways and common areas very clean. I love the pool. The location is in a central area to my job and all the main things I need. I don't have a car right now but find that everything I need is walkable within .5miles.
