Great Management Team

I have lived here for 5-years and have been through several management teams but the current management is by far the best! Wenda, Romina, Vanessa & Brianna are very professional and always finding ways to make the community better. Sandy, our maintenance lead, truly deserves recognition. Every request I have submitted has been handled quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It is clear Sandy takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about residents. Overall, the maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the property and units in great shape.

Great property, great staff, clean. Five stars in every level. I would highly recommend. The outdoor has barbecues and fire pits, a dog park and great neighbors. It is century located for all shopping needs and entertainment needs. It also is within 3 miles of the beach.

Love living in this community! The staff is pleasant, maintenance crew does a great job keeping the community looking great and there are community social events which include food trucks and gatherings. The amenities are wonderful and we have enjoyed them. The "clubhouse" is open 24 hrs which is a huge plus since many other communities have the clubhouse only open during office hours, which is an inconvenience for those who would like to utilize it during other hours.

The complex is top notch. We have lived here from their opening and even though the people in the office have changed, the quality of service is still great. Ruben was very nice, and was quick about his business. Very personable and highly recommended, my dishwasher as well as my ice maker are operational now and I am very pleased. I submitted the request about a hour or so ago and got a quick response.
