The Point is very nice community. Maintenance is excellent. The new management team is extremely responsive and friendly . Everything is very clean and the grounds are well kept . The location is excellent for my commute to work.

Beautiful Community
I just moved in and everything is lovely . Minutes from the beach . The pool is beautiful. The property is new and everything is very clean . The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. They made my move to FL very stress free .

Very happy at this complex. Convenient, new, well kept, but possibly a bit pricey for the overall value I receive. I believe it has been resolved, but in the past, front office staff was not the most competent I've ever seen.

the property is quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The only complaint is the trash situation: Valet is good, but its annoying if you need to throw stuff out yourself, and no recycling.

Beautiful Community
I just moved in and my experience has been excellent. I was very nervous moving to a new state , but everything was perfect in my apartment when I picked up my keys . I had a question about my thermostat and Georgette and Sandy responded right away , and explained how it worked . I am very happy with my decision to move to North Palm.

Love it here, it's definitely home. My wife and I have lived here since it opened and just extended our lease. The maintenance staff is very good. They've repaired any issue we have promptly and efficiently.

Unfortunately, my experience with the community where I live has been subpar. The buildings and construction are impressive, but the service request response time has been disappointing lately. The service was great initially, but now it seems like requests are not being performed at all or taking an unreasonable amount of time. I am unhappy with this situation and hope that the community management can address and improve this issue soon.

It's been good, very quiet. If there is an issue it's generally resolved very quickly. The aren't any real community activities here which makes it difficult being new to the area. Would like to see more of that in the future

The common areas are very nicely appointed and are kept clean and tidy The hallways to the units need refresh as there are stains from dogs feet etc Some dog owners do not pickup droppings The staff is very responsive to repairs usually same day

It's beautiful and kept clean. The staff changes often. I had an issue with the common areas. I tried to use it and a staff member told me I couldn't. It was getting cleaned. I asked to use a room that had a panco employee in it. They said no. He eventually left but that space is for residence not staff.

Love it. Great location for access to highways, shops, malls, fedex, beach and restaurants. Place is immaculate. Pool, gym and outdoor living spaces are perfect. Plenty of parking. Landscaping immaculate. Sandy and her team do a great job with the maintenance.

The Point is a beautiful community. I find it to be extremely safe and still entertaining. The facility is clean, quiet, and very well kept. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I love the proximity to food, drink, and the beach.

The friendships I have made in this building are amazing. It has made a time of transition in my life an easier experience. It is very dog friendly as well, which is hard to find. The maintenance staff and cleaning crew are so friendly and the building is always so clean. It is a pleasure to live here.

The amenities are great and well maintained and the maintenance staff is very helpful. The appliances are much better than other apartments I have rented in the past and the office staff is helpful. I really like the lock boxes in the mail room and the other recreation areas.

Overall community is beautiful, welll maintained , can occasionally hear upstairs tenants ..not a lot of insulation between floors pool beautiful close to great restaurants and ocean, gates provide safety ,garage easily accessible which is odd

This is by far the best community I've lived in in Florida. There neighbors are friendly and social. The community is so clean and well maintained. There's tons of fur friends who are friendly!! The management is welcoming, quick to respond to inquiries and offer social gatherings for residents. I love living hereC location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool and common areas are well kept and great amenities.

Overall great community. Amenities are well-kept and apartments are built so nicely. The appliances are great. It is a quiet neighborhood which I love. Rent is a bit on the higher side, but it's worth it for what you get.
