Hidden in plain sight is this new complex that has a great community, great staff. Newly built, easy access all around. Pretty quiet, friendly neighboors. Enjoy the pool, workout, use a grill or just shoot some pool. There are dedicated areas to walk your dog or sit down and relax.

It's been very nice living here. At move-in there were some issues and staff could have been more helpful but I haven't really had issues since then. My main concern is that I don't know how much my rent will be if i renew my lease and I feel like I need that information now in order to know if I need to look for somewhere else to live

Living here has been the best welcome to south Florida! We love the property, the proximity to restaurants and the beach can't be beat! This complex has had many pros and I would recommend living here to any of my friends and family!

I really enjoy the staff at The Pointe at North Palm Beach. Everyone has always been very friendly and helped resolve any issues that I may have in my apartment. In addition, I think the amenities of my apartment are amazing.

I moved here from Michigan without touring the place first. I am happy to say this apartment exceeded my expectation. The structure and amenities are absolutely gorgeous. The pool area is clean and relaxing. The gym equipment is brand new and the space is perfect. The lobby is always open to the complimentary coffee bar. I feel like i am living on a resort. I feel safe in this community. I am 22 years old moving away from all my friend and family and needed a place that felt like home.

BRAND NEW PLACE, REALLY NICE AMENITIES, COOL AMBIENT, AND GOOD LOCATION. THE BUSSINESS CENTER IS REALLY WELL EQUIPPED, PLUS THE GENERAL CLUB HOUSE HAS REALLY COOL FURNITURE, AMENITIES AND GAMES TO BE USED BY THE RESIDENTS.

Good community to live in. Close to so much in this area. Gardens Mall, Publix, Juno beach. Less travel to these area's is less stressful. Building has so many amenities and the staff makes you feel very comfortable in this community!

Do not have sufficient information. Will move in mid-March. Overall, the experience and facilities seem satisfactory. The Point at North Palm Beach has very nice public spaces and the gym is very well equipped. We would appreciate if management would install gates leading into the garage space.
