Very quiet development on the whole, neighbors are mostly friendly and service requests are answered and solved promptly. A few communication issues with leasing office but mostly none that have not been resolved. Overall very happy.

The Point at North Palm Beach is clean, people are nice, and the apartments are appointed beautifully. The washing machine and dryer are great. The kitchen is very workable. The maintenance staff are really nice and responsive.

They do a good job of taking care of the community and keeping it clean. However, dogs are constantly off leash even though they ask you to keep your dogs on a leash . Unfortunately nothing is being done about it by management. My dog was on leash and she was bit by two big dogs of leash and got a severe infection. Management did absolutely nothing to the tenant. People do not pick up their dog poop and they are not fined for it either. Apartments are too expensive for the value and parking inside the garage isn't allowed without paying a huge monthly fee. Therefore parking outside is limited because many people don't want to pay for parking.

We absolutely love this community!!! Great place to live! The grounds are beautiful, apartments are bright and open and airy with the high ceilings. Everyone is nice and we enjoy the quietness of our apartment complex ! the pool and gym are great and we use both daily. Great place to live!!!

The transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants, and the community is clean, tidy, comfortable and beautiful. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Community administrator and manager Kevin is very competent.

this community is a really good place to live. very quiet, secure, have a great pool and BBQ space. Stuff is friendly and knowledgeable.. Close to Publix and many other restaurants, including our favorite - Green Garden Cafe just a walk away. Overall we really like it.

Resort Living

We looked all over south Florida. I found The Point to be the best of all worlds. I love the location and ease to the beach. Rules are reasonable to keep it nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. The amenities are amazing. My apartment faces the pool - highly recommend. It’s beautiful!

Amazing experience! Trying to move from Orlando all the way down here was stressful and time-consuming, but Samantha helped expedite the application process and went above and beyond to communicate the process well. The property even made provisions when our timing caused a move-in delay. Finally moved in, we have no regrets on this community as yet.

I love the location of this community and everything around it and Dominique in the office is amazing. As a single resident I do feel comfortable and safe here. I love the pool as well as well as how close we are to my favorite beach - Juno pier!

There has recently been a change of on site mgnt- we appreciate it. Pkease though, get a bellman cart for resident's use also indoor bike storage is required. The coffee bar needs to be available starting at 7

Love my apartment . It is brand new, full of light, very quiet. The community is very friendly. I feel safe. The pool is beautiful, the BBQ space very nice. Love the pool table area.. They take great care of the garden. Lots of parking space.

My moving in experience was incredibly fast, efficient and convenient. I was provided with all necessary information along with a fantastic welcome bag and accessories when I arrived, and all of my questions were promptly answered. The staff at The Point are all incredibly helpful and friendly, and the complex is absolutely beautiful. I am already completely sure that choosing The Point was a great decision.

Beautiful new construction gated rental community close to beaches that feels like home. Wonderful amenities, friendly staff, dog friendly with a dog park, fabulous package locker system and plenty of parking.

I think it's great, everyone super nice. Very clean, love garbage pickup. Staff is helpful & repairs quickly resolved. Pool are very nice & clean, peaceful. Mail room is great with the app to get packages.

Love this resort! Lol! It's actually like living at a resort, beautiful office, pool, and apartments with high ceilings. Everyone in office and maintenance so friendly and helpful. We also love that this place is so dog friendly. I have two smaller dogs but, me being the dog lover that I am, love seeing the bigger dogs here. The location is also so convenient because it's close to mall, beach, restaurants and not far from 95.
