The point has become a jail, they installed new gates to the garage and it looks horrible. It looks like a caged in prison. But not to worry...not all the doors have a key fob you need to use....that and cameras should be a priority but it is not. I have asked several times as to why the second and third floors DO NOT have key fobs that you have to use? Make that make sense. The property manager is very rude about the gates and has sent out NO info. I am older and drive up the garage to drop off my groceries, then park outside. I do this because the elevators are ALWAYS BROKEN. The dog park looks absolutely horrible, there is no shade for the dogs! nothing at all, not even a bench. Not sure what is going on with this property but its going downhill. Events have started happening at this property but barely. I went to the Valentines day event, 2 bottles of wine were served. My wife and I did not have any wine. The management here needs to be changed ASAP. Amy is always beyond nice to my wife and I. She is very friendly. The 2 ladies up front are always very pleasant and friendly petting my dog!

          becoming cheap.....

          I have lived here for almost a year with my dog....This apartment complex doesn't do any events for their residents. When I moved in here I was told that they host many events, almost monthly. I moved in here last year and have been to 1 event, I have asked the property manager Georgette and she has said there is no budget for this. Since then nothing else has been hosted. One of my coworkers lives in their other property down the road (right off PGA) and they have events constantly, they even had a Halloween party that I went to!! We did not have one. The maintenance staff is amazing!! I had a leak in my apt and couple issues - sandy was so sweet. Lastly, Amy is extremely kind and always a pleasure to speak with as are the 2 ladies in the front who are happy and always greeting me and my dog! However, the property manager is NEVER available!!! She is never in the office when I am coming after work to discuss issues or ask questions. We need more events for residents!!! I was told this would happen monthly, there has not been an event in close to a year!!! Cushions by the pool area are very moldy. I have told this to Georgette many times!!! Also they have added some cheap Walmart dinner tables by the pool, they are cheap looking and do not match the property furniture, CHEAP!! We want the lounge couches back ASAP!!

            The Point at North Palm Beach has been a wonderful choice for me. My apartment is spacious, well laid out, with plenty of storage. Pet friendliness means my dog is welcomed and comfortable here as well. The grounds are beautiful and facilities feel like a resort!

              The community is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The maintenance team does a great job whenever I have had any maintenance requests. They are super friendly and always take care of requests like changing light bulbs, fixing my refrigerator ect, very quickly.

                      Very pleased with the office staff, property manager and maintenance staff. They genuinely care about the property and the tenants. The location of the property is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants (my favorite One-Way Cafe) among others, gas stations, salons etc. Literally a great location.

                        Amazing property with amazing staff

                        My husband and I absolutely love it here. Everything is well designed- we were blown away at how spacious the apartments are.                           I love it here! It is a clean property with updated amenities. Gym is somewhat small for such a large community but the pool is great. It is safe with nice apartment finishes. The landscaping is well taken care of.

                              Property is well kept, the parking rules don't make sense to me, the staff overall seem very picky and not very helpful, the move in process was pretty disorganized. Overall not very impressed with the property management at this time, do not plan on renewing lease.

                                              Lovely experience overall. Amy was very kind and knowledgeable, and the community was beautiful. My only issue was, although I scheduled an appointment days prior, I still had to wait for Amy to do a tour with a walk-in prospective tenant, since the community was short staff.

                                                Wonderfully amazing experience. The entire crew management is extremely professional and nice. They are always there when you need them.
