I’ve lived here for 4 years now and the maintenance team continues to be one of the best parts of this community. Sandy and the maintenance team are truly exceptional. They are professional, kind and efficient, and it shows in every service request. Every time I’ve needed something, Sandy and her team have handled it promptly, done high-quality work and been nothing but friendly and respectful. Their consistency and reliability over the years have made living here such a positive experience. Couldn’t ask for a better maintenance team!

Luxury Comfort Kindness

From the moment we moved in December 2024, we were amazed by the amenities and services in a luxury building especially after owning 3 properties with continual maintenance issues. Last winter, we were on a train to Miami to spend the day and staff was in our unit fixing a leaky faucet. No waiting! All service requests are handled in a very timely manner. The staff is warm and friendly and really care about issues as they crop up.

Amazing place

I’ve been living in “luxury” apartments for the better part of the last 15 years, and The Point at North Palm Beach is easily the best. I leased a 2/2 sight unseen from out of state and was very pleasantly surprised. Unlike many hastily built places nearby, The Point feels like genuine luxury. Some of the highlights are ultra high 13–14-foot ceilings even on the first floor; a thoughtful layout with laminate floors throughout (no cheap carpet); a well-appointed kitchen with quality appliances; and a central island. The pool is huge and great for both relaxing and swimming, and it’s heated so you can use it year-round. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained by the maintenance staff. Residents are generally young professionals and respectful. The gym is small but generally has everything I needed including plates. The location is great, just off US-1, but you can’t really hear the traffic, and PGA is close by for easy access to the highway. Downtown is under 20 minutes away. The staff is amazing; shout out to Amy Martinez and Vanessa Escobar. They have been extremely helpful and go above and beyond. The only thing that would really make the property better would be a heated spa pool. Overall, I am extremely happy with this property and sad I had to move out due to a new job.

Just moved in and I am very happy with my decision . Romina and Wenda were so helpful. The community is very clean and the shared space is excellent. My room is very large and huge kitchen . It has a very lovely pool too .

Great Maintenance

Sandy , Rubin and Cheron are the best . They keep the property clean and beautiful . I have lived here for several issues and never had an issue . The apartments are very spacious , with great closets . You cannot beat the location . I highly recommend The Point

my comments would be all positive except for the barking dogs daily the staff here has always addressed my emails complaining but we will choose a not so pet friendly building in the future maintenance staff is always on top of any request we have!

Doesn’t get much better

I grew up in Palm Beach County. I selected The Point for its great location. It is a great facility, nice neighbors, great staff. Very safe. Gym is very important to me and is well equipped and clean. Never crowded. So glad I chose this place to live.

My experience has been awesome, and I appreciate all the staff! I know you all try to run a very professional and nice property. Thank you! The only thing I would comment on now is that the trash pickup could try to line the bin to keep drips from staining carpets and wipe the wheels before traveling on the carpets or whatever is making the dirty lines on the carpets in the hallways. Sometimes it smells dirty. Thank you, again!
