Living here has been a dream
I have been here for three years now and have not one complaint! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The neighbors are respectful. Overall the community is quiet and peaceful. They occasionally throw the cutest community get togethers like a pool movie night / dinner social. I truly love it here and I am proud to call The Point at NPB my home!

The Pointe has been my favorite Apt complex I've rented. It's always kept clean and the amenities are top notch. Residents are all polite and respectful and staff are always willing to go the extra mile.

My experience at the point has been amazing! The staff is awesome and the community is quiet and beautiful! My move in was a breeze! I moved from out of state sight unseen! It was very stressful for me but the office team made it spectacular!

The leasing and maintenance staff have been so helpful and friendly. The move in process was very easy starting with the application process through actual physically moving in. The neighborhood is very safe and the building community is secure

I just moved in to the Point at North Palm Beach and I can tell you the property is absolutely amazing. You definitely want to deal with Amy Martinez. She made the process as easy as possible and honestly if it wasn’t for her I’m not sure if I would’ve moved in because I need things to happen quick. I was moving from another state and she went above and beyond to make everything happen. Thank you Amy!!

The management and maintenance team are very on top of things and always helpful with anything we need fixed or accommodated! The homes are spacious and extremely reasonable for the price compared to other rental apartments in the area.

Love the unit and staff!!
Amy couldn’t have been more helpful our quick move-in Weekend. She stayed late to make sure all of her paperwork is in order. She was super helpful in getting us into our unit and making us feel at home from Day One. Couldn’t be more grateful to her and the entire staff.

The units seem to have been thrown together to quickly with low quality appliances. Office staff has turned over more times than I can count. Staff doesn't seem to care about the residence, nor do they seem to acknowledge the severity of security. Parking for the residence is a debacle, zero enforcement for residence who pay to utilize the garage and allowing others who don't to use it. Furthering the separation between should I have to truly pay to park if there's nothing in place to hold those accountable who reside in the community and don't pay. Along with the fact the south elevator is always down.

Been good so far. Wish there were lights on fans and more free access points to apartments located in the middle of the complex. Overall, staff was really friendly and apartment was extremely clean upon move in.

I love this community. I love my unit. Superb maintenance and friendly staff. I am very glad to be living here. It is centrally located. The clubhouse is great. I like the details in the unit. I also like the variegated leasing options for my short term rental friend from the north. They can stay here in the same community for a few months so it is convenient for all. I am planning to live here for a long time.

The Gem of the Palm Beach County!
The Point at North Palm Beach is a beautiful place to call home! From the staff members, residents and the grounds, it is an ideal spot to enjoy Palm Trees, Ocean and Sun, and always have a smile on your face! Apartment has high ceilings, open floor plan, a lot of closet space and mainly kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and well maintained! Super grateful for Amy Martinez, assistant property manager, she was so inviting and helpful from the start, that I didn’t have doubts that my family is in good hands! Enjoying this gorgeous community!

I have lived here for close to 3 months. My experience so far has been a good one generally. I live in a 810sq ft 1 bedroom apartment for which i didn't see the layout before applying. But here is my feedback , the apartments are decently sized but my least favorite part of the apartment is the bathroom and closet. The closet is small and placed inside the bathroom. I think it could have been better designed. One large mirror for the two sinks and a walk through closet from the room. I didn't see the specific layout before applying so that is my fault because I understand that some unit have the closets attached to the room and so they have more space. i applied based off another layout I saw and got something different at the end. The community has decent individuals as tenants , It is kept clean, and it is very serene. The facilities are modern and they are functional but back to the issue of layout , I do feel like the place is a maze and difficult navigate from the inside. They are not enough elevators. The ButterflyMx could also be place in more entrances given how difficult it is to connect from the main building to the others. For example living in building one and having to go down to get my guest all the time and groceries etc can be a little frustrating. The apartment isn't sound proof and the doors use the traditional keys. Based on my assessment, I will give them a 7/10 in comparison to other new apartments . Make sure you do your tour before applying

The garage is dirty. Residents have dumped drinks and cigarets on the floor. And dirt is very unsightly. I've asked for the garage to be cleaned and been told it is not in the budget. Disappointed!

Come prepare with any questions you may have as they will be answer, lovely community, very friendly and accommodating. The pool is hotel quality, gym was very clean and spacious, If you have pets ask to see the dog park.

So far so good. Some minor issues with electrical setup (not sure who thought putting refrigerators on the same circuit as the rest of the kitchen was a good idea). Internet service cabinets should be central to the apartments to help with wifi signal not tucked away in a guest bedroom closet. At least they are plastic not metal so the signal is decent. Multi zone thermostats would help, at least dual zone for a. bedrooms vs b. living space. Appliances could be better especially the electric stove/stove tops. They are very weak and still use a lot of electricity.

Panco sucks and could care less about their tenants and extort their best tenants for money. They lie and cheat and raise the rent for their own greed and enjoyment and refuse to fix any problems they create except for maintenance.

Move in ease!
Amy honestly saved my husband and me. We had flight delays from NY to FL and subsequent internet installation and furniture delivery issues. I work remotely so I needed the internet setup ASAP. I reached out to let her know about our delay and asked about delaying deliveries and using the business center for work when we arrived. She went above and beyond by offering to accept our deliveries in the apartment and help with the internet installation so we didn’t have to reschedule anything. When we got here, we were exhausted by the travel changes and she just glided us right through the check in process. It was easily the best apartment check in process I’ve experienced yet. The move from NYC to FL was stressful but she really eased some of that, which makes us so happy to move here!

Everyone in the leasing office is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Beverly was great from start to finish and very patient with us. Sandy in charge of maintenance was also very welcoming. The staff was able to answer all of our questions.

Have had trouble with front office staff at move in, but staff seems to have turned over. Maintenance staff always pleasant and very helpful! Close location to beaches and restaurants. Nice amenities.

The apartment is attractive with nice amenities. The maintenance staff (Sandy in particular) is great. The location is terrific with a lot of convenient shopping, restaurants and wonderful beaches. People seem pleased to live here.

Quiet, safe, convenient location. No security for the building, overpriced rent for what you get. poor construction poor quality building and finishes, which is typical in Florida. No screens on any apartment windows. Staff will not assist or respond EXCEPT for the maintenance team, which is very good.

My husband and I have been very happy at North Palm. We love the pool and clubhouse . Our townhome is very spacious and has a nice yard . Management is extremely responsive and maintenance has been excellent . We highly recommend The Point .
