The community is very quiet and clean. In my case, I got a good price, but I imagine it's because the appliances?like the washer, dryer, and AC?are old. The maintenance for the move?in wasn't the best, but despite that, we are very happy living in these residences.

It's a nice community and is secluded in the world gateway area, which I like. There's a nice walking path around the pond. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, although having the laundry inside the bathroom makes it a little cramped in there.

For the most part I have enjoyed living here. The staff is always helpful and will work with a renter if there is a problem. The maintenance team is excellent and is always available to assist with any concern.

There has been difficulty having maintence fix issues inside the apartment. There has also been a severe issue with bugs/roaches inside the apartment itself. I would not be thrilled to renew my lease due to the ongoing issues.

I have loved living at Halston World Gateway! It's quiet, safe, and in a great location. My apartment is so cozy, the community amenities are perfect for me, and I love the greenery around the complex. If I ever have to move out of my apartment, I hope to be able to stay in the complex.

It's good. I don't like that the other gate is an exit only because when I enter the complex I have to drive all the way around the complex to get to my apartment. This is a safety hazard. Please make the other gate a way to enter as well. The front entrance gets backed up with people who don't live here trying to get in which is ridiculous. Please make the code simple for non residents to get in such as a 4 digit code so residents can get in quicker. I noticed last year when hurricane Milton arrived no storm shutters were put up on the ground level, so that is just advice for next time if the storms are strong enough. Honestly, once the contract is up for the trash butler, please get rid of it. Residents all over have this "feature" pushed on them and it's not that great. People would rather pay less in rent than have this feature. Instead of things like a trash service, having a security guard walk the property at night is much preferred, especially after the gym was vandalized and it had to be shut down to residents temporarily. The maintenance crew is very nice and very timely in their responses to repairs when needed. The front office is always nice to everyone. So just little things like what I mentioned need to be addressed to make this complex great all around.

I love this place but it has become expensive if you compare to other communities around in the area. As an older community it's charging prices that are even bigger than some newer build communities close by.

Great community overall very quiet. Wish the gym was actually 24 hours like advertised and if the front gate was a clicker that would be easier for getting into the complex but overall really like the complex

My experience at Halston has been a great one. From the wonderful maintenance staff to the helpful leasing office crew, we have always had a good experience. The property is always clean, maintenance is attentive and resolves concerns quickly. The office ladies go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. I would really recommend anyone who is interested in moving here. I am sad to be leaving since I am moving to Jacksonville and I just said yesterday to my boyfriend "Halston is the first apartment community we've lived in where I actually feel at home". I will definitly miss this community and would move back if I moved back to Orlando.

I love my apartment, the complex is pretty, clean, and the amenities are perfect for it. When I start at the complex the office people were the best and helpful, don't know what happen with those type of people cause this days there's none. They're more now for the money than help, and kind of arrogant when they talk to you. I like and love my apartment but i was trying to move to a bigger and spacious one! But always an issue and can't help.

The community is okay, very normal. Dog walking is regular here for lots or residents and there are pet waste pickup locations throughout the complex and around the pond. Some neighbors have loud vehicles. The inside of the apartments are fairly clean but have had quite a few issues, the neighborhood is nice.

I am residing here for last 14 years! Of All previous owners of this property have been nice but Halstons are thee WORST of all! Unfriendly, Rude, Mean..and I can go on and on and on! Raised rent from 1300 to 1700 in 2022 then 1900 in 2023! Now I'm paying almost 2000.

Nothing new and paying too much for no amenities besides a pool and corn hole with no bags. No paper in printer and office staff doesn't keep their word, a lot of other options for apartments that offer more for same price

I have been living in this community for 3 years and I am very grateful. I feel like I am in my own home. I have never had any problems. It is a very peaceful place to live and that is the most important thing. That is why I am happy. They have improved a lot in all their structures and are improving every day. The maintenance is excellent. I hope they continue like this. I recommend them 100%.

Before it was Halston, this was a lovely place to be. Now it's just all about money. There needs to be a new maintenance manager and workers, everyone is fine but not very good. Also pressure washing the buildings/windows need to happen more, gutters need to be cleaned out more.

This is the BEST place to move to especially: 01 if you are moving down from the Northern United States or Canada; 02 you work in the parks & want to live near work; 03 you can see & hear the fireworks from the parking lot

Overall a good experience here. The walls are thin so I can hear my neighbor snoring, so I know they hear everything going on in my apartment which is kind of embarrassing. But usually it's pretty quiet around here. Maintenance responds really quickly to address any issues. I don't know if others experience this issue, but my guests struggle with the gate access. A lot of the times it either won't open or after they enter the pin it doesn't call me. The call box is also in a weird place and you basically have to have your mirror in the bushes in order to key in the pin without getting out of the car. The main office is always offering fun little treats( taco bar, coloring book day, make your own waffle)! They are also always so friendly when I call or need assistance. The pool is a great area! The one time I wanted to use the grille there wasn't any propane. Not the biggest fan of the valet trash being required. I tend to take my own trash out and feel that is a waste, but that's me personally. When I was working for Disney, the commute was amazing! Only 6 minutes to get to work in the morning. The grocery stores in the area seem to be a bit crowded but I am originally from a small town not in Florida. There a lot of the fast food and sit down restaurants in the area. Gas stations near by. Quick and easy access to I4 and 417. However as soon as you get on I4, you will be stuck in the Disney traffic.

The new Management is horrible can't wait to move out. Your leaving in a open gated community since the gate is always open. As a tenant, I expect the management to uphold its responsibilities in maintaining the property and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents. Unfortunately, the current management practices fall far short of these expectations.

It's a nice quiet community with great amenities and activities. The only downside is it has gotten pretty pricey to live here especially with all the renovations and change of management. Lovely owners though and very polite and accommodating with rent. Just wish the prices hadn't gone up so much for the apartments that haven't received renovations.

It was my first time moving out to an apparment with my spouse and the front office team made the application process very streamlined and simple. We were approved within the week and were given a fantastic rate and apartment on the third floor facing the forest. We get great view from our balcony and don't hear any traffic or cars due to our positioning. The only complaint I'd have is the water never stays hot for over a minute or two in the shower making what should be a therapeutic self care moment an unpleasant part of the day.

The community has its ups and downs. The management is fairly easy to deal with and the maintenance team is great. There are recurring issues that really could use better attention. Paying for a gated community that isn't actually secure is sad. They need to reimburse their residents for these frequent gate issues. The complex is wide open most nights until the following morning.
