Arium Palms is home, and the staff are professional, local management team is the best. We have seen management come and go, but this team is a keeper. They strive to keep the community in prestine condition. They are an extended family, always willing to listen to our concerns. Tony,BiBi, Elias, Carlos and Jr, (can't remember his full please accept my apologies),are the best team at Arium.

Loved the location. The staff was very accommodating and they always took our safety to exceptional levels. Loved how there was a dog park. It was wonderful exercise for everyone in our household to take walks on the walkways.

Love the community here...Hoping to move next lease to a different apartment within this community. We really enjoy ours but the noise level living on 2nd floor of a 3 story building has been difficult. Our view and balcony are our favorite!! Highly recommend Arium Palms. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and professionally. Staff here is great!!

We have lived in the same apartment since 2011. Once the new company took over, living here has had its ups and downs. Sometimes the service and staff friendliness is consistent and welcoming, other times it comes across as cold and uninviting. The improvements to the community are great, and hopefully there will be more future ups, rather than downs, as this community has great potential.

Love the location love where I live. Has a lot of things to offer, beautiful pool/bar area that too can access whenever. There is a nice gym that you can go too. Maintenance is the worst. They used to be good but now it takes forever to get in touch with them and days for the problem to get fixed. Unacceptable. I expect the next day. Especially if it's something I need done now.

I like the location. It's quiet, peaceful, and pretty. The complex is clean. The pool area is resort like. The gym is amazing. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. We enjoy taking walks around and outside of the complex. There are deer, birds, and all kinds of wildlife.

We really enjoy it here. Its a peaceful and quiet environment. Me and my roommate really enjoy all the facilities. It is also convinient for us as its near our workplace and we can use our bikes going to work. We feel safe and secure here as well. We are glad we got an apartment here.

I like it so far. Everyone is really friendly and the whole community feels really safe and makes me feel like home. It is really near to my work and everything else as well. I can cycle to work now and also even to the groceries.

Very clean community and apartment. Very friendly staff and always available for help. Moving from another city or country is hard but the staff offered help and suggestions about everyday living that helped a lot with transition. From where to go for grocery shopping to how to do correctly all the paperwork for all things apartment and living situations.

Apartment walls are fairly thin, so noise carries between apartments. Service requests either handled very quickly or take way too long. Apartments are very nice, and staff is very courteous and friendly. Overall very nice apartments, very close to everything.

I have gotten the opportunity to call Arium Palms my home for the past year, and I love it! It is conveniently located close to Disney and many other entertainment and restaurants, as well as set back, so there is not a lot of noise. The staff are friendly and are willing to help you out with anything you need. Take advantage of the amenities, as they have just been remodeled, and are very nice. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice and quiet space. There is no hot tub, but the pool is always clean and almost never crowded with people. I hope to renew my lease when the time comes!

Arium Palms is a secluded community conveniently close to food, entertainment, and shopping options. Despite this, it is unexposed to the busy main roads which contributes to the serenity of the complex. The staff are friendly and kind, always greeting you with a smile and readiness to assist with any problems. The lovely pool is also a great bonus!

An absolutely great community, I love how secluded and safe it is here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and continuously doing something fun for everyone in the community like movie nights or pizza parties. We are also extremely close to everything which makes it very convenient for shopping or going to theme parks.

The ARIUM Palms is a great place to call home! The entire staff and maintance always greets you with a smile and they quickly respond to any issues. The grounds and facilities are always kept clean, the gym is kept open 24/7, the pool area is hardly ever crowded and there is plenty of parking. This community is a very peaceful and safe place to live and I'm always recommend it to others.

Great location, great green areas. You feel like back at feel safe. They should clean better there sidewalks around the pond because is full of duck's drops. Also, the gate is lacking in security/traffic order/rules. (Tennant run fast to pass you and access first).

Generally a nice, safe community, about 10 years old now. Has a rural feel, surrounded by woods and wildlife viewing opportunities, but close to 192/I-4 within 1-2 mile drive or walk. Better than average amenities and wood-framed construction with attached garage units available. Updated clubhouse, fitness, pool and outdoor kitchen are very nice. Residents generally very nice and pleasant to live here.

I've been living here for 4 years this fall and it has been wonderful. Very quiet community and not too large to get lost in. It's also close to work and the highway, making it easy to access the rest of the city without traffic. Definitely a great place!

The community is just ok. The new management company is completing some upgrades to raise the rent but are not very stylish. The upgrades it really needs it new AC and new windows not cabinet fronts and ultra modern ceiling fans. Also the trash service is an expensive joke that only results in garbage filling the hallways 24/7.

Few issues with apartment when moving in but the office staff quickly addressed them. The community is very quite and clean. The past few days one gate has been left open but they are normally closed. It is close to the highways yet never a lot of traffic entering or leaving the community. Parking is not an issue for me. I really like living here so far.

Very nice staff. Wish there was a patio but it's not s deal breaker. I wish the outside was kept up on a little better. The corners of the garages and door steps are piled with cob webs and nests. I also think the gate only being an exit isn't convenient
