Is a very clean and stylish community. The amenities are always clean, and landscape well maintained. This community is easily accessible from the I-4 highway. Neighbors are good and the administrators are helpful.

Palms is like a hidden treasure. The community is always clean and well manicured . The staff provides excellent customer service. And I love the resort style amenities. I feel safe living in this community and having easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. Parking is never an issue.

I love the tranquillity of the complex. The grounds are very well kept. The apartments are spacious and cared for. The office team has been really great and understanding. The maintenance team is on top of requests.

This is a nice family oriented community. The staff are top notch and nothing is a problem for them. They are open to your suggestions and follow up on requests immeduatly. The grounds are kept clean and the property up to date.

The property can use a little TLC to keep tenants from moving. Some examples is maintain common areas around apartments to keep free of trash and other miscellaneous items. Many tenants keep an abundance of eye sores in common areas and there doesn't appear to be any management enforcing the policies.

Look no further you found your home!!this is one of the best locations in Orlando to live! The staff is awesome !! Cozy cozy!! You are near some if not all the best attractions and only about 10 min to get anywhere!!

During the processing period of our documents the flow was smooth it's because the staff are very well accomodating and approachable and were thankful that we are in the Good hands and safe place, thumbs up to the arium palm staff of giving there quality service on us

Apartment complex is close to everything, easy access to I4, 417 and of course Disney. Management response to any request very promptly. We have never had any issues here and the apartment is also both cat and dog friendly

Steer clear of this place - poor office management staff, poor communication with residents. This is not a "luxury' apartment - it has poor quality Formica tops that have peeled up several times, roofing project has no oversight by management. Due to poor oversight - water damage sustained to all apartments in Bldg 12 from Hurricane and management has done nothing to fix, no communication with residents. Valet trash service is ridiculous and over priced, still have to pay additional fee for trash service in addition to the Valet trash service, parking is horrible. Security is poor, lighting is poor, construction equipment behind bldg 12 is a security hazard, 'gated' access is another joke - people follow in cars, walk-thru gate that should be locked and entry code used is open all of the time. Over priced, steer clear!!

I love this place.. is quite and clean. Just they raise to much the rent every year. But the community are nice and the complex is closer to all places where you need to go. You can get I4 and go everywhere.

This apartment complex is very close to the Disney facilities which makes it very convenient for cast members. The staff is friendly and efficient making the move in process as easy as possible. The grounds are well kept providing a quiet environment.

Convenient, great amenities, wonderful staff. Easy access to interstate 4next door neighbors to Mickey Mouse. Quiet community, close to everything yet secluded. Gym and pool area are resort quality. Highly recommend.

Quite and apartments are well kept. Gowever, despite being advertised as a luxury apartment there are no luxury finishes. Also, they try every thing they can to not replace appliances even if not working properly.

The community is good. The office staff has been through a lot of changes since we moved in. The current property manager is okay, but Ramon in the leasing office is absolutely AMAZING! He has helped us out on numerous occasions with things regarding and even personal matters including making my wedding dress was delivered safe and sound. The community itself is old and outdated, but it serves our purposes and for the price, you can't beat it. If you don't mind some older appliances and designs, its a great place to live.

This is a beautiful community, I feel it is safe for my family and the management really take of the property. I have live here for seven years and I can say the management team does an awesome job by doing little special things as giving out breakfast bags as you are leaving for work.

It is beautiful. The interior is well maintained. It is located in a nice area. The woods mute the sound of traffic. The staff is friendly and competent. There are a lot of families here. Quite a few Disney employees too.
