The office/leasing staff was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The apartment units are nice compared to others in the Orlando area. The units are also reasonably priced for what they are.

It's only been two days but the complex at least offers great amenities at a great price. I've been in Orlando for 4 years and so far I'm impressed. Most complexes in the area are really pricey while offering little parking for you and visitors, small loving spaces and traffic galore. This place kinda puts most of the locations to shame while also caring for their tenants and prospective ones. Honestly I have high hopes here.

Palms is surely a hidden Oasis. Close to everything but hidden away enough to truly enjoy Florida living. The staff at Palms is amazing and the maintenance team friendly, professional and serve with excellence. We have been living at palms since we relocated here from out of State 3 years ago and love coming home to Palms at world gateway.

The moment we arrived Jessica was warm and friendly, she wasn't pushy but actually made us feel at home. The other thing that impressed me was one of the maintenance guys was walking near our car and picked up trash before heading into the club house! Wow you don't see that any many complexes. We have moved 7 times in the past 7 years and this has been our best experience yet when it came to customer service, genuine care and making you feel at home. Thank you!

The fact that management left us without a dryer for over 3 weeks is more ridiculous than clown shoes. First dyer broke the first month we were here. They brought us a new dryer that was dead on arrival. Instead of replacing that dryer they are making us wait for the manufacturer to take care of the issue. If they had half the brain they use on being cheap they might be decent and taking care of their tenants needs

This place showed up and it looks as it does online. The number competition was Cumberlake Park apartments but this one stood out because of the location and including the basic cable helps alot especially when both are the same rates monthly.

we moved from CT to Orlando, big move for us...Ramon at arium palms was amazing with helping us with this entire process...the move in was smooth flawless the apartment wonderful...things like trash removal, washer and dryer built in micorwave all make this a 5 star place to live

It's a nice apartment complex extremely close to where I work. They layout of the apartment is nice. The workers of the apartment complex were very friendly and helpful. When I had an issue they were very apologetic and were quick with having someone come by and fix the issues.

The first time I entered the leasing office, the staff was very helpful. They showed me all apartments that were available and made suggestions based on my needs. The office is very clean and very open. The staff member who showed me around seemed very comfortable and did not try to force me into a decision, rather he gave me all information I may need to make a decision. I have friends who rent here and have lived in the complex for a few years with nothing but good things to say.

Love, love, love coming to my hidden and quiet apartment complex! This is my third year and will continue being my home for many years to come. From the office staff to the maintenance team, I can truly say they all make me feel like family!

Great community. Quiet, peaceful and you feel very at home. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to all requests. Office always handles packages for you and maintenance never fails to quickly fix any issue.

I don't partake in many of the activities held in the community, but if I ever wanted to do something I know they are readily available to me. It is a pretty safe community and have never felt endangered. Everyone generally keeps to themselves which is nice. The gym is small but has the basic necessities necessary. Overall there hasn't been any occurrence that would make me want to leave and I am generally happy with my apartment and the community.

I've lived in this complex for four years and all maintenance requests are handled promptly. The grounds are not as well kept as they were a few years ago and the gate is open a lot of the time now. There are several apartments occupied by more people than allowed and they leave their bikes and cigarette butts scattered all around. The location is very good though, close to Disney and main roads such as I4 and 417

Everything at move in was nice in the apartment. Only downside is valet trash container has to be taken through the apartment. Don't particularly think that's sanitary. Property manager didn't care "sorry you feel that way" is the response I got. Otherwise good apartment.

Apartment upgrade was never completed when I made the option for my unit to be upgraded. I have a broken track-light that the management refuses to correct. I never received the lighting upgrade that was apart of the deal from Century Palms to Arium palms.

I love living at Arium Palms. The maintenance people are all wonderful and ready to help when they are needed. The office staff keeps us up to date on anything going on in the complex that we need to know about. The landscape is always kept beautiful. So many benefits of living here, including a exercise room and swimming pool.

Incompetent front desk staff. They nickel and dime you with charges that they conceal up front. Attempted to illegally charge me for my documented service animal which they had prior notice of. Had to be reminded to prorate rent appropriately. Mark maintenance orders as complete when not yet fulfilled. Charged excess move out fees for normal wear and tear, requiring legal representation. The price is not worth the headache of combative staff.

Great location, staff super friendly and very helpful. Apartments looks very nice and new. It's super close to commercial area and Disney. Love the dog park and the facilities. Pool and grill are super nice and gym too.

O.K. but thin walls which makes the apartment neighbors loud. The same for the ceiling and neighbors above. Too many large dogs with owners who don't pick up after their dogs. Good friendly management from the old owners. Not so much with the current management with the exception of Bebe the only friendly and helpful member.
