Even though the buildings have been upgraded its overpriced. Gates are always open and security guards should be hired,we have seen cars that are not from the community driving around and super sketchy ,also people going too fast should put something to slow down inside the community not just send emails to slow down cause Uber drivers go in there driving crazy.No kids playground which is frustrating cause i can get that in Celebration area for less money right now 2-2 apt are around 1800 -1900 without all the extra fees you charge us, Prices should be lowered specially for the lack of things we have. The dog park needs maintenance.

I have nothing negative to say about this community and their staff. Nancy Almonte and Janelle Angulo are the best service oriented employees at the Halston World Gateway. I always recommend the Halston World Gateway apartments to all my friends and family.

Overall everything is but they don't repair the things on time some time we need to tell more and when you leave the apartment they will charge for every little things and scratches also , so they need to maintain themselves

I have been a resident of this community for a while now, and I must say that with BRICHTONE has made a world of difference. The improvements are truly commendable. From enhanced maintenance services to improved communication with residents, the new administration has revitalized this place. It's now a more pleasant and efficient community to live in. I appreciate their dedication to making this community a better place for all of us. There's still an opportunity to enhance the gym facilities. The gym is consistently clean and pristine, but some equipment upgrades are needed. Specifically, I recommend adding a Barbell, a 25lb Rubber Hex Dumbbell set to complete the Dumbell rack, and an Olympic Weight Bench along with a Barbell Curl that matches the existing brand of weight plates. These additions would make our fitness center even better and more comprehensive for residents.

I like living here. My only complaints are: 1- no playgrounds or place for the kids to play, and 2- during weekends and nights the gate IS ALWAYS OPEN. I moved here because of the gate and the security I feel by living in a gated community, but anyone can access the apartments during weekends and nights. I've had people knocking on my door without me knowing.

Absolutely horrible. The people working here have been nothing but disgusting towards us. From manipulating us and lying to us, trying to destroy records, to being anything but helpful and kind. When we moved in we were told we HAD to have insurance in order to sign the lease, we pushed back the signing in order for our insurance to kick in. Only to find out they "don't" accept our insurance and we were supposed to submit it a different way. When we have records of sending them the insurance and them saying that was how we needed to submit it to them. They have just taken advantage of us multiple times. We also had water damage in our apartment and their solution is to paint over it. We have recently discovered there was previous water damage in our apartment that they did not disclose to us. All in all, an absolute horrible experience. They need to get better people on their team who actually care to help their tenants and who aren't disgusting rude.

The process to apply and get a lease was a nightmare for my roommate and me. Once we applied, they had told us one apartment was available and then a month before we were due to move in, they told us the person who was in there extended and they tried pushing our move in date back a week leaving us without a place to live. They eventually did move us back to our original date. Then throughout the entire thing, they kept adding things on we needed to have to move in instead of just telling us everything from the beginning so it felt very exhausting. While we are the first residents to live in our refurbished apartment and everything has been great so far with the actual apartment, a few things in the community are very inconvenient. The gym is only open from 8-5 Monday through Saturday. If you have a 9-5 job or a job in the mornings, you can only workout on Saturday? They also have a side gate but it is only an exit gate so if you live in the back one-third of the community, you have to go all the way around to get in. However, the maintenance staff has been excellent and get to your work orders very efficiently.

The community is great. My only issues are parking and rent cost. Residents should have designated parking for their units limited to two cars. There are units that have 3-4 cars per unit and take up parking close the buildings. There should be a designated visitor parking area. Rent costs are out of control. These costs are pricing out decent people with medium wages. It shouldn't cost a mortgage payment to live in an apartment. $200 extra a month at renewal because of market value?

The apartment I live in has a very nice layout, spacious, and adequate cabinet and closet space. The apartments and overall community is well-maintained. The community has been a pleasant place to live.

Experience is getting better. It was rough moving in but now that we're here it's ok. The office is more staffed so it's easier to get ahold of. Maintenance is always very responsive. Trash pick up has also gotten a lot better and they're coming at appropriate times now so the raccoons don't get the trash. They're doing nice updates to the community, however, the pool is taking a very long time with no updates on when it will reopen. Parking is crowded and the spaces are all different sizes.

It's a nice community. Quiet for the most part. It's away from the main road so you don't get a lot of traffic noise. You might still have to deal with the noise from your fellow neighbors, but it's not always a problem.

This has been one of the most chaotic, disorganized, and dangerous places I've ever lived. Security is nonexistent because of constant construction (gates being left open), or the gates are closed with no way for residents to enter because the "gate codes need to be recalibrated", to having to re-read through a lease to determine what day rent is actually paid on (different from the one discussed while signing). I would not rent here simply because it is unsafe to be this close to a major highway and not have locked gates at night. We will not be renting here again and are looking into ending our lease as early as possible.

It hasn't been a good one, I've had many issues with items inside my unit. The maintenance team would come out just look at it and then not do anything to fix it. I wish they would care more about there tenants.

My actual apartment is beautiful and nicely renovated. I live on the top floor of my building and have no issues with overhearing my neighbors. However, there is a serious raccoon problem in the complex. The valet trash is not reliable for pickup (which is ridiculous considering we have a mandatory $30) fee. Raccoons are constantly getting into the trash and make a huge mess on our floor. Although I love my actual apartment, the disgusting conditions outside of the building from the pests is terrible. I would not recommend moving here. It costs way too much for mediocre amenities.

Nice apartment overall but the minor details were not paid attention too. I had a whole in my door, there was a bump in the floor, lots of bugs, the sink head hangs really low but maintenance says that's how it supposed to be. And the water can only give good pressure if it's on cold.

It's disappointing that we pay for a gated community and the gate is ALWAYS open 24/7. Information such as building painting, and such does not come at a reasonable ahead of time or the info is incorrect. Ex. building 13 was to be painted at a certain time, we in building 12 woke up to people outside prepping our building instead of 13. With all the money residents pay for rent, which is HIGH, some of that money should go to something like building a playground for kids and things for the residents. Instead, it goes to construction costs like painting and signage which there was nothing wrong with it to start with. Costs of renting go up up up with residents getting very little back in return, like an open gate of a gated community. The bark park could be better maintained. There are TONS of dips and holes all over the ground and bags run out and poop all around. The maintenance guys here are WONDERFUL and hard working. They keep the grounds looking great! Just wish the bark park didn't have so many hidden holes and dips. I've fallen twice already there.

Thank you to the entire office staff for always being so warm and happy to assist every time we call! Fantastic job! The maintenance staff are also wonderful! Juan and Carlos are always friendly and knowledgeable. They come in go above what is necessary to get the job done! Great job guys! Thank you all??

Living here was the best. Jessica at the office wonderful. Carlos on maintenance is the best. The portal for the payments is very friendly, also you can handle any maintenance request trough that portal too. The community has that reserve wich is almost leave in the middle on the woods.

The staff is extremely helpful, and the apartment community is very well kept and lovely. The apartments themselves are very spacious and clean, and the pricing is comparable to other smaller units at other locations. There's access to Disney (about 5 minutes away), i4 (about 2 minutes away), and other highways. I've only been here for a week, but so far this is an amazing experience!
