Avana Bayview hasbeenmy home and my dog's home for 7 years and I have been. quite happy here.Staff including maintenance has always been very friendly, profesional and helpful.. Location and neighborhood make it very desirable.

After home ownership of 18 years, I was very skeptical about renting any apartment in a community. I am pleasantly surprised by Avana's customer service with inquiries on available units, showings, maintenance, parking options and the apartment home that I chose. I really like this community. Big but not too big so you still get a community feel. Location is excellent!

As a single working mom this place is perfect for us. Close to schools, kids activities and stores. We have never felt so safe in a place before. Maintenance process is easy, they are fast and I have never been disappointed with the results. Office staff is always willing to help and everyone is so nice and helpful. I only have good things to say about Avana Bayview, Im not planing on moving out of this place anytime soon.

Love our place at Avana.The location is perfect! The amenities are great, covered garage space was a top priority for our family. Looking forward to living in this community. Stephanie made the entire process seamless and welcoming.

having been here 14 years, its obvious I am a "happy camper" ... many changes thru the years but basically, it remains a good place to live a wonderful staff and friendly people ... maintenance is outstanding .... and the manager staff are the best!.

I am very happy with the staff and maintenance Crew. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and professional. Stephanie is such a valued employee. She has helped me many times and is always sweet and willing to help. Our Maintenance Man, Carlos is so very helpful and always pleasant. I greatly appreciate them. My only problem with the company is the parking requirements. My guest get parking tickets when they have a disabled Plaque hanging in the car where it's visable and get a ticket for $44. This has happened more than once. Thank God Stephanie will correct this. I have even gotten a ticket and I live here and pay $50 for my space. Whoever is in charge of the parking needs more training. Thank You. Alice

It’s been steady and I would like the carpets in the hallways to be cleaner. Too many dog accidents and also there is way too much pot smoking in the building and the hallway reeks of it! This must be managed much better than it is! Thank You

Our experience moving in and settling in to Avana Bayview has been nothing short of absolute ease and pleasure. The staff are amazing and the security of the buildings and parking have been an immense comfort.

Good community and location is perfect has many option the places is close the beach. You will find peace and relax moment in pool area the grill and jacuzzi is a diferencial. Sometimes we have special events. I recommend live here.

I have been here along time retired have worked lived on many developments.Avana Bayview has a Manager staff that have done a excellent job in updating the development to keep everything running up to code and beautifying our home.The Maintenance people here applied their Knowledge problem solving than any place I lived in especially since 2004.Courteous with all our tenants and complete requests in a timely matter.I enjoy hearing tenants say to me that this is their home .

Everything is it’s almost perfect , except for the cove , that have operation hours now, should be open later than 10 pm , not all the people came from work early , sometimes we want to enjoy the club house or sauna after work , should be open at least until midnight

Professional and courteous staff and residents. My only wish is the dog park was upgraded so it was usable. I also have some concerns about the number of pitbull dogs. Otherwise I am very happy as a resident.

This is a great community to live in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, they will assist with anything in their power to help out. The property is also clean regularly which is very nice as well.

Great community that offers a great range of amenities. The complex is generally clean and peaceful. Only thing I would improve is the more leniency for guest parking but I am told office will work with you.

I have just lived in 2 weeks now and so far no complaints everything has been going well. The application process was smooth and not to mention the move in process. Stephanie ensure me the easiest move in and where to load and unload, she even provided me with help from the maintenance to supply me with an items to help move in. Thank you Stephanie for answering all my questions and being available whenever I needed you.

Location is good, safe neighborhood. Maintenance is good and the staff (management and manteinance) is kind, efficient and helpful. Some neighbors are rather inconsiderate, but most of them are friendly.

Dangerous and aggressive dog breeds here but other than that everything is great. Gym and pool Area are great location is great everyone is friendly and the beach is close it’s a great place to be in Fort Lauderdale

Nice place to live. Great place for dog owners. Rents need to be stabilized. The apartment is nice well maintained. Maintenance very good and responds quickly. The appliances are repaired quickly or they are replaced when necessary. We enjoy living here plus it is a great place for pets.

I feel that the move in process was very easy and people are nice and willing to help. Everything is clean and maintenance is prompt and seemingly thorough. It’s a bit quiet, but I’m slowly getting to know some of my neighbors. I like the pool and fitness center.
