The community is nice, parking is a bit of a headache tho . I love the fact that there's a lot of green areas around to walk my dog. Rent rate is reasonable so far not sure if it's gonna increase ridiculously for my next year considering the prices I've seen for the posted vacant units. Hopefully it won't .

St Andrew's has a very friendly staff and the community is very safe. It has amazing value for the amount you pay in rent if you can live without the newest features and amenities some apartment buildings around Ft Lauderdale have. I would say the only major con is the trash compactor which frequently seems to be in service.

I lived at St. Andrews Palm air for almost 2 years The community is very safe and quiet. Deliveries an Amazon locker are very convenient and convenient. I am never worried or concerned about deliveries left at door. In fact, I had two deliveries delivered to a different building with the same unit number and the neighbor route to my doorstep, the staff and maintenance, are absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous, and know your name.

The community, overall, is a very peaceful and quiet place. The front office is always available to take care of any questions, and the maintenance are on point with everything. It feels like a bait and switch when you move into this community. They promise all of these things and it is not as it seems. They make it look beautiful yet the gate to get into the complex is always broken and people follow you in, The garbage is always broken so there is trash sitting around. The pool and hot tub are always dirty. They have taken away or started to charge for many of the amenities.

St. Andrew's at Palm Aire is a beautiful community surrounded by tropical landscapes and golf courses. The management staff is personable and professional. This is not an inexpensive place to live but that is at least somewhat countered by the fact that it is well kept and the staff is very responsive. We have lived here for quite a few years now and though we may be moving soon for unrelated reasons or stay here has been very good overall
