The community is pretty quiet and clean. There is a grill, a pool, and exercise room. I lost my key once, and the maintenance team were able to get me a new one within a few hours. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The complex is beautiful, however the pool area could use some upgrading, the hot tub is outdated and stained. The there's bricks missing and the more leaves, dead bugs and frogs more than it's clear. I think the the pool area should be cleaned daily. I would like to be able to use the community room that's been under renovation since I moved in as well.

Well, I've been in this apartment complex a long time now. It has always been maintained very well. The property is landscaped on a regular basis and is kept clean. The office staff is always there to answer any questions you may have.

WE love the location , which has great access to everything by car ,foot ,and bikes! plenty of space to move around outside of the complex by foot, and /or bike ! Our indoors is wonderful place to relax when not out and about !

St Andrews at Palm air is a best place to rent very quiet but do to the rent rising it becomes very expensive it will be better if they remove where the garage dumpster at because the smell is very strong The front gate always broke

If I could describe St. Andrews in one word, it would be exemplary. The staff and maintenance are welcoming, friendly and willing to assist. The community is peaceful and always clean. We literally don't have any complaints. On a scale of 1-5, 10 stars. Love it here

Overall I honestly love the property and it's location. I'm not far from work, the airport and entertainment. I will say my biggest concern has been with the pool area. We had friends visit this weekend and I had to spend about 25 minutes cleaning out the pool. It's the main attraction on the property so I would suggest to make more of an investment with the entire pool area by keeping it clean. Maybe update the pool deck furniture, hot tube area and grills. The trash has started to become overwhelming at times but that crew has done a good job handling that. Overall I love the property.

We absolutely love the community, but there are little things we would change. We wish there was more dumpsters and that they were taken care of better. Also, the pool and hot tub would benefit for some more TLC. Also, it isn't a huge deal, but the "gated community" often has its gates open

I absolutely love the recent upgrades. Thanks to the management and staff for the wonderful painting job. The choice of colors is delightful. Driving into the community is a real pleasure. Thanks to the maintenance crew for keeping the grounds beautiful and for resolving my maintenance issues in a timely manner. Please give the spa and surrounding areas a little more attention. Win/win is the goal, so I would recommend that some of the community's staff, seek not just to hear but to listen just a little bit more. Win/win solutions are best. Thanks to the management and staff for all you do to make this community great place to call home. I enjoy living here.

It's been great. Management immediately handles any issues when they occur. Quiet, clean and well kept development. Dogs are allowed and they provide pick up bags for the excrement. It's an enjoyable place to live.

This will be my third year and I love this place. Fresh paint on all of the buildings and doors really looks outstanding. As always, the location is perfect. Close enough to whatever you want to see or do and still tucked away in a beautiful quiet setting.

The apartment complex is peaceful, quiet, neighbors are nice. My biggest complaint is the took 3 years of me putting in work order for my AC being broken to fix it. The generator for my AC was there before I moved so not sure how long it was there. My house would reach 78 degrees. Maintenance would come & put Freon to "fix" the issue. I finically got a new AC in April of 2023 after complaining since October of 2019.

St Andrews of Palm Aire apartments has been a great place to live. Originally planned to stay for one year but ended up staying for five years because it felt like home. So glad we came and even more glad we stayed. We are moving out of the area and we will miss living here. Thank you for helping us feel at home from the first time we moved in!

I love living in this community. I just think that tha grill must be fixed, and it needs to have more light on the jacuzzi. I think the floor of the pool area must be painted as well. Also in my apartment the shower is not working very well.

I love this community. it has made my transition very easy and I have always felt very safe. The only thing I do not like is the trash area. I think it would be a better investment for valet trash vs. allowing residents to pile up trash at the entrance of the building. It's embarrassing when you have guests to allow them to see each an eye sore. not to mention, it attracts animals who are not afraid of people, and the most vile insects. Please do a better job or institute a solution such as valet trash collection.

I love living at Saint Andrews. The property has made such a big change the last couple of years. When you drive in the place looks so beautiful. The staff is always friendly and seem to really care about the appearance and giving great customer service.
